酒醉哥返家　持刀殺傷妹妹

【簡威弘／新北報導】新北市新店區1名50多歲黃姓男子，今天傍晚5時許騎車到三民路的妹妹家，全身酒味的他竟突然拿出水果刀，往妹妹(48歲)身上刺去，妹妹閃躲不及，下巴遭殺傷而血流不止，黃男動手後急忙從5樓往下跑並騎車逃逸，隨後妹妹也跟著跑到樓下向路人求救。
 
附近住戶先是幫忙撿起兇刀，再通報警方，救護人員趕抵後立即將妹妹送往新店耕莘醫院救治後無大礙。
 
妹妹向警方表示，動手的是2哥，有精障方面疾病，2哥與家人平常鮮少來往，回家後不知為何就從她身後靠近，才轉身看就被刀殺傷了，警方目前正積極追查黃男下落，以釐清案情。

日發現7陸艦 研判中俄將軍演

日本防衛省今天宣布，中國海軍驅逐艦、護衛艦等7艘軍艦從對馬附近北上。日本研判，這7艘中國軍艦將於5至12日在海參崴附近與俄羅斯軍方進行聯合演習。

日本防衛省統合幕僚監部表示，日本海上自衛隊的P3C反潛機昨天下午4時（台灣時間3時）左右，發現在長崎縣的下對馬西南方約150公里處海域有7艘中國軍艦航行。其中包括被喻為中國版神盾艦的新型軍艦「旅洋2型」。

這7艘軍艦後來穿越位於對馬及壹岐之間的對馬海峽，隨後駛離日本海。這7艘軍艦通行的是公海，在國際法上沒有問題。日本防衛省表示，上一次中國軍艦通過對馬海峽是在2011年8月。

楊秋興加入國民黨 避談參選高雄市長

【徐珮君／台北報導】行政院政務委員楊秋興上午到國民黨中央遞交入黨申請書，楊說，他於1976年加入國民黨，過去「因理念不合而離開，現在因理念契合回來」，一切都是「因緣」。不過，被問到入黨後是否參選高雄市長？楊低調說，還有一年半時間，目標不必鎖定我，「如有更適當、更有勝算的人選，我也是有實力的轎夫，也可抬轎！」
 
至於被問到現在是藍營參選高雄市長民調最高的人選，楊也認為，還有一年半時間，民調不準，只能參考，「坐轎不比抬轎輕鬆。」

外界質疑楊在政院說明入黨問題是否黨政不分？楊強調，他上午到黨中央有請假一小時，現在出來說明是應媒體要求出來，如果主動召開記者會就不行！楊秋興原本要在記者室說明，也臨時改在走廊。

楊秋興證實申請加入國民黨，對於參選高雄市長則不願鬆口，僅表示坐轎未必輕鬆，他也可以是抬轎的人。 胡瑞麒攝

中華電全國首創空中下載NFC手機交通票證卡啟用

高雄捷運與中華電(2412-TW)共同合作，將「一卡通」服務導入手機NFC應用，成為全國首張NFC手機交通票證。日後即可使用NFC手機搭乘捷運，也能透過手機隨時查詢票卡餘額或交易紀錄。

使用手機即可搭乘高雄捷運，一機在手暢遊無阻！高雄捷運與中華電(2412-TW)共同合作，將「一卡通」服務導入手機NFC（Near Field Communication）應用，成為全國首張NFC手機交通票證。日後即可使用NFC手機搭乘捷運，也能透過手機隨時查詢票卡餘額或交易紀錄。

高捷與中華電信今日(3日)於高捷美麗島站舉辦記者會，正式宣佈「一機在手」行動服務時代正式來臨！卡片資訊透過空中下載至手機SIM卡，即使更換手機也能繼續使用！

中華電信行通分公司總經理林國豐表示，在2008年於遠雄二代宅合作案便採用預載錄(perload)方式多種卡片服務導入手機SIM卡上，隨著SIM卡科技的發展、NFC手機的普及與可信任服務管理平台(TSM)規範標準的訂定，中華電信已完成國人第一套TSM系，讓國內業者能有一個更簡單、安全導入NFC應用的平台，提供空中下載(Over The Air; OTA)相關NFC應用服務，讓消費者享受創意且便利的NFC服務。

