前民進黨主席蔡英文31日前往台中洪仲丘家捻香，並向家屬表達慰問之意，她說，希望經過洪仲丘事件，社會可以深刻反省，了解台灣軍隊所面臨的問題，期待這是社會改革的開始，大家共同來關注、督促。

蔡英文指出，洪案是台灣社會的悲劇，不僅有人的因素，也顯示政府長期以來在軍隊文化、心態和體制上，未能進行整體的檢查和必要改革。

洪母眼淚直流，擔心告別式結束後，事情會不明不白，所以愈接近告別式的日子就愈難過。

蔡英文則安慰洪家父母說，這段時間以來，看到洪家人都很堅強，姊姊洪慈庸也很勇敢堅強，希望大家一起守護他們所期待的公平正義，也感謝洪家的堅持，讓政府動起來，也讓社會有個反省的過程。

蔡英文表示，在這案件中，最勇敢、最值得社會尊敬的，就是洪家的家人。

蔡英文說，這個問題是很嚴重的，在過去，有很多年輕的子弟在從軍過程中發生不幸，希望仲丘的事，是最後一件。

  • 台大獸醫學院費昌勇表示，錢鼠的體積小，抵抗病毒的耐力不高，並不視為擴散狂犬病毒的保毒高危險物種。

台東錢鼠確診為狂犬病案例，家中時常有錢鼠出沒，狂犬病疫情恐更加嚴峻？外界質疑防疫小組應盡速加強防疫，主動檢測及斷絕野外疫情擴散，建議防檢局空投口服疫苗；但台大獸醫教授費昌勇認為，以錢鼠的耐力並不用過度擔心擴大狂犬病疫情，且空投疫苗也無法滅絕鼬獾引起的狂犬病情，最重要的仍是民眾做好狗貓的疫苗施打。

費昌勇表示，錢鼠的體積小，抵抗病毒的耐力不高，可能在感染病毒後，過沒多久就會死亡，並不視為擴散狂犬病毒的保毒高危險物種；費昌勇認為，在民國37年可能就有鼠類感染狂犬病的案例，只是當時醫療並不發達，而沒有相關記錄。

狂犬病最怕擴散到與人群接觸密集的狗貓族群，費昌勇表示，疫情主要在保毒動物的鼬獾物種身上，只要是溫血動物都會感染狂犬病毒，而黃鼠狼、臭鼬、獴類等中型野生動物都是需要列為檢測的目標，物種感染狂犬病毒後，會在10到15個月內暴發族群死亡，死亡數量達8成族群量能檢測出動物染病情況。

國外有多例以空投口服藥消滅野外狂犬病毒的案例，費昌勇認為，以國內無法確定染病物種類型及數量的情況下，空投口服藥不一定能確實控制野外動物的狂犬病疫情，假如今年對野外空投，明年仍要持續空投，德州曾兩度空投就花費380萬美金，在不能確定多少物種、數量染病狀況下，是無法完全消滅病毒。

狂犬病再度崛起，費昌勇認為，國內可自行研發疫苗，提高防疫效率及開銷；防檢局長張賢淑回應，未來動物科技研究所將進行疫苗研發，了解對動物物種有效的劑型及投放方式，努力有效控管狂犬病疫情。

研調：陸多晶矽價格調漲，惟矽晶圓/電池平盤

在大陸擬對美/韓進行反傾銷制裁後，經過數日觀察，研調機構EnergyTrend表示，大陸多晶矽業者開始調漲價格，部分下游業者也已經同意價格調整，但在幅度上僅微幅變動；在台灣方面，目前美國業者對於價格仍不願鬆口，加上需求出現疑慮，業者在現貨市場的動作更加謹慎，使得價格仍維持平盤。

就現貨市場整體表現來看，如上所述，由於大陸市場下游已經接受價格調漲，但台灣市場仍維持平盤，本週多晶矽價格出現上揚，平均價格來到$16.301 USD/kg，漲幅0.04%；另外中國內需價格上揚，區間落在$130 RMB/kg至$140 RMB/kg之間。

在矽晶圓市場方面，市場仍在觀望未來發展，買方下單意願不高，但賣方目前對於價格也不願鬆手，本週價格維持平盤。

在電池部分，大陸業者報價止穩，而台灣業者也在觀察後續發展，價格維持平盤；在模組方面，由於大陸二、三線業者持續出清庫存，本週平均價格來到$0.68 5USD/watt，跌幅0.44%。

