【鄧惠珍／彰化報導】「讓我們歡迎魯夫、蛇姬進場！」在同一家公司上班的楊其樺、陳玟宇（30歲）今天結婚，兩人從小就迷航海王，特別情商航海王cosplay朋友陳立國等人，舉辦一場航海王婚禮，新郎魯夫、新娘蛇姬，在香吉士、娜美、羅賓、青稚、黑鬍子、艾斯、索隆、紅髮傑克陪同下進場，全場賓客響起如雷掌聲與歡呼聲。

新郎楊其樺（31歲）說，去年參加九族文化村航海王cosplay活動，認識一群同好，為了給新娘陳玟宇（30歲）難忘的婚禮，秘密進行這場航海王婚宴，連新娘都被蒙在鼓裡，第一次進場時穿著正式服裝，第二次進場，新娘穿著白色禮服，新郎則扮成魯夫出場，而台上已有一群海賊王正等新人，讓她驚喜不已。

新郎說，「我最愛的就是蛇姬！」不過新娘卻說「我最喜歡艾斯！」兩人相視大笑，賓客爭相跟新人合影。

消息人士透露，世界銀行正在整理全面的中國經濟改革建議，包括將一家大型銀行私有化，並允許農民出售土地。這些改革建議可能顛覆中共數十年來的意識形態體系。

世銀應中國國務院總理李克強邀請，正與中國國務院發展研究中心聯合制定改革議程，世界銀行整理的改革建議是其中一部分。中共將趕在年底的十八屆三中全會召開前，將這些工作納入改革方案當中。

不過，這些建議能否得到國務院發展研究中心的副署，能否被中國領導人接受，仍言之過早。畢竟，私有化在中國一直是個禁忌問題，但推動私有化的構想至少說明，世界銀行裡有許多人認為，若要阻止成長率下滑並逐步躋身發達國家之列，中國必須深入改革。

【綜合報導】馬總統前往洪仲丘告別式弔唁，洪仲丘父親看到馬總統，再度提出4名被告交保的不滿。

洪仲丘父親表示，愛子遭虐致死，4名被告竟然會裁定交保。洪父痛批，他們要的只是真相，國軍卻不斷抹黑、欺騙，就是因為真相不明。軍檢起訴書內容模糊不清，引發群眾怒火，洪父：「公憤引發20萬人上凱道」。

洪父說，洪仲丘遺體解剖以後，法醫都證實死亡原因是「他為」。但是他們家人跟軍方要求「正式版本」的死亡報告，卻一直遭拒。洪家委任律師表示，當初軍方卻在沒有解剖情況下，斷定洪仲丘是意外死亡，實在非常輕率。洪家律師：「軍事審判制度需要徹底改革」，希望馬總統能夠履行。

洪父最後希望馬總統能夠「軍無戲言」，能夠讓洪仲丘瞑目。

從事電宰雞隻工作的男子陳玟志響應北台南家扶中心籌募助學款活動，今天捐贈200隻土雞在新營區義賣，助學兼推廣電宰雞。

陳玟志表示，傳統市場禁宰活禽政策實施後，有些民眾對電宰雞肉的接受度不高，導致買氣稍微下降，他本來就有舉辦促銷活動來刺激買氣的想法，加上北台南家扶中心正在籌募助學款，因此決定結合公益活動來推廣具安全衛生觀念的電宰雞肉。

陳玟志提供200隻電宰土雞，以每隻新台幣200元義賣兼促銷。因價格低於市價，吸引不少民眾購買，上午賣出160隻。

陳玟志說，若促銷活動帶動雞肉買氣，將再捐出一定比例的盈餘給家扶中心，盼能有拋磚引玉的效果，鼓勵更多人一起幫助弱勢孩子上學。

北台南家扶中心主任莊淑惠表示，中心預定於8月26日舉辦的弱勢兒少助學希望工程活動，至今仍欠缺約200萬元經費，需要更多像陳玟志這樣有愛心的業者提供資源，也希望熱心民眾響應購買義賣品。

隨著國人長壽、老齡化的社會結構，退休及銀髮族群的換屋市場不容忽視。有巢氏房屋副總經理劉炳耀表示，年紀大的長輩，可能有慢性病等醫療需求，住家到醫院的距離成為購屋的重要考量，盡量以車程10分鐘可達為限。台灣房屋智庫根據內政部實價登錄資訊，整理出全台主要醫院周邊房價；台北市台大醫院周圍釋出案件稀少，每坪約55.4萬元。新北市新莊區台北醫院和新店區耕莘醫院，平均單價每坪近40萬元。

【楊逸民／綜合報導】勇士隊今天對上費城人陷入苦戰，全場只擊出5支安打，但拜費城人投手群送出9次四死球所賜，勇士在延長12局上靠著3次四壞球保送成滿壘，再加上內野滾地球，兵不血刃攻下超前分，以5比4擊敗費城人，拿下最近的9連勝。
 
勇士原本就在國聯東區領先，這波連勝後，已經領先第2名國民隊達11.5場勝差，也是該分區勝率唯一超過5成的球隊。根據大聯盟官方數據統計公司Elias提供的資料，勇士上一場延長12局以上，只靠5支或更少安打奪勝的比賽，是1959年5月26日，當時是密爾瓦基勇士，以1比0在延長13局擊敗海盜隊。
 
那場比賽最有意思的是海盜先發投手哈迪克斯(Harvey Haddix)前12局投出完全比賽，結果13局下先是隊友守備失誤，完全比賽破功，最後遭勇士隊艾考克(Joe Adcock)擊出第1支安打，也是再見安打，冤枉地輸掉比賽。那場比賽海盜全場12支安打，1分未得。

營建署陽明山國家公園管理處表示，陽明山單車節將在9月15日舉辦，已開始接受報名，預定8月15日止；提供單車接駁。

陽管處表示，有部分車友反映，希望能提供接駁專車上下山，為服務車友及落實節能減碳政策，只要湊足25人登記並完成繳費，活動承辦廠商接洽公車業者，提供自中正紀念堂至陽明山中山樓停車場活動會場接駁服務，人車同時載運，車程約1小時，每趟人車接駁費用為新台幣300元，不含活動報名費內，須自費參加。