未來，民眾只要申請中華電信的特定SIM卡(Gemalto開發)、下載中華電信開發的Hami智慧錢包APP，即可透過中華電信的TSM平台取得一卡通金鑰認證，透過OTA空中下載技術，將一卡通票證下載到NFC手機中，即擁有最便利的大眾運輸通行證！

中華電信與高雄捷運將試辦全國首創的空中下載NFC手機交通票證服務，先於中華電信及高雄捷運進行員工服務測試。現場也將展示一卡通服務，體驗NFC手機帶來的便利性。

高捷「一卡通」累計發行量已超過350萬張，是南部最大電子票證。也整合台鐵、高市渡輪、高市公共自行車及北、中、南部公車客運皆可使用高捷一卡通搭乘，成為我國目前整合範圍最廣的票證系統。目前台鐵的香山-苗栗、後壁-善化路段已可開放使用，下一階段將擴至福隆－新竹間、南科－沙崙間、林內－南靖間、大湖－屏東間、六家線、平溪線、內灣線、竹東及內灣等區段」

高捷公司表示，除交通服務功能外，一卡通還可運用於門禁系統、高雄市高中職數位學生證以及圖書館借書證等多用途，未來一卡通票證公司成立後還可以進行小額消費，一卡通將逐步與生活上所需做更緊密的結合。

YSL前執行長任蘋果副總裁　傳為iWatch上市鋪路

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】蘋果（Apple）宣布，已聘請法國時尚品牌聖羅蘭（Yves Saint Laurent）前任執行長丹尼弗（Paul Deneve）出任副總裁，掌管「特別計劃」，直接向蘋果執行長庫克（Tim Cook）匯報工作。市場盛傳，蘋果可能是想借重丹尼弗的精品銷售經驗，為iWatch造勢。

丹尼弗投身時尚界之前，曾在1990~1997年間在蘋果的歐洲分部從事業務行銷工作。但據彭博報導，丹尼弗將不會負責先前傳聞的零售業務。

業界人士表示，蘋果正在研發穿戴式裝置，丹尼弗的加入，可能為這些產品注入時尚氣息。

電玩弊案 業者警調22人被訴

張廣元電玩集團耗資兩億五千萬元開設「第一」、「京橋」等四家賭博電玩店，吸引藝人等名人前往消費，每月淨賺一億元暴利，還透過媒體記者充當白手套行賄員警百萬元。台北地檢署昨依賭博、包庇賭博、貪汙治罪條例、行收賄等罪起訴張廣元等廿二人，全案今將移送台北地方法院審理。

白手套涉及張廣元地下賭博電玩案的《自由時報》前召集人黃其豪，《聯合報》前採訪中心副主任高年億。（本報資料照片） 前《自由時報》記者黃其豪坦承從前年二月起，輾轉受張廣元等人委託，多次將賄款交付給邱春茂等員警，並繳回廿七萬元酬勞的不法所得；檢察官依證人保護法規定，將黃轉為「汙點證人」，並請求法院依法免除其刑。

張廣元案牽扯警、調、媒體多方捲入，北檢昨除起訴張廣元、劉宸誌等業者，還起訴插股經營的前《聯合報》記者張榮仁、居間行賄的前《聯合報》記者許聲胤與前《自由時報》記者黃其豪等三人，遭訴員警有邱春茂、黃裕源、葉正良、林正源、李俊諺、薛義雄六人。

調查官、高年億 第二波起訴

另外，兩名調查局官員因涉嫌洩漏搜索祕密給張廣元，目前仍遭羈押，檢方將連同涉嫌經營賭博電玩的前《聯合報》記者高年億列為第二波起訴對象；本案衍生的百餘名賭客賭博案與員警包庇色情按摩案，也將陸續起訴。

檢方指出，張廣元與劉宸誌九十四年起以每股四十萬到八十萬元不等，集資兩億五千萬元於北市、新北市經營「第一」、「創新」、「巨無霸」、「京橋」等賭博電子遊戲場；由於張曾任媒體記者，與媒體、演藝圈關係良好，不時有藝人前往消費。

