市場景氣回溫緩慢 尖點：2013年旺季恐向後遞延

尖點科技主管指出，由目前的PCB市場需求狀況來觀察，在8月想要見到迅速且大幅度的業績回升，其困難度非常高；換言之，2013年的旺季恐將向後遞延。

PCB製程鑽針及代鑽孔服務廠尖點科技(8021-TW)今(6)日公布7月營收2.13億元，較6月的2.24億元反而呈現5.15%的衰退，尖點科技主管指出，由目前的PCB市場需求狀況來觀察，在8月想要見到迅速且大幅度的業績回升，其困難度非常高；換言之，2013年的旺季恐將向後遞延。

尖點科技今天公布7月營收2.13億元，較6月的2.24億元呈現5.15%的衰退，而較去年同月則有8.37%的成長，尖點科技累計2013年1-7月營收為14.38億元，較去年同期有13.31%的成長。

尖點科技的營收2013年以來自3月起營收逐月向上攀升，並在5月起營收即達到去年下半年PCB業的旺季的水準。而尖點科技2013年6月營收為2.24億元，為近7個月來單月營收新高，並達到旺季的水準。今年第2季營收以6.69億元創下單季歷史新高，季增率達到20.32%。但在市場指望的2013年旺季頭的7月營收卻出現較6月下滑。

尖點科技7月營收的下滑主要，據了解主要在於代鑽孔服務區塊業績的下滑，在鑽針的銷售仍維持正常的水準；主要在於合作PCB廠的接單量在7月並沒有出現明顯上升，本身自有的鑽孔機台已足以因應，也導致鑽孔委外服務的業務量沒有提高；而這一點將在接下來持續發布的的相關合作PCB廠營收可獲佐證。

尖點科技主管則憂心表示，由目前的PCB市場需求狀況觀察，在8月要見到迅速且大幅度的業績回升，其困難度非常高；換句話來說，2013年的PCB旺季恐將向後遞延。

尖點對於去年股票股利及現金股息合計0.786892元，在8月12日除權息交易。同時，尖點科技在今年第2季營收以6.69億元創下單季歷史新高，季增率達到20.32%，其單季獲利在經濟規模的支撐下，將優於第1季每股稅後盈餘0.38元的獲利表現，尖點科技將在8月13日盤後公布其上半年的財報。

【綜合報導】洪仲丘家屬質疑遭不明人士電話監聽一事，台中市政府警察局今天下午由市刑大通訊監查中心派員帶著高科技儀器到洪家進行線路檢測，經檢測家中客廳及廚房40分鐘後，否認洪家電話線路受到監聽一事。

《壹電視》報導，洪家除了客廳訊號較為異常外，其餘正常，警方表示可能是電視台在採訪造成訊號異常，否認遭監聽。但洪姊洪慈庸受訪時表示，在調查中要監聽需要傳票或法院證明才能做，但仲丘案子特殊且層級較高，可能國安或國防系統無法調查，所以有沒有也不知道。

大埔事件 國安局支持警方依法執行勤務

政大教授徐世榮在大埔抗議事件中遭警方逮捕，徐世榮控告國安局長蔡得勝妨害自由等罪。國安局今天發表新聞稿指出，蔡局長從未對本案下達過任何指示，特勤維安工作皆依「特種勤務條例」規定執法。

國安局表示，特勤並無阻制徐世榮發表意見，徐世榮是被警方認為失序並移送法辦原因也與特勤無關；警方因徐世榮倒臥道路阻礙車輛行進，致生人車危險，故以公共危險及妨害公務罪嫌移送偵辦。國安局對警方依法執行勤務予以支持。

