【綜合報導】新北市府推出全國首創「初次尋職津貼就業服務」計畫，畢業即失業逾半年的社會新鮮人即可申請每月5千元津貼，最多可領2萬元。對此，台中市1名方小姐受訪時指與其花人民納稅錢的方式去補助新鮮人，但無法保證培訓後一定找得到工作，不如積極幫民眾製造更多就業機會。
 
從下月起凡設籍新北市年滿18歲至29歲，連續失業超過6個月的初次尋職青年，可向就服中心申請每月5千元「初次尋職津貼」，但須需接受就業諮詢、心理測評等就業輔導等措施，最多可領4個月。方小姐表示：「如果這樣培訓可以幫民眾找到工作，可以讓他們多一點機會，但積極幫民眾製造更多就業機會，會比多花錢去補助他們，結果不見得他們每個人都有工作機會來得好。」

【綜合報導】《軍審法》修正案今上路，軍方原訂適用第一階段移交普通監獄的254名軍囚中，扣除保外就醫5人及普通法院借提4人、借執行2人，今晨將其餘仍在軍監的243人，分批移交高雄、雲林、台北、屏東、彰化、嘉義看守所(鹿草分監)、雲林二監、台南、台南分監等9處監所。

不料，其中3名原定分別移送台南監獄、台南看守所及雲林一監的軍囚，經台南、雲林地檢署檢察官核對資料，認定應屬第二階段移交對象，當場決定拒收，退還軍方原車送回軍監，因此總計今天只有240名軍囚，陸續在10時50分前移交普通監獄。

《軍審法》新制上路，國防部15日凌晨開始辦理移監工作，台南軍監及桃園、高雄軍事看守所中的囚犯，預計陸續將從今早開始進行移監作業，將254名軍犯移監11處法務部所屬監獄。

其中移監對象包括前陸軍六軍團指揮官程士瑜中將、中山科學院前院長陳友武中將、前憲兵司令何雍堅中將、少將張晉德、羅賢哲、浮報獵雷艦軍購經費的海軍前上校組長郭力恆等高階軍官。

由於軍方並沒有囚車，因此是由憲兵司令部所調用的軍用警備車充當囚車，而受刑人較少的梯次，則是用QRV或是福斯T4或是警方的警備車充當囚車，因此預計這些將領都將坐QRV或是福斯T4出營區。

【大紀元2013年08月16日訊】8月8日，江澤民的財務大管家劉鐵男被雙開。日前，大陸媒體消息稱，劉鐵男已被送到秦城監獄，另一位身份為北京某公司董事長的情婦被曝光。外界關注，劉鐵男的董事長情婦是否會受到處罰。

據《21世紀經濟報導》報導， 8月12日下午，國家發改委內部在通報劉鐵男案情時說，劉鐵男在上週已被送到秦城監獄，黨內審查已結束開始移交司法機關。

據悉，最早至2012年5月中旬，駐發改委紀檢組就接到有關劉鐵男違紀違法的一些舉報材料。2012年6月與8月，國家發改委與駐發改委紀檢組有關高層分別找劉鐵男談話，劉鐵男當時否認自己有問題。10月，駐委紀檢組接到了有關劉鐵男的實名舉報。

2012年12月6日，《財經》雜誌副主編羅昌平的微博實名舉報，推動了中央紀委對劉鐵男進行調查。12月10日，中紀委成立專案調查組。2013年5月11日，劉鐵男被「雙規」。8月8日，中共當局通報劉鐵男被「雙開」。

劉鐵男包養兩情婦 一情婦為北京某公司董事長

通報還說，劉鐵男包養情婦兩人。除身居加拿大、舉報並配合案件調查的徐某外，劉鐵男另一位情婦為北京某公司董事長。

劉鐵男除了受賄一千多萬元，其本人利用職務便利為親屬經營活動謀取利益，及收受禮品，涉及金額超過1.4億元。

此前，坊間傳聞劉鐵男擁有25個銀行賬戶，1900萬澳元存款，超過9公斤金條，以及25只罕見鑽石，總值超過8.7億元人民幣。同時還包養了8個情婦。

劉鐵男是江家幫的「財務管家」

劉鐵男被指是江澤民的馬仔，為江家幫在能源系統掠取大量黑金，他被稱為江家幫的「財務管家」（能源管家）。劉鐵男貪腐的背後隱藏著江澤民及其江派的龐大利益。

日前，網絡傳出消息稱，劉鐵男進去後，該說的不該說的都說了。分析稱，深知江派大佬在能源部門驚人貪腐機密的劉鐵男「都招了」，其背後的大佬們想必坐不住了。

自中共上個世紀80年代搞改革開放以來，紅色權貴家族經過30年的掠奪，瓜分和控制國家重要行業。江澤民家族控制中國電信行業，江的大兒子江綿恆創辦的「中國網通」等公司，由前中銀香港總裁劉金寶批給十多億元貸款，成為「電信大王」。

中共前政法委書記周永康曾在石油部門任職38年,曾與曾慶紅是石油部的同事。大陸的中石油、中石化一直掌控在曾慶紅、周永康這條線上。據知情人士披露，江澤民、曾慶紅、周永康利用國開行、中石油、中石化和中海油、發改委這個體系賺錢。而劉鐵男是替江家幫把持能源業的看護人。
