| 當 Adblock Plus 開始對廣告放行

 網路帶來了免費模式，也帶來了廣告。這並不奇怪。對於許多網站來說，廣告幾乎是營收的唯一方式。不過，某些網站的廣告確實太過分，足以毀掉你瀏覽網頁的心情。於是，某一天你決定自己受夠了，決定裝一個屏蔽廣告的套件：世界清靜了。
如果你已經開始這樣做，十有八九是在使用 Adblock Plus 外掛套件。它使你的生活更加美好了。不過，這種美好是以網站的損失為代價的。於是，從 Adblock Plus 的 2.0 版開始，出現了白名單的功能。根據官方的說法，這是為了「支持那些不依靠投放侵入式廣告生存的網站……如果沒有這項功能，眾多小網站會因為 Adblock Plus 使用率上升而難以為繼。」
這項功能預設是打開的。原因也很簡單。「如果我們主動要求用戶打開這項功能，大多數人不會這麼做。除非真的有需要，否則他們根本不會去更改任何設置。」
另外，Adblock Plus 宣稱，無法從技術上辨別什麼「可接受的」廣告，於是，他們和部分網站和廣告商達成了協議，只有符合要求的廣告才會被放行。
毫無疑問，這是一個微妙的平衡。如果 Adblock Plus 放過太多廣告，用戶會移除它，或者直接關掉「允許非侵入廣告」的選項（看到這裡，或許已經有人準備關掉了），如果 Adblock Plus 政策過於嚴格，網站和廣告商會施加更多壓力。
不過，換個角度來看，Adblock Plus 的白名單又給予了它很大的權力。網站和廣告商都需要去討好他，才能加入白名單。這個守門人會堅持原則，不為金錢所動麼？
科技部落格作者 Amit Agarwal 最近在 Twitter 上發了這樣一條推：Google 向 AdBlock Plus 付款，從而把自己的廣告列入白名單。
如果你曾經疑慮，為何 Google 會允許 Adblock Plus 在 Chrome 應用商店生存，現在知道答案了吧。考慮到 Google 曾禁止 Play Store 中的廣告屏蔽軟體，它是採取不同的方式對待行動平台和桌面平台。
對此，Andrew Leonard 在 Salon網站 撰文說，在 Google 禁止 Play Store 中的 Adblock Plus 等應用程式時，他認為 Adblock 是為用戶抵抗線上廣告的，但是從白名單制度的實施來看，事情呈現了完全相反的面貌，「AdBlock Plus 似乎把自己定位為關鍵區域的守門人。那是一個有著巨大盈利潛力的優勢地帶。這是值得關注的一件事情。」

昨日是七七盧溝橋事變七十六周年紀念日，值此敏感時刻，三艘大陸海監船編隊開赴釣魚台海域巡航，不僅引發日本海上保安廳巡邏船關注示警，日本首相安倍晉三也批評，大陸欲憑實力改變釣魚台領土現狀是錯誤的。
大陸國家海洋局還將此巡航任務公布在官網上，「二○一一三年七月七日，中國海監49、23、5001船編隊繼續在中國釣魚島（釣魚台）領海內巡航。」彰顯主權意味濃厚。
正值陸海監船巡航釣魚台海域之際，立場向來強硬的安倍晉三昨日也大動作反擊稱，大陸在釣魚台問題以及南海領土糾紛上，試圖憑藉實力改變現狀，且將歷史問題作為是否進行首腦會談的條件，此類的作法都是錯誤的。
此外，安倍還對大陸在東海所謂的「日中中間線」附近，新建油氣田開採設施一事大表不滿。不過日前大陸外交部已回應稱，所謂「中間線」是日方片面決定，陸方並不接受。
或許是時機敏感，日媒亦頗為關注。日本《共同社》報導稱，昨日上午九時廿五分至卅五分，三艘先後駛入尖閣諸島（釣魚台）附近日本領海，這是去年九月日本政府實施「釣魚台國有化」以來，大陸公務船第五十一次駛入日本領海。
據報導稱，日本海上保安廳巡邏船對大陸海監船駛入領海前曾發出警告，但大陸「海監5001」則以中文和英語回應，「根據中國相關法律進行例行巡航」。
在盧溝橋「七七事變」事發地，河北全省昨早試鳴防空警報，警示勿忘國恥。自昨日上午十時許，警報聲畫破了河北省省會石家莊的天空，預先警報、空襲警報、解除警報有序發出。