基本上整部片除了開頭搶案的部分，其餘的故事出場人物就只剩賽門、伊莉莎白、法蘭克 與他的快樂夥伴，沒有警員、沒有調查，賽門也不用回拍賣行上班，搶劫時被保全人員目 擊真面目的法蘭克似乎生活也毫無受到影響，可以大辣辣的在公眾場所跟醫生(?)討論要 如何讓賽門恢復記憶，之後的時間在餐廳跟同夥吃飯也毫不擔心，而賽門身為搶案重點人 物整天跟幫可疑份子混在一起也沒人關心。完全感覺不出搶劫案對他們有什麼影響，我看 這世界其他人全部都被催眠了吧?是吧?而整部片大半的時間就只是 法蘭克：我要畫!我要畫!我要畫! 伊莉莎白：故弄玄虛故弄玄虛故弄玄虛 賽門：蛤? 然後不斷地重複重複再重複 不過故事中間穿插催眠的虛實部分畫面營造得倒是不錯，到最後也慢慢地建立出故事 的主線：伊莉莎白得知畫作所在位置、利用催眠離間賽門與法蘭克、法蘭克的夥伴爆蛋領 便當。最後賽門三人搭上紅色車子解開謎團時音樂氣氛也很好，頗有《奪魂鋸》的感覺。 結局本身是有些令人意外，但依照順序將整個故事拼湊起來，還是碎片一堆，凌亂不堪， 最後那封簡訊及畫面一再強調的「Bring it to me」看似令人驚奇，但也莫名其妙，相較 之下《記憶拼圖》是真正扎扎實實的將所有畫面故事連結起來，在人性的黑暗、愛恨描述 的也很具有說服力，而《索》裡的三角關係就令人不敢恭維了。 伊莉莎白愛上賽門，好吧x教授確實是很會把妹；法蘭克與伊莉莎白，嗯...，個人實 在看不出伊莉莎白的外型或是個性到底有什麼魅力可以讓一個惡棍頭頭變得像初戀的小男 生一樣就是。 回到故事的開端，伊莉莎白為了復仇要賽門偷畫加上一連串的巧合才有這些事情發生 ，如賽門意外被揍昏、突如其來的簡訊、無辜死掉的白人正妹。故事本身的合理性應該是 不需要太刻意去探討，催眠術的部分是電影設定可以接受，不過光是在後車箱腐爛掉的屍 體可以幾個月不被發現實在很難讓人不去吐槽就是。但這部片要說是炫技，先射箭在畫靶 的劇情架構也很薄弱，唯一值得稱許的只剩下導演畫面呈現與音樂搭配的功力了。 比較《記憶拼圖》與此片 同樣炫技：諾蘭將失憶症的設定幾乎操弄的淋漓盡致；鲍伊的催眠術就只是個ipad。 主人翁復仇的意志：丈夫面對妻子遭受的暴力悲劇以及失去至親的悔恨；心理治療師和病 人談戀愛結果遇到壞男人的感情問題。 故事主軸：殺妻仇人John G.的身分與所謂的復仇具有多層次的意義；哥雅的女巫畫作， 說實在最後從車廂拿出時完全讓人感受不到任何驚奇，只覺得屍體都腐爛成那樣了畫還可 以毫無汙損也真是厲害。 結論：畫面炫麗、音樂豐富但了無新意的記憶拼圖homage。 ★☆☆☆☆ --- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.116.16.210

陸本週公開市場提前鎖定淨投放，資金面緊張趨緩

大陸人行6日延續了上週以來的逆回購操作，惟量價齊跌。昨日展開的120億元(人民幣,下同)7天期逆回購，較上週二縮量近三成，同時得標利率為4%，亦較上期大幅走低40個基點。大陸本週公開市場央票到期100億元，同時有170億元7天期逆回購到期，形成自然淨回收70億元；昨日進行120億元逆回購，使本週公開市場已提前鎖定淨投放，延續了之前兩個月來的淨投放格局。

中證網引述市場主流分析認為，逆回購縮量顯示人行認為當下流動性整體並不過於短缺，不會過多投放流動性。而得標利率的下降，則更多的凸顯出人行引導貨幣市場利率下行，降低利率風險的意圖。

海通證券債券分析師姜超認為，本週人行降低利率發行逆回購，較上週大幅下降40個基點，降幅遠超過市場預期，令利率風險進一步下降。同時，由於持續的逆回購操作，預計本週大陸資金面緊張將有所緩解。

男子疑酒駕闖紅燈　送醫仍不治女兒痛哭

【吳國仲／新北報導】新北市1名郭姓男子今天清晨6時許，騎乘機車行經新店北新路與中華路口時，疑似酒後闖紅燈，與1輛賓士車發生擦撞，送醫時已失去生命跡象，經急救後仍宣告不治。

警方調查，黃男經抽血檢測酒測值為0.21毫克，確切車禍原因仍待進一步調查釐清。而郭男的女兒得知父親死訊後，在醫院放聲大哭，讓人不禁鼻酸。

論文7次「信息」　楊念祖涉抄解放軍文章

【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案本月1日造成國防部長高華柱辭職，由副部長楊念祖接任，未料今天出刊的《壹週刊》踢爆，楊過去在學界涉剽竊論文醜聞，昨晚請辭獲准。楊是馬總統任內首位文人國防部長，卻上任僅6天即閃辭，成為歷來最短命閣員。