前《聯合報》記者張榮仁經張廣元招募投資五股、三百萬元，不僅負責打聽臨檢消息，警察登門時張還負責坐鎮指揮員工開啟暗門供警檢查；張廣元等人為免淡水京橋遭查緝，透過股東之一的前新店分局員警、內政部國會聯絡人李俊諺找上許聲胤、黃其豪等記者行賄淡水警方。

黃其豪行賄對象包括淡水分局行政組巡官邱春茂、中山路派出所所長黃裕源、偵查隊小隊長葉正良，按月分別行賄五萬、十萬、五萬，地點遍布中山路派出所外、淡水分局記者室、蘆洲分局、新北市政府警察局，三人分別收下五十萬、十五萬、卅萬賄款。黃曾找上淡水分局督察組張鴻章行賄，遭張當場拒絕。李俊諺另透過離職員警薛義雄行賄偵查隊小隊長林正源，以每月廿萬元行賄至少七次。總計張廣元集團行賄員警超過一百萬元，換取免遭舉報、減少站崗臨檢等。

檢方也查出，黃其豪曾於行賄葉正良時，察覺遭調查局台北市調查處派員跟監，偷偷記下車號交由葉以警用系統查詢，檢察官另依洩密罪起訴葉某；而劉宸誌作假帳黑吃黑，兩年暗槓電玩營收近三億元，也另吃上業務侵占罪名。張廣元女友吳美惠遭搜索時撕毀分紅名單，也被起訴湮滅刑事證據罪。

吳太太施打消除抬頭紋的肉毒桿菌後，左眼皮嚴重下垂，成了大小眼。

【綜合報導】英國利物浦一名17歲少年，看A片有樣學樣，猥褻4歲妹妹長達4個月之久，最後妹妹告訴媽媽，媽媽通報警察處理。

這起事件發生在去年，日前開庭審理，少年被判拘役3年半，法官表示少年知道自己做的事相當噁心且可憎，但他還是無法停止，在性慾高漲下，對妹妹作盡可怕的舉動。

這名少年因肥胖問題，在學校被霸凌，後來父親去世導致他更加孤僻，雖然他表示相當後悔猥褻妹妹，不過為了防止類似的事情再度發生，他終身被禁止從事和兒童相關的工作。

14ab0548565fea4fb72ea34128491653 最近FACEBOOK也要開始大改版了，現在FACEBOOK有一個新版的臉書介面，畫面變得比較簡潔，增加了許多的新功能，並且把電腦和手機的的介面一起做結合，不用再重新適應新介面，一起來看看！

1.連上登記網址以後，主要這次FACEBOOK有幾個重大改版，像是擺脫雜亂的設計，左邊有ICON做為分類，也可以以文字顯示較清爽。 

2.新版介面上傳相片，照片裡面會直接嵌入文字，整體來說比較美觀。 


3.另外朋友與其它人成為好友時，會直接顯示在動態時報封面圖上面，並顯示目前工作等共同好友。 

4.另外按訊息讚，旁邊就會顯示有按過這篇訊息讚的好友大頭貼，這也是新版界面的特色之一。 

5.此外活動的部分，現在日期會變在前面，其它的就會整理成一排的活動訊息，畫面比較簡潔。首頁動態訊息也有分類，你可以選擇自己想要看那一些種類的訊息，像是文字或者是相片等。

6.這次改版主打的是一改以往不同裝置間的介面差異，無論是在電腦、或是手機，都是一樣看到簡單俐落的畫面。目前FB新介面還沒全新改版，如果想要體驗的話，就要到登記網址上面登記，大概要等一段時間，才能變成新介面。

汐五高架火燒車　賓士車全毀

【呂品逸／新北報導】今天晚間9時許，一輛賓士車行經汐五高架北上21公里處，車頭突然冒出濃煙，隨即起火燃燒，駕駛趕緊將車停靠路肩並打電話報警。警消獲報後隨即趕往現場，火勢10分鐘後撲滅，並未造成人員傷亡。