3D列印 造出人工耳

〔編譯陳成良／綜合報導〕細胞再生科學夯，隸屬再生領域的3D印刷術應用也越來越廣，美國麻州波士頓綜合醫院的研究人員，就利用3D印刷技術和牛、羊活體組織，成功製造出栩栩如生的人工耳朵。若研究獲致成功，就能為需要移植者迅速客製器官。

雖免鑄模 患者幹細胞不可少

英國媒體報導，這種人工耳朵由整型外科醫生設計，務求外型和比例都極準確，再配合3D印刷技術，以牛骨膠原製造出人類耳朵模具。研究人員在實驗室內，將所需數量的綿羊軟骨細胞放入耳朵模具、再植入老鼠皮膚下，培養約3個月；並利用鈦金屬線塑造及固定耳朵的形狀，即可像人耳那樣屈曲和收縮。

這項研究採用的3D印刷技術，免去傳統鑄模麻煩，整型醫生可藉此為有需要的患者，改善耳朵外觀的問題。這種人工耳被形容是「概念證明」的原型產物，未來將進行臨床實驗；但這種人工耳朵在臨床上移植到病人身上前，仍需進一步研發。

剛剛在喜滿客看完... 這絕對值得進電影院看！ 是我這一兩年看過有印象的恐怖片（心魔、聚魔櫃、凶兆、屍變） 最好看的！ 雖然就是改編自真實故事的電影（很多鬼片都嘛這樣講） 可是厲陰宅在觀影過程中，真的就很自然，沒有噴一堆血 在房子裡的氣氛，尤其是地窖，實在是有夠毛 捉迷藏拍手也很屏氣凝神...... 安插了那位警察讓氣氛稍微緩和一點， 好險這一家有遇到華倫夫妻（有實力又善良的人不多阿） 我喜歡這樣的結局，滿感人的。 小問題.... 那個miss me娃娃，只是華倫夫妻的另一個case吧？ 所以攻擊他們女兒的是女巫？跟miss me娃娃有關係嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.177.47.243

【綜合報導】日本理化研究所及先端醫療中心醫院將會在8月1日，進行全球首宗使用人工萬能細胞(iPS)的臨床研究治療。

治療項目負責人表示，這次的治療項目將選擇罹患「滲出型老人黄斑病變」的病人皮膚組織來製作iPS細胞，治療眼疾，通常罹患此症的病人嚴重者將導致失明。

日本政府刻正積極推動iPS細胞治療，京都大學的研究小組也將在今秋挑戰製造人造耳朵的尖端技術，日政府希望將這項技術發展成為領先世界的新興產業。

【綜合報導】美國《國會山莊報》（The Hill）周三公佈國會50大俊男美女排行榜，混血的華裔鄒姓雙胞胎姊妹花高踞第4和第5。

24歲、在有線電視頻道C-SPAN擔任製作助理的鄒莎拉(Sara Zou)和鄒雪莉(Chellie Zou)，父親來自北京，母親來自密西根州。兩人是普度大學（Purdue University）遊行樂隊的雙指揮，莎拉搬來華府後曾參選華盛頓小姐，獲得最上鏡頭獎。莎拉說，參加選美得在台上穿泳裝和高跟鞋，這是促進健康生活的一種方式，現在都吃西瓜而不吃杯子蛋糕。

位居姐姐之後的雪莉說，兩人在工作和生活上都互相幫忙，平時會跳舞、跑步、騎車和划船，但不會在健身房做重量訓練。

美國國會每年有大量新進幕僚、年輕實習生和新進人員加入。《國會山莊報》過去10年每年都會公佈50名國會俊男美女，是華府政界的熱門話題。今年登榜首的是50歲參議員弗萊克（Jeff Flake）。

高華柱再次訪洪家 站家屬立場

前國防部長高華柱，卸任後以私人身分今天第一次慰問洪家，再度向家屬道歉，高華柱訪談中表示，我們尊重法律，但家屬的疑點，盼在後續的法律過程當中能夠解釋清楚，高也告訴家屬，「我們必需科學辦案」。

高華柱表示，他雖然離開部長的位子，但他會以家屬的立場，與家屬的心情是一樣的，因為這是一件人命關天的事情。父親洪吉端也質疑，昨天已經偵察終結，現在講這些有何用？

洪慈庸也趁機要求，雖然目前律師團可以調卷，但前三分之二的調查內容律師無法調，一直到後面的三分之一才開始執行，害怕軍檢的審判速度太快，讓律師來不及調閱，希望能幫律師多爭取時間，好好檢閱前三分之二的調查內容，以示公正。

