【綜合報導】美國俄亥俄州警方周二表示，女子奈森（Teresa Nelson）的前男友曼斯無法接受分手，持刀闖入她家將她活活刺死，之後再自殺。奈森的8歲女兒全程目睹，飽受驚嚇。

根據警方公布的命案電話錄音，奈森打電話報警，在電話線上驚叫：「喔天啊，他抓住我頭髮！他持刀刺我，他正在刺我！」接著電話斷線。警方接線生再撥回去，奈森的8歲女兒接起哭說：「我認為她已經死了。我不要我媽咪死掉。」當時在屋內除了女童，還有奈森的母親，兩人幸而毫髮無傷，但心靈飽受衝擊創傷。

【綜合報導】台灣絕跡50多年的狂犬病最近死灰復燃，台灣中部山區鼬獾身上發現狂犬病病毒，對此世界動物衛生組織（OIE）秘書長顧問（Advisor of the Director General）唐益健（Etienne Bonbon）表示，OIE甚為關注，立刻與台灣的負責人連絡，OIE目前未收到台灣的通報。

唐益健也表示，動物疾病無國界，他建議發現狂犬病病毒的地區，所有的飼主應該帶家中犬貓施打狂犬病疫苗。

【賴又嘉／台北報導】陳姓男子（55歲）覬覦胞姊名下房產，見胞姊罹患精神分裂症，對財產沒管理能力，於是利用胞姊對其信任，拿「土地贈與所有權契約書」等相關文件給胞姊簽名，再擅自勾選「贈與」，於2009年到2011年間，分3次到戶政機關辦理所有權移轉，將胞姊名下、位於北市文山區的房產贈與到自己名下。
 
陳婦兒子去年10月間發覺母親名下房產被冒名贈與，為控告舅舅偽造文書，於是偽造母親形事委任狀，對舅舅提告。北檢查出，陳男確實偽造胞姊文件辦理贈與，依偽造文書罪將他起訴，但檢方開庭時，也發現陳婦根本沒辨別是非能力，也沒要對陳男提告，才知陳婦兒子偽造文書，因而也將陳婦兒子起訴。

【楊景婷／綜合報導】導演侯孝賢近來在中國導演劉傑執導的新片《青春派》客串數學老師，日前曝光60秒預告，他在講台上嚴肅說：「什麼都要從最細節開始，比如畫個圓，要畫這個圓，你心要定，就像學習一樣。」接著就在黑板上畫了一個歪七扭八的圓，喜劇效果十足。
 
劉傑透露，拍攝時侯導嘗試歷史、地理老師的角色，最後選擇數學老師，至於歪七扭八的圓並不是故意設計，而是侯導真的畫不圓，劉傑笑說：「結果本色演出，竟然戲劇張力十足！」