照片區：http://www.wretch.cc/album/album.php?id=greenthumb&book=304&page=2 網誌版：http://www.wretch.cc/blog/greenthumb/8945972 ------------------------------------------------- 純文字版如下→ ------------------------------------------------- 消費時間：2013/3 店名：泰好吃泰緬小館 地址：高雄市苓雅區林泉街92號(文化中心旁) 電話：(07)715-1175，0927-299-517 ------------------------------------------------- 晚上的聚餐就是朋友非常推薦的泰式料理店，為了吃到滿足孕媽咪的口腹之慾， 還等到這間店重新開幕，因為老闆有回去泰國一、兩個月，所以店裡當然也是沒 有做生意囉！ 這間泰式料理店人真得不是普通的多，就算我們有訂位，也還是等上約30分鐘才 能入座，店外等待的客人依然絡繹不絕，翻桌率其實不算快，所以等待的時間也 拉長，等待的時間就可以先看看外頭的菜單，價格大概都$100上下，最貴的大概 就是魚類方面，價格都為$200上下，不過份量也不會太多就是了，不過我覺得店 裡用餐位置很擠，環境也有點小髒亂，如果空間可以在大一點，用餐起來會比較 舒適。 椰汁蝦$120，大概有五隻蝦左右，蝦子皆有開背先炸後煨，有把腸泥去除，所以 用餐觀感還不錯，椰汁有點辣，吃起來很下飯。 椰汁牛肉$120，比起椰汁蝦，椰汁牛肉看起來豐富多了，辣度比椰汁蝦低一點， 椰奶味道很濃郁，大家都在搶著要淋上這下飯的椰汁，雖說是椰汁，不過也是用 咖哩醬的味道下去調，所以吃起來咖哩的味道也還是很重。 大薄片$100，大薄片就是把豬頭皮切的大片切的薄薄的，是很考驗刀工的一道菜 色。 大薄片是一道很清爽的菜色，雖然豬頭皮切的薄薄的，不過吃起來還是很Q彈爽 脆，沾上一點有點酸甜的醬汁，是一個很消暑的夏天涼伴菜。 檸檬魚$220，魚肉很新鮮，而且醬汁沾起來不會太嗆酸，吃到後面，我們也都不 放過這湯汁，都要拿來伴飯才過癮。 涼拌海鮮$100，海鮮料其實不多，淋上有點酸味的醬汁，吃起來很開味。 椒麻雞$100，炸的酥脆的雞腿肉，配上一樣是酸甜開胃的醬汁，如果辣度能夠在 提高一點會更夠味。 什錦鋁包海鮮$120，我覺得這比涼拌海鮮超值多了，而且又淋上用蛋去製作的椰 汁咖哩醬，裡頭的海鮮也比較豐富，重點是上頭的調味料，幾乎盤盤都是很下飯 的料理。 豆醬高麗菜$80，當時點個青菜的時候，老闆娘竟然說蝦醬沒了，我們只好換成 豆醬高麗菜，豆醬吃起來就瞞普通沒有特別了，我還是比較愛吃蝦醬的口味。 打拋肉$100，本來應該是用豬肉的，可惜豬肉也沒了，店家生意還真得是很好， 所以我們就換成雞肉，雞肉吃起來就不會像豬肉油一點，感覺吃起來就比較清爽 ，我喜歡這間的打拋肉，吃起來是屬於比較濕潤一點，醬汁也比較多，很好下飯 。 3/15(五)：哆啦A夢誕生前100年展(上) (下)→竹屋火鍋。 3/16(六)：小琉球快要中暑之旅(餃神二代水餃→鄭記琉球香腸→烏鬼洞步道→ 允好嘉黑糖霜淇淋→山豬溝步道+美人洞步道+花瓶岩→小蝌蚪起司餅)→泰好吃 泰緬小館→行事紅心粉圓→成記雙糕潤。 心得報告到此，謝謝收看！ 下台一鞠躬！ -- 懶得說話的時候就唱歌八 不想再解釋什麼的時候就唱歌八 不應該吃零食而嘴巴卻發癢個不停時就唱歌八 想要對那個人說我愛你又擔心會不會太衝動時就唱歌八 眼淚快要掉下來但怎麼也不能讓別人發現你再傷心的時候就唱歌八 明明很難過然而還是要努力說服自己其實一切根本都無所謂得時候就唱歌八 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.141.101 ※ greenthumb:轉錄至看板 Kaohsiung 07/05 07:29
