【顏振凱／台北報導】日前舉辦「香港論壇」的前行政院長謝長廷，在香港前特首董健華邀宴中說兩岸文化血緣同源，引發綠營議論，不過，對謝回台後，以「文化同源」是出自黨內《台灣前途決議文》為己辯護。目前擔任前新系總召集人的民進黨中國事務委員會發言人鄭文燦，今在臉書臉發文，指謝「言有所本」，也同意謝「支持中華民國憲法，確保中華民國現狀」，是為增加保衛台灣力量說法。
謝長廷赴港言行，林濁水、段宜康等前新系人士日前都有不小批評，又引爆黨內新、謝對立情結，不過，趕在下午「華山會議」前，身為黨內前新系領導人鄭文燦也提出對謝兩岸議題言行的見解，頗有冷卻黨內對立情緒意味。但鄭也說，「兩岸都使用中文，有時候，話中的意義還是不同。即使vocabulary 一樣，language 也是不一樣，這就是差異。」對謝積極推動民共交流，鄭則坦言，「民主和威權，多元和一元，距離非常遙遠」，兩岸的斷層，要靠個人的巧智跨越，其實並不是容易。鄭也說，「謝跨出了一步，他的兩岸維新，是民共的橋樑，還是北京的破窗，『謝長廷路線』是否可以成為一條可行的道路，要由歷史來驗證。」 鄭也說，「當然，謝長廷不代表全部的民進黨。只是角色和話語對調，這場政治戲劇看得有點不習慣。」

| 愛用 BT 的人要小心了！新公佈的AT&T專利可精確跟蹤 P2P 共用內容並識別下載者

 美國電信運營商 AT&T 有套專利叫做「點對點環境下自動端到端內容跟蹤的方法與設備」。簡單的說，透過這套方法，能夠精確監控 P2P 網路，確認大家都在下載的東西到底有沒有侵犯版權，也可以知道下載者是誰。
P2P 流量佔據了網際網路流量很大的大部分，也是盜版活動的主要場所。最近公佈的一項美國電信運營商 AT&T 的專利就是針對 P2P 盜版的。該專利描述的系統能夠精確監控 P2P 網路（如 BitTorrent）的資料流程量，鑒別其中的內容是否合法或侵權，還能追溯出個體的下載者。系統可用於偵測盜版下載行為，或解決網路擁塞問題。不過，該公司是否已經應用這套系統尚不得而知。
這項專利的名稱是「點對點環境下自動端到端內容跟蹤的方法與設備」，專利申請日期為 2009 年 12 月，於今年 6 月 4 日公佈。其主要關注對象是通過搜尋引擎和 BT 種子網站的 RSS 收集到的 BT 種子。
根據專利描述，這套系統可以掃描通過 P2P 網路上傳或下載內容標題。下載超過預設值的內容其標題會被添加到資料庫的某個清單中，然後按照流行度從高到低排序。然後系統下載實際的種子來驗證下載內容是否跟標題一致。
系統還可以識別是誰下載了相應的內容。然後假裝成為 BT 用戶端與該用戶的 BT 用戶端聯絡來請求下載。一旦連接建立成功則意味著該用戶的確下載了這個內容。
相對於以往按特定內容逐個跟蹤的方式，這套系統的自動化程度高了許多，因此很適合大面積推廣。但是其中涉及的個人隱私問題值得擔憂。

【王煌忠/台中報導】台中市警方前晚同步搜索橫行大台中地區的販毒集團，在台中市天津路攻堅時，其中一名共犯竟從二樓窗戶爬到隔壁脫逃，遭警方連開五槍嚇阻逮捕，另外也在桃園機場逮捕正由泰國返台的陳姓共犯，經灌食瀉藥，共排出43科海洛英球，警方表示，此次行動共逮捕黃姓主嫌在內共18人，起出八枝長短槍及五百多公克毒品，其中主嫌隨身攜帶的掌心雷手槍，與電影「色戒」男主角梁朝偉送給女主角湯唯的手槍款式相同，黃嫌自行在手槍刻上「色戒」二字，警方看了嘆道：「你是不是電影看太多了！」訊後將全案依《槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例》、《毒品危害防制條例》移送法辦。

