【林世雄／台中報導】后里洪仲秋命案各界關注，上月29日有民眾半夜三點跑來洪家敲門，自稱「修道人」說要向洪仲秋上香，甚至還有醉漢帶著刀械來到洪家附近作勢自殘；洪仲丘家屬也曾表示受到不明監聽、騷擾。警方表示，除上月29日起已在洪家巷口設置臨時巡邏箱，目前更規劃后里、義里、月眉三個派出所與偵查隊警力，交叉安排巡邏簽到勤務，轄區后里所警員如果有查戶口勤務，也會順道繞進來看一下，隨時留意可疑份子。

【綜合報導】英國倫敦的下水道清潔工人近日挖出一團盤據在下水道管壁上的超大垃圾球，重達15噸，大小約一輛雙層巴士。
泰晤士水公司（Thames Water）6日指出，這顆超大的垃圾球由不溶於水的衛生紙巾以及腐爛食物的脂肪所組成，預計要花10個工作天才能清理乾淨。倫敦官員呼籲，不要再隨意把油脂、尿布等垃圾排進水溝，避免污水倒灌。

最今天氣真的是炎熱到一個非常恐怖的程度，感覺出門在外隨時都會融化，一進到室內就很想冷氣、電風扇雙管齊下，在來一杯沁透心涼的冰淇淋就更好了！或者是來玩點以冰淇淋為主題的《IceTowerPlus》吧！就算是吃不到，也多少能給自己一點清涼的感覺吧！
連日的高溫，讓小編感到都是這種感覺...（圖片來源：四小折）
《IceTowerPlus》是款很容易上手的小遊戲，冰淇淋球會從天而降，基本上怎麼疊都是不會歪，但是規定下層的冰淇淋球一定要比上層的大，所以冰淇淋掉落時，玩家控制每一顆的大小就顯得非常重要，要是一個失誤，遊戲就是直接結束了！而且由於遊戲只能把冰淇淋球變大，無法變小，要是一個大小控制過頭也是等於直接失敗。

疊好時，比下方的冰淇淋球小就可以，要是比較大的話就失敗了
 
真實世界冰淇淋不能這樣疊吧？

【辛啟松／台南報導】台南空軍基地一架經國號單座戰機，今降落時衝出跑道，中尉駕駛學員林昱奇沒有受傷，但飛機起落架全折斷，機身部分受損。林昱奇是換裝學員，駕駛經國號戰機僅18小時，初步研判是飛行經驗不足。對此，網友酸這是空軍送給空軍出身、新任國防部長嚴明的大禮。
台南基地的443聯隊為了慶祝空軍雷虎小組成軍60週年慶，將於10日開放民眾參觀，8日先行預演，開放媒體參觀。台南基地政戰主任邵志群說，這起意外事件，不會影響開放民眾參觀營區活動。
25歲中尉駕駛學員林昱奇，空軍官校99年班，剛到台南基地接受IDF經國號戰機操作訓練，飛行時數僅18小時。這架飛機卡在草地上，飛機起落架全折斷，機身部分受損，所幸林昱奇沒有受傷。

| 中國基金紅光滿面 近一週逆轉正報酬

低迷許久的中國基金終於露出好臉色，24檔基金不但在近1週全部交出正報酬，半年來也僅有1檔負報酬，平均績效上漲4.8%。投信業者表示，短線來看，中國股市已持續反映增長下調的預期，未來穩健增速帶來的股市表現空間，相當令人期待，中國基金很有機會在下半年反轉頹勢。
中國經濟漸露曙光！中國人行於7月底重啟逆回購操作，以因應月底資金需求緊張，防止6月底錢荒現象再現，上海銀行隔夜拆款利率維持在4%以下，激勵上證指數連漲5天，近1週漲幅約3%。此外，7月製造業PMI小幅回升至50.3，優於市場預期，也高於6月的50.1，有效提振市場投資士氣。
摩根中國基金經理人沈松指出，由於中國官方近期表態對全年實現7.5%的經濟增速保持信心，意味著貨幣和財政政策可能在未來一段時間，將更加寬鬆和積極，有助於整體經濟出現幅度較小的週期性反彈。
針對地方政府債務問題，沈松認為，去(2012)年底地方政府相關貸款占GDP比重已降至約18%，且根據審計署統計地方政府相關債務優良率介於95-98%，若以今(2013)年到期金額3,660億人民幣估算，可能歸屬於銀行的不良貸款金額約150億人民幣。而以目前8大銀行壞帳準備金超過8,000億的水準來看，短期內中國銀行業在應付壞帳上仍有餘裕。
富蘭克林華美新興市場股票組合基金經理人陳韻如也表示，中國官方釋放經濟成長底限的訊息，顯示經濟不會有大幅下行風險，加上中國股市今年度預估本益比僅8.7倍，評價水準極低的狀況下，若能有政策面等利多拉抬可望激勵明顯反彈動能，並不看淡下半年陸股與整體亞股投資前景。
日盛首選基金經理人蔡昀達則認為，中國上半年調結構之後，下半年將以穩增長為主軸，加上「微刺激」政策陸續出爐，提出6大城市基礎建設清單，貨幣政策可望放鬆，上半年測試經濟運行底部，GDP下修已近滿足點，接下來只要出口有改善，可刺激景氣好轉，陸股將有表現機會。

