離上一段感情 也將近快半年了 花了快三個月的時間才讓自己走出來 一個多月前 偶然加了住我附近女生的FB 在FB上 也只簡單的聊過一兩次就沒後續了 直到最近突然她主動找我聊天 我們也互留了line 聊了很多 感覺上滿合得來的 隔天 她就來我住的地方找我 這天我們也就 .... 後來跟她聊過 她說 她一個人在外面租房子 工作(早上八點到晚上十點 兼兩份工作) 很忙 很辛苦 一個人也很寂寞(跟我有點類似情況) 她想找一個有肩膀的男人 能夠陪她 支持她 她其實在這之前就在注意我了 只是前陣子工作太忙 她覺得我可以給她 她所想要的 那晚 她回去後 她坦白的跟我說 -我其實有未婚夫了 當下聽到真的腦袋一片空白 我問她 -為什麼有未婚夫 妳還要這樣 她說 -她未婚夫家裡很有錢 是她家人替她按排的 但她不想要 我也跟她說 -妳對我是認真的 還是只想玩玩而已 一開始先說清楚 妳要認真 我會 妳想玩 我也玩得起 她很清楚的告訴我 她是認真的 給她時間 她會處理好未婚夫的事情 接下來的幾天 話題大多都在這件事情上打轉 後來 她才坦白跟我說 她未婚夫對她很好 她也不想傷害他 她沒有勇氣這樣做 當話說到這 我自己心裡也有個底了 當初說需要時間 只是逃避的理由 我的經驗告訴我 時間不會改變什麼 只會讓你慢慢習慣 我想清楚後 決定跟她攤牌 結束這場荒唐的鬧劇 也不要再有連絡了 我不懂的是 妳有勇氣踏出第一步 卻不敢再繼續走下去 我不相信 哪個女人有未婚夫在 有哪個男人會對這女人認真 其實 我大可不必攤牌 繼續這樣下去 但感覺就像只是X友而已 我自己很明白 我想要的不是這樣 或許 她真的是不堪寂寞吧 事後 朋友跟我開個玩笑 上段感情的結尾和這段的相遇 就像在演本土劇一樣 我也只能笑笑的帶過 ... 我只想當個有肩膀的男人 難嗎 .... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.219.32

周小川：要重視長期資金供給問題、提高儲蓄率

大陸人行行長周小川出席G20財長及央行行長會議，他就金融市場長期資金供需問題及長期投融資提出四項建議，包括：重視長期資金供給，提高儲蓄率；透過金融市場解決資金供需期限錯配問題；提高多邊開發機構借貸能力；妥善處理長期投資於環保的關係。

在重視長期資金的供給問題方面，周小川指出，很多國家需要提高儲蓄率，為長期投資提供充足的長期資金來源。

在透過金融市場有效解決資金供給與需求的期限錯配問題方面，周小川指出，應採取措施透過發展債券市場等，為投資者提供更多長期金融工具和合適的激勵機制，來鼓勵其承擔長期投資的風險，從而化解期限錯配問題。

周小川並強調，要有效提高多邊開發機構的借貸能力。他指出，現有多邊開發機構受限於資本不足，在目前投票權安排下難以實現增資，一部分仍有債務融資的空間卻未能充分利用，這些都限制了其借貸能力，有進一步改善的空間。

