【蔡智銘／台中報導】台中青年高中從7月1日起，連續3天舉行「鬧中取靜，青中一品」靜修心靈課程，希望導正少數學生偏差行為，活動還請來檢察官，針對學生在網路公開漫罵可能觸犯公然污辱罪等法律常識進行解說，不過有參加的學生投訴，一整天8個小時坐在禮堂，很不舒服，認為這種教育方式既無聊，又無效，根本是折磨學生。
校方表示，「品德教育」已經實施多年，就是希望能讓學生能靜下心來思考反省，也經過家長同意，雖然有學生反彈，還是會繼續實施。
青年高中舉辦「靜修心靈課程」，透過靜坐聽講方式，導正學生偏差行為，但有學生投訴受不了。翻攝畫面

【綜合報導】52歲的羅斯比(Leon Rosby)周日在美國加州帶著兩歲的羅威那犬Max散步時，好奇觀看警察辦案，羅斯比與警察發生爭執，護主心切的Max當場被一名警察開了四槍擊斃，痛失愛犬的羅斯比決定控告加州警方。
當時，羅斯比帶著Max經過警匪對峙的現場，他拿出手機拍攝，兩名警員上前將羅施拜逮捕。Max見狀衝上前救主，一名警員向牠連開四槍，Max中槍後不停抽搐，當場死亡，拍攝此片者及路人都被此景嚇壞。羅斯比質疑警方是否有必要對Max開槍，但警方則回應開槍是合理行為。

（法新社莫斯科3日電） 朝鮮半島歷經數月緊張情勢後，具多年核子談判經驗的北韓第一副外長金桂冠預定今天抵達莫斯科，將出席一系列會議，希望能重啟六方會談。
俄羅斯官員說，金桂冠明天將會晤俄羅斯第一副外長狄托夫（Vladimir Titov）和副外長莫古洛夫（IgorMorgulov）。
莫古洛夫昨天告訴記者：「我們將商議展開六方會談新協商程序的前景。」
他說：「俄羅斯向來堅定主張，六方會談無可取代。我們會和北韓夥伴商議此事。」（譯者：中央社盧映孜）

【陳冠宇／台北報導】今天凌晨12時許，台北市忠誠路巷內發生一起墜樓事件，現場為一老婦人自住家九樓跳下，送醫時已失去生命跡象，目前仍在急救中。
據警方調查，70多歲的老婦人疑似為久病厭世才會想不開尋短，目前警方將對老婦人的家屬製作筆錄，了解詳細原因。

【林靜盛／雲林報導】8歲的小節有發展遲緩與過動狀況，雲林家扶中心2年來費盡心血，總算幫小節找到美國新爸媽，新媽媽月底將來台親訪3天，和小節培養感情。
小節不懂出養美國的意思，只知道美國有好吃的炸雞、薯條，更喜歡新爸媽寄來的變形金剛，還把家扶贈送的朝天宮轎班衣香包，當成金剛的漂亮衣服。
寄養媽媽鄭姿燕坦承，照顧小節要付出很大的心力，他不喜歡寫功課、吃一頓飯能拖3小時，曾讓她氣到罵不出話來，如今小節要出養了，鄭姿燕內心既欣慰又不捨。

| 惡狼囚鄰女當性奴 冷血電擊逼尖叫

【張君豪、法庭中心╱新北報導】九年前在大台北犯下多起隨機強盜的「擄人之狼」，假釋又犯重案！該名惡狼九年前犯案被判十年六個月，入獄後關了六年，竟然在去年底假釋；他惡性不改，以電擊棒威嚇後性侵隔鄰的女子，並囚禁被害人當性奴，日前才被逮捕羈押。婦女團體批評，司法系統在審判這類案件中應考量再犯的可能，以免有下一個被害人。
季嫌入獄後相當狡猾，因獄中表現正常，於去年九月二十一日獲假釋出獄，沒想到他一出獄就犯下多起搶奪案件，並於四月初將搶奪的數千元現金，借給隔壁認識的女子（二十七歲），稱可解除對方遭凍結的帳戶，博取好感，季嫌再藉故約出對方，被害女子上賊車後，季嫌竟將車子開到山區伸出魔爪，還以電擊棒恐嚇：「你是想乖乖配合還是想吃這個？」嚇得被害人尖叫哭泣，季嫌聽了異常興奮，性侵得逞再載回租屋處囚禁，並陸續性侵十餘次，被害女被囚一周趁季嫌沉睡後逃出報警，警方隨即將季嫌逮捕。
新北市警方指出，九年前季嫌被控涉妨害性自主罪嫌部分，因罪證不足無法定罪，未料假釋後，竟擄女當性奴，目前已搜集相關證據及被害人供詞移送法辦，承辦警方表示：「這次證據很明確，希望法院能衡量他的惡行判重刑，不要再出來危害社會。」

內文有雷!!! 請問大家, 我是看昨天晚上高雄大遠百威秀影城 20:40 的超人 (謎之小小內心話: 超人不是快下檔了嗎? 那為啥在平常日晚上竟然會爆滿阿阿阿!!!) 我嚴重懷疑片子被剪片了!!! 就是影片前段, 嬰兒時的超人坐著太空船準備降落地球的時候 畫面一切竟然變成超人長大成人在漁船上捕魚了!!! 畫面一切竟然變成超人長大成人在漁船上捕魚了!!! 畫面一切竟然變成超人長大成人在漁船上捕魚了!!! 接下來就是超人英勇拯救海上油田基地那一段, 超莫名其妙的阿~~~~ 雖然後來超人被炸昏在海裡開始回想小時候的事情, 但還是覺得這段超突兀 請問大家這一段是本來就這樣嗎??? 還是威秀給我剪片了!!!