| 美俄9日舉行對談 協商史諾登問題

【綜合報導】美國國務院6日宣佈，美俄將於9日在華盛頓如期舉行外長加防長對話，這將是8月1日史諾登入境俄羅斯後，美俄高官首次會談。
美國國務院女發言人珍普薩基當日在例行記者會上宣佈這一消息，普薩基表示，9日的會談，美國國務卿凱瑞與國防部長海格，將會晤俄羅斯外長拉夫羅夫和防長紹伊古，商談美俄雙邊和全球問題，包括戰略穩定、政治和軍事合作以及地區問題，美國也將在會談期間，再度就史諾登入境俄羅斯進行交涉，重申俄羅斯應將史諾登遣返美國受審。
另外，派駐巴西的「衛報」（Guardian）記者，率先披露美國「稜鏡」監控計畫細節的人之一的葛林華德（Glenn Greenwald）表示，他從史諾登手上收到近兩萬份美國政府秘密文件，葛林華德未透露這些文件內容的細節。

這篇是幫我男朋友po的 但是我自己也有些小小心得 我們本身都不是台中人,來台中讀書 想剪頭髮都找不到滿意的設計師 板上很多家美髮店我們都去過了 但是都沒有很滿意T_T 之後看到BORS有再貼剪髮的資訊 就跟男朋友說剛好他最近也想剪頭髮 店面非常難找幸好Hank有先知會我們 goole好就出發了 一開始男朋友跟Hank溝通很久 Hank是一個很會尊重顧客的設計師 不像有些設計師就照自己的想法喀嚓下去 剪完男朋友非常滿意 平常剪完頭髮都一直嫌自己臉大 Hank幫她剪一個可以拉長臉型的髮型 還一直說下次還要再回去給他減 (他是個對頭髮非常在意的人,難得找到自己喜歡的設計師 之後Hank也問我要不要修劉海 剪完劉海後也非常滿意!  義大利和德國雙傳喜訊！義大利第2季GDP萎縮幅度小於預期，德國6月份工廠訂單增幅創下8個月新高，似乎暗示歐元區經濟正邁向復甦。
CNBC和金融時報報導，義大利統計局(ISTAT)6日公佈Q2 GDP季減0.2%、年減2.0%，優於預期。分析師原本預估季減幅和年減幅各為0.4%、2.2%。義大利經濟連續8個季度萎縮，但是Q2衰減幅度小於預期，顯示義大利戰後持續最久的經濟衰退正緩慢地觸底反彈。
蘇格蘭皇家銀行(RBS)研究主管Albert Gallo指出，義大利和西班牙出現部份暫時的復甦跡象，但距離成長和復甦仍很遙遠；改革勞動市場勢在必行；義大利更需修定選舉法，當地的政治情勢仍稱不上完全穩定。
彭博社報導，經季節性因素和通膨調整後，德國6月份製造業訂單月增3.8%，不僅高於市場預期的上揚1.0%，也優於5月修正後的衰退0.5%。6月製造業訂單年增率為4.3%，也超越分析師預估的衰退0.2%。
荷蘭銀行(ABN AMRO)經濟學家Aline Schuiling指出，最壞情況可能已經過去，儘管信貸和需求仍然萎靡，但歐元區加速動能似乎逐漸成形。德國製造業會首先從歐元區復甦中受惠，因歐洲需求仍比亞洲更為重要。

【李俊淇／新北報導】新北市一所科技大學的22歲王姓男學生，在校園內販售K他命，除提供優惠給同學，還提供先享受後付款的服務。
警方日前逮補王男及另5名女學生，查獲40克K他命及5顆不明藥丸，警方偵訊後將6人依違反毒品危害防治條例移送法辦。

防雷 整體來說劇情還不錯 但是太多漏洞了 為什麼非法的太空船有辦法飛到太空中 為什麼是由地球上的探員進行擊落任務 難道極樂世界沒有任何防禦系统嗎?? 整個系統可以人為重開機的話 設定根本隨時可以更改吧，這樣卡萊爾根本就是國王啊，愛怎麼改就怎麼改 至於Spider的個性變化也太快了 從一開始可以不顧主角性命的讓他動手術 到最後卻因為擔心主角性命而猶豫要不要下載資料 而且卡萊爾存取50EB的資料都沒事 Max卻一直頭痛到最後還死了 太多太多不合理的地方 但不去想這些的話還滿好看的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.12.231.233