防雷～ 唉唉唉不知道是不是太喜歡第一集了，對第二集期待有點高，所以有點落差 第一集妙就妙在大家都是從退休生活到再度執業的一種反差 而且整個過程都很緊湊，很期待下一秒會發生什麼事情 喜劇跟動作的結合很棒，尤其是粉紅豬PK老女人火箭炮那一段 但第二集就沒有這種感覺了....有些橋段只是為了撲梗的感覺 動作依舊，但笑點似乎沒那麼好笑了 不過伊凡邊看維多莉亞開槍邊調情那段實在經典 有一些地方還是有點疑問來請教 1.一開始去馬文喪禮找法蘭克的那批西裝人員，和攻入西裝人員總部的那群武裝人員， 分別屬於什麼單位呢？因為行動失敗之後，將軍有和那群武裝人員的頭兒傑克討論 損失，所以感覺這群武裝人員(FBI?)是政府的人，那穿西裝那群又是哪個單位的呢？ 2.夜影最後的真相，美國政府到底是否知道呢？有嚴重到要傑克讓將軍去領便當嘛？ 對美國和俄羅斯來說，是只知道炸彈已研發，還是都跟英國一樣知道貝利想要引爆 炸彈呢？將軍一夥是想解除炸彈？還是想樣搶回炸彈佔為己有？他們到底是想要透 RED門找到炸彈，還是只想要殺掉RED？派韓出來好像只是單純想殺掉RED一樣，這 對找炸彈沒有幫助阿？ 3.承上，到後來看似傑克和貝利博士早有聯絡有默契，那傑克直接去找貝利就好， 何必要先去追這些RED呢？還有又何必跟著去追青蛙呢？ 4.再承上，如果說貝利博士上網留下線索就是為了等RED來把他放出去，那貝利應該是 很希望RED們找的到線索才是，但他看到RED時卻說「我很驚訝你們能找到青蛙」， 彷彿是不想讓他們找到青蛙一樣，這邊好像有點奇怪 5.貝利特地讓傑克下飛機後才殺他有點奇怪，他大可在飛機上就把他的計畫告訴傑克 後就送他上路，這樣不是比較快？ 6.軍情六處為何要殺維多利亞？只因為他沒有殺掉法蘭克一夥兒？動機好像有點薄弱？ 7.凱薩琳麗塔瓊斯(片中名忘了)是怎麼在老布酒裡下藥的？跟服務生串通？為何RED中 貝利獨獨只殺掉她？之前曾經發生過什麼事情嘛？ 以上問題還請先進不吝賜較～ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 58.114.176.198

洪仲丘天成醫院急救110分鐘 家屬：「好像沒有人在乎這條生命」

【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘的家屬今天到軍事檢察署中部辦公室觀看相關監視畫面，看完洪仲丘在天成醫院急救的一百一十分鐘畫面後，舅舅胡世和表示，前五十五分鐘只有檢查、打點滴，後來才將洪仲丘送進去插管，醫官及兩名班長都在場，「看起來軍方完全沒作為」。

洪仲丘的姊姊洪慈庸也說，從營區到天成醫院這段軍方救護車上沒有監視器，家屬只能看在天成醫院急診室的畫面，弟弟送進急診室時已呈昏迷狀態，除了打點滴外，沒有特別的急救動作，就家屬而言，弟弟根本是被丟在急診室，「好像沒有人在乎這條生命，任憑他在那邊昏迷，沒有人有積極作為，家屬看了蠻傷心的。」

現場媒體記者詢問：「是否會認為弟弟是被丟在急診室等死？」洪慈庸說，應由專業去評估。洪慈庸並表示，下午只看了這段畫面，晚上還會針對其他畫面繼續觀看。

紐約餐館周今天開跑　頂級美食只要25美元

【楊沛騏／台北報導】紐約夏季最大盛事－餐館周今天起開跑，將持續到8/16，周一～周五（周六休），周日則視餐館而異，共有近300家左右的頂級餐廳共襄盛舉。平常貴桑桑的餐廳，在活動期間3道式午餐通通只要25美元(約750元台幣)起，3道式晚餐也只要38美元(約1140元台幣)起。但須注意的是，費用不含飲料、稅金及小費。

紐約市旅遊會展局表示，紐約是世界餐飲之都，每年夏季及冬季會各舉辦１次餐館周活動，讓紐約市民及遊客能夠以特惠價格體驗當地最好的美食，今年舉辦已邁入第21年。

今年參加活動的不乏時尚知名餐廳，包括林肯中心的大西洋燒烤餐廳（Atlantic Grill at Lincoln Center）、藍水燒烤餐廳（Blue Water Grill）、8 1/2啤酒屋（Brasserie 8 1/2）、黃油餐廳（Butter Restaurant）、凱雷餐廳（Carlyle Restaurant）、華爾街希普里亞尼餐廳（Cipriani Wall Street）、大衛‧伯克別墅餐廳（David Burke Townhouse）、無花果與橄欖餐廳（Fig & Olive）、紐約諾布餐廳（Nobu New York）、棕櫚翠貝卡餐廳（Palm Tribeca）和翠貝卡燒烤餐廳（Tribeca Grill）等。

Miller炙手可熱 金塊火箭加入戰局

丹佛金塊正式加入角逐Mike Miller的行列，日前他遭熱火特赦，現為自由球員。

根據《ESPN》報導，金塊必須提出更高的價碼來搶人，因為奧克拉荷馬雷霆和曼菲斯灰熊於稍早已展開攻勢，對Miller釋出善意。

美國時間上週五，Miller與新任灰熊隊老闆Robert Pera及執行長Jason Levien進行面對面晤談，陣中全明星中鋒Marc Gasol也是座上賓。

雷霆隊總管Sam Presti則較灰熊更早和Miller會面，蟬聯兩屆聯盟得分王的「雷帝」Kevin Durant在遊說過程中，亦扮演著舉足輕重的角色。

自從被熱火釋出後，即有不少球隊欲網羅Miller。如今，丹佛金塊也加入戰局，可能需要更為積極，因為今年夏天他們失去了Andre Iguodala及Corey Brewer兩位球員。

