【謝岱穎／綜合報導】相信嗎？水手隊全場只敲出1支安打，而且對手並沒有出現任何失誤，卻能以4比2獲勝！今天(21日)早上在休士頓的美粒果球場就發生這樣的事，水手日籍先發投手岩隈久志主投7局被敲7安打掉2分、投出7次三振，比不上太空人左投貝達德(Erik Bedard)的6局0安打、飆10K，但岩隈卻順利拿下本季第9勝。

最詭異的局面出現在6局上，水手沒有任何安打，1出局後連獲兩次保送，然後靠捕逸攻上二、三壘，接著分別靠高飛犧牲打和另一次捕逸，攻下2分，這2分都不是貝達德的責失，但貝達德在7局投出保送後退場，後援投手被水手桑德斯(Michael Saunders)敲出二壘打掉分，這也是水手全場唯一安打。

【黃揚明／台北報導】立法院國防委員會今前往陸軍楊梅高山頂營區，考察陸軍下士洪仲丘命案發生的禁閉室，日前爆料269旅政戰主任陳毅銘下令刪除監視器畫面的綠委陳亭妃行前明確表示：「考察重點就是監視器！」

陳亭妃強調，重要關鍵就到底禁閉室監視器擺設位置、角度為何，且為何軍方只有給洪家家屬看4支監視器畫面，而不是16支？「到底問題出在哪？要隱瞞什麼？」另外，她說，希望此行也去看監視器機房內是否有監視器能拍到機房內畫面，若有，影帶是否已經查扣？

陳亭妃說：「沒有錄影帶就沒有真相，有人要刻意隱瞞這110分鐘，那我們就要把這110分鐘找回來，才能讓真相大白！」

【綜合報導】陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘枉死，根據陸軍首度曝光的調查報告，禁閉室9名管理士官在行政調查時全否認認識542旅代理士官督導長范佐憲，也沒任何人交代要「照顧」洪，9人切結「保證所說屬實」。洪7月3日送醫，1日操練洪的錄影畫面消失飽受質疑，報告指「陸軍也不知道機器出什麼問題」，並提及體檢報告要一周，但士官長陳以人當天就拿到；報告還把矛頭指向戒護士陳毅勳，指他操練過當。

另外，綠委薛凌昨接獲軍方內部人員爆料，指洪仲丘禁閉期間每天依規定寫悔過心得，洪字字含冤血淚，卻因未認錯，被要求重寫。薛凌指她向陸軍查證，陸軍指心得已被軍事檢察官列為證據查扣。她呼籲軍檢應交代洪仲丘悔過心得是否被要求重寫。

密西根州4歲男童，周二(16日)與祖父一起到當地的漢堡王用餐。祖父打開餐盒時，驚見一枝裝滿大麻的煙斗，立刻報警求助，此時店內一名男店員趁機開溜。警方調查後，鎖定逃走的23歲男店員，懷疑他為了怕上司揭發他吸毒，才將大麻煙斗藏在餐盒中。

疑犯匆忙逃走時留下手機，剛好兩位朋友打電話給他，提醒他要小心店裡的警察，警方於是假扮該名男店員，「順藤摸瓜」套出他們所在的位置，繼而逮捕兩人與該男店員，並在他們的車上搜獲其他吸毒工具。

【陳偉周、黃仲瑜／基隆報導】 自小客車起火駕駛驚逃！凌晨12時許國道1號北上0.8公里處靠近大業隧道口，1輛小轎車車頭突然起火燃燒，後方車主趕緊通報消防隊前往處理。

警消抵達後現場後，其中1名警消趕緊衝上前查看是否有人受困，但火勢猛烈警消差點遭波及，所幸車主已及時逃出，火勢在警消灌救後順利撲滅，警方正在調查車子起火原因。