高華柱解釋，偵查終結不代表全案已經結束，家屬提出的質疑，國防部一定會重視，會持續追中，一點不漏。針對姊姊意見，一定會轉達給新的團隊，讓國防部真正了解。

※ 引述《GreenLabel (外出用餐)》之銘言： : 跟原po解釋一下男人的浪漫。 : 吐嘈點 : 1. 環太平洋，這片名有點不太合主題。 哪裡不和主題了，這片就是太平洋深處出現怪獸攻擊「環」太平洋周邊國家， 然後「環」太平洋周邊國家製造機甲獵人對抗怪獸，明明切題阿！ 如果說他出現印度機或是英國機這些不在「環」太平洋周邊國家的機種， 這才叫不太合主題！ : 2. 生命牆，這麼蠢的方案也能通過。機器人不再受援助，主角工地工作再回基地， : 這段感覺很多餘。 現實世界中有的是更蠢的政府高官，看看某馬…… : 3. 元帥跟真子間的秘密，破梗後覺得很虛。 哪裡虛，難道要真子是元帥「親生」女兒，或是元帥源氏計畫這種你才滿意？ 人家就是純純的親情有啥不好！ : 4. a博士導出怪獸出現的頻率，ya，猜對了。感覺很無來由。 這就只是背景設定而已，只是要帶出攻擊越來越頻繁，攻擊力度越來越強這設定而已。 : 5. b博士聯結大腦後得到的訊息，就只是通過突破點要條碼? 沒有什麼驚喜 沒驚喜？這可是最後反攻的重點，之前不知道時丟核彈可是都被彈出來呢。 : 6. 拿火車跟貨櫃打怪獸，跟拿衛生棉條打臉一樣。 其實就是打架時，手邊有什麼就拿來砸，不過有點弱這無法反駁， 真正該吐嘈的是那油輪的結構有夠強悍，這樣打半天都沒斷裂！ 你吐錯點吧@@？ : 7. 屠獸劍等人死光了才要用 大絕招都是要最後才出，而且這是真子自己加裝的，萊利不知道是情有可原的。 : 8. b博士聯結後怪獸要來找他，也沒說明why，或要找他幹什麼。 發現了一個能夠獲取人類情報的珍貴來源，當然是搶回去或是乾脆讀腦阿！ 這像是博士想要用連結來獲得怪獸情報一樣的阿，明明很好理解的， 你整篇都一直用理性來批判電影，結果這邊你的理性思考到哪裡去了？ : 9. 核彈本來要炸通道，結果跑到別人家裡炸。最後沒條碼也能過通道。 這就像是你去超市買東西進去要刷你條碼嗎？是出來才刷阿！ 這只是反過來而已，一點都不奇怪…… : 10.怪獸那招截斷訊號的大絕招是啥啊~只能用一次? 電影裡都說了，這是EMP，然後吉普賽危機一來就拆了那個裝置（或器官？）， 所以當然只有放了一次！ : 11.神秘的怪獸來源、外星人、為何出現頻率變快、大腦聯結的秘密... : 等等坑感覺很多，但都沒有填。 感覺你跟我看的不是同一部電影？ 博士連結的時候明明就有外星人製造怪獸的畫面， 然後ID4有說外星人來源嗎？ET有說外星人來源嗎？ 來源是哪裡根本不是重點，重點是他們是敵人，這就夠了。 頻率變快是因為一開始1-2級都算是偵查探路用的， 路探明了情報充足了當然就可以針對性的生產怪獸，速度自然就快了， 而且怪物通過的越多，通道越穩定。 大腦聯結就只是個背景設定的科技，你會去問鋼彈裡的米粒到底是怎麼生產的嗎？ 不會，因為問這個根本沒意義！ : 12.就像原po說的，用飛機轟炸或載著離子炮打，不是很方便嗎。 還是感覺你跟我看的不是同一部電影， 裡面很明顯的演出了離子炮射程很短，只能當近戰武器用， 然後能量是由機體的核子動力爐提供的，那你要裝離子炮在飛機上， 是不是要要在飛機上加裝動力爐？那這飛機得有多大台阿？ 本來你裝飛機是要加強機動力，但這樣一稿只是造出了個大型飛空活靶，搞笑嗎？ : 優點 : 1.機器人很帥，老舊的外殼很有身經百戰的感覺。 : 我給[好雷] 這個版需要更高明的吐嘈…… -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.231.238.118 ※ 編輯: lpb 來自: 61.231.238.118 (07/31 12:05)