多數球隊都向Miller開出最低額度的合約。

另外，休士頓火箭也對Miller表達興趣，但年齡是他們考量的標準之一，因為Miller已經33歲。

《FOX Sports》消息指出，火箭已對前鋒Mike Miller開出簽約條件。

擁有13年NBA資歷的他，曾於2001年奪得「年度最佳新人」獎項，2006年也獲得「年度最佳第六人」的殊榮。

火箭休賽季期間動作頻頻，繼簽下「魔獸」Dwight Howard後仍舊不斷補強，現階段除了Miller外，Marcus Camby也成為他們的目標。

Camby的經紀人Rick Kaplan表示：「目前火箭在眾多競爭者中脫穎而出，最有機會與他簽約。」

中小面板Q3季增 估8年新低

（中央社記者潘智義台北22日電）電子產業研究機構DIGITIMES Research預估，台灣面板廠訂單遭侵蝕，第3季中小尺寸面板出貨量預估為3.73億片，較第2季成長3.2%，為2005年以來第3季最低的季成長率。

DIGITIMES Research分析師楊仁杰指出，第3季為中小尺寸面板傳統旺季，除大陸智慧型手機市場需求將持續成長外，國際大廠手機及平板電腦面板需求也開始浮現。

楊仁杰分析，由於智慧型手機、高階平板電腦將陸續往較大尺寸、全高清畫質（Full HD）發展，客戶較傾向使用低溫多晶矽（LTPS）面板。

他說，今年第3季台灣中小尺寸面板預估出貨量3.73億片，雖仍較第2季成長3.2%，但較去年第3季同期衰退1.1%。

另外，2013年第3季台廠生產中小尺寸面板應用別中，成長幅度最大的應用別是數位相框、可攜式DVD等低階中尺寸面板，分別將較前1季成長28.2%及15.7%，主因為前1季面板庫存清空，基期較低；可攜式個人導航設備（PND）因第2季出貨較高，面板庫存堆積，第3季出貨將較第2季衰退3.9%。

DIGITIMES Research指出，第4季為中小尺寸面板傳統淡季，出貨量將較第3季衰退6.5%，且所有主要應用別均將受淡季效應影響衰退。

整體來看，2013年下半年台廠中小尺寸面板出貨量，將僅較上半年成長1.5%。1020722

這不是炫燿文XD 雖然不是資深的粉絲～ 但我願望之一：死之前一定要去一次五月天的演唱會！ 本人是小七店員～７點上班就已經看到有３位客人坐在那邊等了～ 於是我立馬寫了公告：五月天１１點開賣，請至櫃檯領取號碼牌，並在店內等候～ 結果，還是有人拿了號碼牌就閃了！！！都說要留在店裡了＝　＝ 於是我又在下面補了一句：　未留店請重新排隊：Ｘ號、Ｘ號 （根本覺得我很正義）（其他留店五迷也覺得我很正義） 根據某次賣票經驗，排在前面的人因為位置被選走了～ 還在那邊滑手機找其他位置＝　＝整個就超慢． 所以我就印了一張場地圖貼在上面（根本專業） 總之，１０點半人潮就多起來了～大概１０幾個吧～ （大家都很緊張我也是，但我根本不在隊伍裡是緊張個屁ＸＤ） １１點到，第一個十分鐘內很順利的結帳～第二個卻卡了半小時！！！是想嚇誰．． 反正結論是排隊的人都有順利買到票～每個結完都超開心的！ 之後就清票了～ 那我的第一次買票就成功呢？ 哈哈～下午４點賣票，三點多下班我就開始排隊了！順利排到第一個～ 整個非常緊張～ 我要買三張，我按了自行選位， 一開始看到有兩個空位就先點，後來一直按按按都沒看到白的，天阿＝　＝ 旁邊同事說：就叫你用電腦選位，一定選不到了啦（狂唱雖我！！！） 後來看到還有一個空位！！秒點！！！ 順利的印出繳費單～順利的結完帳～順利的拿到票～ ９／１５見～ｙａ～動次動次～ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.252.171.5
