【綜合報導】韓國網路最近的熱門話題：單身男女上床前，要先簽訂「開房合約」，避免日後可能引發的法律責任。

「開房合約」建議男女雙方再發生性行為前先簽署，內容主要包括：不能向對方追究民事與刑事責任、兩人間的性關係不能涉及脅迫、麻醉、引誘與交易行為，另外女方即使懷孕，也絕不要求男方負責，還有在進行的過程中，雙方都不能拍照、錄音與錄影。聽起來似乎公平，大家都是出來混的，三頭六面先講清楚，省得日後糾纏不清。

但新加坡媒體拿「開房合約」詢問當地年輕男女的意見，絕大多數人的反應都是「多此一舉」，「煞風景，這樣會降低性慾」，顯然不受歡迎。

【綜合報導】英國肯特懷斯特包鎮一間專賣營養品的商店，店內的監視器拍到令人難以置信的靈異畫面，就在顧客挑選商品的時候，他後方的茶包盒突然從架上飛出，停在半空中，數秒後才落地。
 
店家表示他開店以來，從未親眼看過任何靈異現象，他每星期都會檢查一次監視器畫面，這是第一次發現如此詭異的事情，不過不相信有鬼的他，也完全找不到合理的解釋。

法務部與國防部昨天再度開記者會，重申特偵組不能介入軍檢偵辦中的洪仲丘命案，必須依憲政制度分工合作，偵辦各自管轄的命案、湮滅證據案。法務部政務次長陳明堂說「我國是法治國家，如果紊亂法制，將是人治而非法治。」

陳明堂指出，檢方並非爭權或推諉，而是必須優先遵守審判權，憲法第九條規定「人民除現役軍人外，不受軍事審判。」反之，軍人犯陸海空軍刑法，須由軍事審判。他說，我們是法治國家，偵查權的發動必須嚴守審判權分際，不可逾越憲法和法律規定。他說，雙方將分工合作，彼此有關的案情證據，例如桃園地檢署偵辦滅證案所蒐集還原監視器畫面，會彼此交換、研究。陳明堂強調，如果檢方明知沒有審判權卻違法調查蒐證，就算起訴了，也會被法院以違法取得的證據沒有證據能力而駁回，等於白忙一場。

【徐珮君／台北報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，軍檢調查被外界批評動作太慢，行政院長江宜樺上午指示國防部、法務部應通力合作，全力偵辦此案，讓事件真相大白，嚴懲兇手。

行政院發言人鄭麗文轉述說，國防部長高華柱上午9點半前往法務部拜會曾勇夫部長。目前桃園地檢署已針對洪仲丘案的湮滅證據部分參與調查，後續希望國防、法務兩部通力合作，盡快破案。
