| 史諾登感謝俄羅斯 批美國不尊重法律

【綜合報導】美國前中情局僱員史諾登（Edward Snowden）周四獲俄羅斯給予一年臨時庇護，獲准離開機場。
他之後透過維基解密發表聲明，感謝俄羅斯給予庇護，並批評歐巴馬政府不尊重法律，史諾登表示法律獲得最終勝利。
不過美國白宮則是表示相當失望，並將重新評估歐巴馬與普丁舉行峰會一事，議員則表示俄國這項舉動，恐改變美俄關係，並批評普丁不尊重歐巴馬。

廠牌:ASUS U31SG 型號: 購入日期:2012/8 距上次使用正常時間:2天前 OS版本:win7 平常作業內容:上網 有無內建還原功能(Y/N):Y 問題內容: 大家好，小弟目前人在澳洲，因為要出國買了一台二手U31SG，尚有一年保固 在出國前一切如常 但在抵達第一天，只要按下電源按鈕，電源燈就會閃一下然後熄滅，無法開機 在昨天晚上又突然可以正常啓動 但今天回到家中又發生了，無論是接電池還是接外接電源或是拆電池再接外部電原都一樣 就感覺機子準備開機，硬碟要轉了卻又停了下來，電源那顆灯就是亮了一下又熄掉 還好目前還有另一位朋友的筆電可以求救，請問這是怎麼一回事呢？有人發生過嗎 萬分緊急，煩請幫忙，謝謝各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 120.144.70.192 ※ 編輯: ozakiman 來自: 120.144.70.192 (08/04 15:46)

【羅凡勇／台北報導】2013年世界警消運動會傳出捷報，昨天柔道、空手道、射擊等共拿下4面單項金牌，奪下台灣代表團首金的柔道選手黃振翔，領獎時更是開心的揮舞國旗。
2年1屆的世界警消運動會這次在英國北愛爾蘭舉行，台灣代表團一共派出41位選手參加，其中保六總隊的黃振翔，昨日晚間（當地時間3日中午12時）出賽柔道項目公開男生組第3量級，一舉奪下台灣代表團首面金牌，頒獎時身披國旗上台領獎，賽後他還在臉書PO文感謝大家的支持。
有了黃振翔打頭陣，台灣代表團也接二連三傳出好消息，空手道及射擊項目也紛紛奪金，目前共計拿下柔道、空手道各1面金牌，射擊則是4面個人及1面團體金牌，而目前仍有鐵人三項、田徑及柔道等項目正在出賽，代表團將全力為國爭光。

立法院圍牆內，十餘人靜坐抗議。凌晨兩點半左右，警方將抗議民眾抬出立法院外，爆發激烈衝突。一名抗議民眾爬上立法院鐵門門柱上，他脫光衣服叫囂抗議。
民眾凌晨再度衝撞立法院，用油壓剪破壞鐵製的圍欄，大門前共9面圍欄遭民眾拆除，門戶大開。立法院一早五點半就緊急找鐵工修補安全破洞，預防下一波攻勢。

（中央社台北3日電）新華網報導，上海日前一場召募會，職缺87個，卻來了500多個「海歸」應聘，反映求職困難；不少人為了怕變「海藻」、「海帶」，連月薪人民幣3000、4000元的都願意做。
中國大陸民間一般稱海外留學歸國學子為「海歸」，但隨著人數越來越多，返鄉就業常是想要的要不到、要得到的看不上，比比皆是「海藻」（還在找）、「海帶」（還在待業）、「海泡」（海外混日）。
另外，留學生回國受重用者叫「海鮮」，海歸的明星叫「海星」，紮根海外且有一定基礎的叫「海根」，學術水平不高、找工作很難的叫「海草」。
數據顯示，2005年，在美國獲得博士的大陸學生希望留美工作的比例高達89.4%；但2012年，大陸留學總數39萬9600人，歸國總數為27萬2900人，也就是7成回國發展。
與此同時，大陸2013年全國高等院校（大專院校）畢業生達到699萬人，加上經濟放緩、出口疲乏，大陸預定招聘職缺較2012年下降15%，海歸面臨前所未有的就業壓力。
已回國兩個多月的方念覺得自己不是「海歸」是「海藻」，澳洲留學6年，獲得碩士學位後想在北京、上海這樣的一線城市找份工作卻一點都不容易，兩個月內投了幾十份履歷，接到的面試也只有6次，目前只拿到一家名氣不大的諮詢公司媒體公關職位。
方念算了算，出國前各種考試、各種語言補習班，來回機票等合計人民幣3萬元左右，出國後學費、生活費每年20幾萬元。總體算下來，學士加研究生一共花了100萬元。
她說，但現在拿到手的工作有點雞肋。幹吧，專業不對口（與所學專業無法銜接）不說，工資不高，上升空間也有限；不幹，就還是個「海帶」。「如果一個月三、四千塊錢工資，即使不吃不喝不租房也不買房，都得20年才能勉強把留學的錢賺回來」。
與方念相比，她的學姐蘇莉雯就比較幸運了，回國後進了營銷機構從事海外市場推廣工作。蘇莉雯表示，與其他畢業一年還沒有就業的同學相比，她現在無論從工作前景還是收入水準來講都算好的了。
她說，原來的求職目標是進入大國企或者銀行，但今年的形勢讓她不得不調整了方向，許多銀行連博士想進去都難，更別說只是碩士。
蘇莉雯坦言，很多同學因為想在國外工作、簽證等原因留不下，想回國又找不到合適的工作，猶猶豫豫地待在國外，成了「海泡」。1020803

這位熊老大將圾垃桶拖到50公尺外的停車場後，推倒垃圾桶方便翻找食物，不知是否食物太美味，牠隔天又再度造訪故技重施。
餐廳經理發現後表示他一點也不驚訝，畢竟美味的食物任誰都難抗拒，雖然相當自豪連棕熊都愛他們家的餐點，不過擔心熊老大恐造成危險，餐廳表示將把垃圾桶上鎖，希望熊老大知難而退不會再出現，如果牠還是持續造訪，警察表示將可能得麻醉牠，再把牠送到別處。

| JPM王子熱唱 楊丞琳曖昧捧場

【綜合報導】JPM今晚開唱，但團員的緋聞比演出還受矚目，不但安排團員小傑的緋聞對象Kimberley上台合唱，團員王子的緋聞女友楊丞琳大方到場支持。
JPM之前力邀的楊丞琳也在收工後到場，工作人員透露小傑、毛弟下午彩排時就先虧王子：「是不是有特別嘉賓？」邊說還邊指楊丞琳可能入座的貴賓區，顯然早有預謀。