【龍柏安／綜合報導】本季爭冠失利的馬刺，今夏最重要的工作就是留住爭冠核心，現在有好消息傳出，就是球團已和阿根廷「刺客」吉諾比利(Manu Ginobili)達成續約共識，馬刺將以2年1400萬美元（約4億2000萬台幣）的價碼，留下這位爭冠基石。
吉諾比利這個月就將年滿36歲，本季他因傷所困，平均只繳出11.8分、3.4籃板與4.6次抄截，今年球季結束後，他的合約也正好結束，在總冠軍賽期間，這位沙場老將一度萌生退役，一般預料他退役的可能性很高。
沒想到球季結束還不到一個月，吉諾比利決定回心轉意，他和馬刺達成續約共識，而他確定留隊後，意味著馬刺GDP巨頭將繼續聯手打拚。

【綜合報導】台中市婦人唐麗蓉去年斥管委會副主委蘇志仁「他媽的」等語，依公然侮辱罪起訴。台中地院認為，「他媽的」是台灣社會長久存在的俚俗言詞，也是唐女的口頭禪，因此判無罪；魯迅也提到「他媽的」可表示驚異或感到佩服。
大里高中國文老師陳瑩珠指出，作家魯迅在1925年發表《論「他媽的！」》文章，指在重門第的晉朝「他媽的」是下等人用語，因下等人若成暴發戶，想立雅號、修家譜，尋一個名儒或名臣當始祖，蔑棄祖宗，因此「他媽的」指罵暴發戶攀龍附鳳的卑劣行為；但他也提到「他媽的」也可表示驚異或感到佩服。

消防隊員到場後，立即架設雙截梯，攀上二樓破窗將黃父與黃母救出，黃母脫困後驚惶大叫：「我兒子在三樓，趕快救人！」警消趕緊組成搜救隊，衝上三樓進行人命搜救，不久在浴室發現黃慈願躺在浴缸內，渾身燻黑，已無生命跡象。黃父與黃母見消防隊員陸續下樓，卻不見兒子蹤影，急問：「我兒子呢？怎麼沒看到人？」被告知死訊後，夫妻倆相擁痛哭，場景令人鼻酸。
黃母表示，兒子剛從台北大學休閒運動管理系畢業，因為希望從事教職工作，八月準備前往新北市海山高中報到，實習教授體育課程，沒想到卻不幸葬身火海。至於起火原因，警消正進一步調查。

內地傳媒報導，財政部及央行將於本月進行千億元中央國庫現金管理商業銀行定期存款招標，向市場釋放流動性，內地銀根有望紓緩，內地股市回升近1%，上證指數重上兩千點水平。安碩A50中國 (2823) 上日再次錄得資金淨流入認購證，金額超過220萬元，累計五天超過1600萬。走勢上，股價暫於9元水平有阻力，留意20天線參考近9.5元可作短期反彈目標參考。看好可留意A中購24376，行使價10元，2014年4月到期。
平保(2318)上日失守50元水平，有超過500萬元流入認購證看好，是近期單日流入資金最多，暫可以50元作密集支援區，阻力參考20天線約於54元左右。看好可留意平安購25391，行使價57.9元，2013年10月到期。

【綜合報導】劇團國寶李國修前天凌晨因大腸癌病逝，享年57歲。傳出他在斷氣前數個小時處昏迷狀態，託夢給女兒，叫哥哥李思源想清楚3件事，「你未來是什麼樣子？未來結婚對象什麼樣子？未來小孩什麼樣子？」再告訴他答案；隨後在凌晨辭世。
李思源將改編父親劇本拍成電影，首先挑戰的是屏風2002年劇作《北極之光》，描寫祖孫三代女人的故事。李國修最後住院期間，李思源把《北極》電影版的大綱1字1句念給他聽，李國修聽到不妥之處，會立刻點出，直說：「廢筆！」要求非常嚴格。
李國修未直接託夢給兒，卻要妹妹轉達；王月曾說，兒子怕鬼，常要妹妹陪同作伴，李國修對兒子嚴格要求之餘，在另一世界仍展現柔性的關愛貼心。

【高堂堯／南投報導】紙風車劇團「368鄉鎮市區兒童藝術工程」獲竹城建設機構和各界人士贊助，明起在南投巡演。南投縣政府指出，7月5日在魚池鄉魚池國小 、6日水里鄉水里商工、7日在名間鄉名間國小，每晚7點紙風車將各演出一場，戲碼為《台灣幻想曲》，結合美術、戲劇、舞蹈、音樂、黑光多樣化元素，讓孩子藉由欣賞，自然引發對戲劇的興趣。