今天出刊《壹週刊》報導，世新大學通識教育中心講師朱政騏指出，楊念祖主編《決戰時刻》一書中，一篇其撰寫論文大多數涉抄襲自中國2006年6月出刊《國際展望》雜誌第24頁至31頁的編譯文章，抄襲1萬多字，其中300個句字一模一樣，只是簡體變繁體，還把中國慣用語「信息」(台灣一般譯為「資訊」)用7次。

迷妳雲原來是騙局！負責人是辣妹詐騙始祖，工程師說：宣傳的功能我們做不出來

A7e4eb4fe952d30604c1ba79c297c4c7 其實從前兩年開始，在電視上的網路應用就漸漸熱門起來。而從去年開始，打著創造智慧家庭口號的「迷妳雲」這個產品，開始跟各大信用卡、電信公司合作，在帳單上猛打廣告，而電視廣告「甩變大」、「刷一下，省很大」等口號也逐漸建立起產品印象。沒想到今天的蘋果日報報導，迷妳雲竟然是一場騙局，背後的主導是過去辣妹詐騙集團的首腦！

以下先摘錄蘋果日報的新聞重點：

【綜合報導】新鎧科技遭員工檢舉，稱將推出手機功能的「智慧型遙控器」，可遠端家電遙控、上網，藉此開放加盟、吸金上億元後，改推低技術的「迷妳雲」網路多媒體播放器來應付。士林地檢署還查出，新鎧實際負責人竟是「辣妹詐騙始祖」王宗立，已改名為王慎言，昨發動搜索並依詐欺等罪偵辦，訊後王獲二十萬元交保、共犯丁宜良五十萬元交保。

檢調接獲新鎧員工檢舉，指王宗立（四十四歲）詐欺前科累累，還刻意不擔任新鎧負責人，找來現任董事長兼執行長丁宜良合作，隱身幕後。新鎧當初對外宣稱將推出結合手機及遙控器的「智慧型遙控器」，標榜可在家上網、觀看影音，甚至遠端家電遙控，升級為智慧型住宅，但事實上公司根本沒有這種研發能力，王、丁等人卻對外大肆開放加盟吸金。

小編之前看到這款產品廣告的時候，以為僅是又一款新的android電視棒之類的產品，所以沒有多加研究，新聞爆出來後Google了一下，這款產品現在PC home線上購物還有賣，這是產品截圖：

以電視棒來說，4700元價格似乎貴了點。「海量影音」這個口號，似乎只有在中國製造的產品才有資格講這句話。那產品有什麼功能呢？以下是網頁的介紹：

這個產品功能前面五項看起來很中規中矩，就是一般網路多媒體播放器，網路上隨便找一款大陸製的產品兩千元有找。最後一項聽起來很厲害，也的確很有特色，但是妙就妙在這個「週邊設備為選購項目」的註解。

根據蘋果日報報導，該組織的首腦王宗立找來現任董事長兼執行長丁宜良合作，當初對外宣稱將推出結合手機及遙控器的「智慧型遙控器」，標榜可在家上網、觀看影音，甚至遠端家電遙控，升級為智慧型住宅，從前年中開始，以老鼠會方式開放加盟，加盟金則分五萬五千元到一百一十萬五種級距，加盟金愈高分紅比率愈高。但對外吸金上億後，王宗立改推出低技術產品「迷妳雲」向眾多加盟者交代。 

▲這位王先生每次都吸金上億元，新聞也報了好幾次，他被抓被放也好幾次，口袋裡恐怕已經好幾百個億了吧！

檢調指出，「迷妳雲」僅算是網路多媒體播放器，只能上網及瀏覽影音，坊間已有眾多類似商品，技術與當初標榜的「智慧型遙控器」無法相提並論。據了解，檢調昨約談新鎧的工程師時，有人坦承：「公司做不出那樣的東西。」

以下是這款產品的電視廣告，其實純粹以產品的角度來講，這個產品也不算騙人啦，東西也是真的。而且看了一下其他網友對於這款產品的介面測試，發現在App端設計的功能其實不差，應該是有找過軟體工程師用心好好的設計過。公司裡頭應該還是有想要好好做事的人。

可惜，現在幕後的內幕被踢爆，而且產品的價格真的太貴。現在老鼠會吸金也能吸到3C產品上頭來，而且廣告還能做的這麼大，真是讓人太驚訝了。