經過長達十七小時的工作會談，兩韓官方代表終於在七日凌晨，就重新開放開城工業園區達成共識，在開城設廠的南韓企業人士十日起可前往園區，進行設備檢測和維修。
兩韓官員於六日開始在北韓管轄的板門店「統一閣」展開會談，最後就進駐開城工業園區的南韓企業恢復生產達成共識，並簽署相關協議。雙方同意，會在「準備好」時，讓園區的所有公司恢復運作。
協議內容還包括：南韓業者可運回滯留在園區的成品、原料，也可透過一定程序運回設備，北韓將確保前往園區的南韓人員人身安全，並在車輛通行和通訊等方面提供協助。在南韓的強烈要求下，北韓還同意十日在開城工業園區舉行後續會談，以商討如何防止園區關閉事件重演。
南韓首席代表徐虎在會談結束後表示，兩韓雙方在減輕開城工業園區企業家的困難、推動園區發展正常化達成共識。徐虎還表示，期待此次會談為開城工業園區恢復營運邁出第一步，同時是南北間增進互信的一個契機。
北韓三人代表團由中央特區開發指導總局副局長朴哲洙領軍，南韓首席代表為統一部南北韓合作地區支援團團長徐虎，另有兩名統一部官員隨行。六日開始，歷經過兩次全體會議、十次首席代表接觸，討論了開城工業園區正常化及如何防止類似事件重演等議題，七日終於達成協議。

波音777降落時 疑撞上海堤
〔編譯陳成良、記者邱燕玲、蔡偉祺／綜合報導〕南韓韓亞航空公司（Asiana Airlines）一架由首爾起飛、載有三百零七名乘客及機員的波音777-200ER型客機，六日在美國舊金山降落時失事，機尾折斷後引發大火，機身中段至前段上半部燒穿。目前確認兩名中國女性乘客死亡，至少一百八十二人住院治療。美國情報當局已排除恐怖攻擊可能性，具體事故原因還在調查中。
兩罹難乘客 都是中國學生
這架編號OZ214的客機，是在當地時間六日上午十一時三十六分（台灣時間七日凌晨二時三十六分），墜毀於舊金山國際機場，這是波音777自一九九五年正式投入營運以來首次發生致命飛安事故，也是第二宗在機場著陸時失事的事故。中華民國旅行商業同業公會全國聯合會秘書長許高慶表示，失事班機上無台灣旅客，並已獲外交部證實。國內航空業者也說，並未採購該波音777-200ER型客機。
韓亞航表示，機上共兩百九十一名乘客，包括一百四十一名中國人、七十七名南韓人等，以及十六名機組員。中國中央電視台報導，一百四十一名中國乘客中，七十餘人是來自浙江與山西的學生與老師，預定前往美國參加夏令營。死亡的兩名少女都坐在飛機尾部，分別只有十六及十七歲，都是浙江江山中學學生。
美情報當局 排除恐怖攻擊
美國國家運輸安全委員會（ＮＴＳＢ）調查小組透露，韓亞航客機在不常被客機使用的跑道上降落，不排除因客機駕駛疏忽或過失而釀禍的可能性。
舊金山國際機場位於海灣邊，跑道一端和海水相接處築有海堤。目擊者聲稱，飛機在著陸前與海堤發生碰撞，造成尾部和起落架受損，然後開始「機腹著陸滑行」，最終衝出跑道並起火冒煙，眾多乘客透過充氣滑梯逃出機艙。另一名倖存者則表示，飛機似乎飛得太低，機師在客機撞到跑道前，曾試圖拉高飛行高度。

【張勵德／台北報導】今天各地天氣與昨類似，上午大多維持多雲到晴的穩定天氣，大台北地區高溫可能有攝氏36度，其他地區高溫約攝氏32到35度。中午過後台灣西半部地區及宜蘭、花蓮仍有午後雷陣雨，局部地區對流發展旺盛，雨勢可能又快又急，並伴隨雷擊、強陣風甚至冰雹等現象。中央氣象局提醒，午後降雨也可能持續到晚間，雨量很容易超過大雨等級，甚至接近豪雨，民眾外出要記得攜帶雨具。
昨在關島附近有一個熱帶性低氣壓生成，氣象局研判可能增強為輕度颱風，一旦生成將是今年第7號颱風，中文譯名為「蘇力」(Soulik，米克羅尼西亞命名，原意為當地酋長的頭銜)。目前此熱帶性低氣壓中心距離台灣仍遠，氣象局預估本周5、6將是熱帶性低氣壓或颱風最接近台灣的時候，全台各地天氣都會受到影響，但影響程度還要再觀察。
今天全台各地仍維持上午晴朗、午後有雷陣雨的天氣。氣象局提供

【簡威弘／新北報導】又是行車糾紛惹禍！一名家住新店的黃姓男子，只因對前車按喇叭，雙方因此起衝突，黃男被打趴在地送醫後無大礙。新店警方昨晚9時許接獲報案，有民眾於復興路、順安街口打架，其中1人被打得滿身是血，警方趕抵時，剩下黃男痛苦坐在地上，打人的2名男子已開車逃逸，警方將根據車牌傳喚他們到案說明，釐清案情。
警方初步了解，糾紛起因於黃男開車準備從新店中正路右轉復興路，當右轉燈號亮起時，前方汽車卻停下不動，他按了聲喇叭示意，對方才右轉，沒想到對方車輛就一路跟著他，沿途雙方互相幹譙，最後路邊停車，一言不合大打出手。
