HTC 最近可以說是作風大改、動作頻頻，除了先前大砸 3.6 億找小勞勃道尼做品牌代言外，日前又傳出他們即將與長榮航空、三麗鷗攜手合作，預計在九月中旬推出限量的 HTC X EVA X KITTY 跨界聯名手機。
長榮航空跟 HELLO KITTY 合作的飛機
這款手機將是以 HTC Butterfly S 作為聯名，雖然說是與 KITTY 做跨界聯名，但是據傳手機並不會以大家印象中的粉紅色做主要設計，反而是以白色作為基底，背蓋上會有 HELLO KITTY 設計圖案，KITTY 的領結也會變成一般蝴蝶的小翅膀，象徵真正的「Butterfly 」。但是發行數量非常的稀少，總數僅有 3000 部，身為 KITTY 的粉絲可以能要手腳要快點。
這次是要用 HTC Butterfly S 作為聯名手機
雖說這次聯名的合作案，所有的情報似乎全都跑出來了，但是由於目前尚未正式發表，所以其實還無法確定最終呈現在使用這面前的版本會如何，以上這些都也只是網友的推論，可以等等看屆時出現的樣子會是如何。

| 是否對陳毅勳提抗告 洪姊：律師團思考中

【林世雄／台中報導】桃園地方法院將在本周五針對前542副旅長何江忠、旅部連連長徐信正及上士范佐憲等三人，召開羈押庭，但前269旅禁閉室管理士陳毅勳卻不在抗告名單中，洪姊說，由於目前陳毅勳在軍中採自願放棄休假的方式，洪案律師團會再考慮有沒有提出再羈押的必要。
目前陳毅勳已經歸建到宜蘭的蘭指部，洪慈庸說，律師團目前還在討論是否要對陳毅勳採取抗告，因為羈押陳毅勳對於對於整個案情來說，不一定是最好的方式。
洪舅先前也曾公開呼籲，希望陳毅勳能夠勇敢站出來，當汙點證人，把事件的真相交代清楚，可以自己爭取要刑責減輕的機會。

| hTC缺少凝聚力來撼動人心

今年的New HTC ONE 絕對是市場上最具代表性的產但似乎無法瓜分市場大餅，內部高層可能一團亂，為什麼~為什麼~到底為什麼
以一個死忠粉絲來說，hTC確實不斷創新，但在引以為傲的Sense, 卻是不斷的拋開舊有的消費者原兇，一個產品延續，增加新功能是必然的，但原有好評的功能，卻是不斷的刪刪刪，HTC HUB收攤，手機定位協巡掛了，桌布鈴聲下載通通收起來，直到我拿new one ，連每天必用的日曆，也改的亂七八糟，小工具刪減有助系統順暢，但原有功能卻是不斷刪，現在連導航軟體又要換家了
我覺得，hTC方向感完全迷失了，死忠老客戶一隻跟著一隻換，但每次的介面變動，都大的離譜，使用者永遠都是處在，換新機就像換新廠牌一樣，介面又要從新熟悉一遍，連USB插孔，一下下面，一下左邊，電源鍵以前右上，現在左上
下面的按鍵位置也一直在變動，現在One開始，剩兩個鍵
我想，就像我買房子，我可以慢慢增加電器用品，慢慢新增舒適設備，但這些附屬設備，我一定要放在同一個位置，我要使用時，想都不用想，就可以使用
hTC這兩年的表現，就好像沙發換位置，床換位置，甚至廁所、廚房也乾坤挪移的更改方向，迫使消費要不斷適應新的Sense佈局，新的撥號介面也一變再變，要讓舊使用不斷適應你們，真的是極為痛哭的
就因為這樣的操作模式，沒有方向感的布局，如何凝聚新使用者，連舊客戶都會開始離開你的
我想hTC投注在sense介面上，真的比例太大了，高層真的要開始運籌,如何讓sense統合升級，讓新機增加新功能，而不是整個介面綁定的大改造，讓原使用者能夠在play輕易抓取新軟體新功能，絕對是加分的好方法

21歲泰國籍勞工沙替，昨晚在苗栗市一間服飾店對女店員意圖不軌，正巧有客人上門，女店員呼救才脫險，他逃離時搶走店內1000元及店員手機，警方今天上午循線在銅鑼工業區一間工廠的宿舍將他逮捕，下午依妨害性自主、強盜罪嫌移送檢方偵辦。
警方調查，沙替昨晚穿著長袖外套、戴帽作案，打劫服飾店後在市區攔計程車到銅鑼火車站，再騎腳踏車離去，被警方查出行蹤。

| 高鐵漲價 綠委：明天漲高鐵、後天拆高鐵

【顏振凱／台北報導】高鐵擬調漲票價，民進黨立委林佳龍、魏明谷、劉建國、林岱樺今舉行記者會質疑，根據合約，高鐵可在政府訂出的基本費率之外，最多再調20％，但高鐵從營運開始，就把基本費率乘以120％，即便交通部4月已新核定基本費率調整，高鐵票價還是比新核定的費率貴了10％。林佳龍等人要求交通部不得放任高鐵漲價，否則立法院開議後將提案凍結高鐵局相關預算，綠委並要求政府應將合約中不合理的20％彈性調價規定降為10%，杜絕高鐵濫用。
對民進黨立委質疑，交通部重申尊重合約立場。 但立委嗆票價不凍，就凍未來高鐵局預算，魏明谷甚至說：「明天漲高鐵，後天拆高鐵，敢漲價，就拆高鐵，也要拆高鐵局。」
綠委還質疑，政府在折舊及融資協助高鐵，讓高鐵連兩年賺錢，政府介入才使高鐵得改善虧損，開始獲利，高鐵既已轉虧為盈，調高票價甚至要求延長特許年限，都有圖利股東之嫌。
交通部路政司副司長王穆衡說，昨已收到台灣高鐵擬調漲票價公文，交通部基本立場是尊重合約，能做的是盼高鐵對常搭乘者，及弱勢族群提供優惠配套。高鐵局副總工程司饒國政則說，根據目前合約，高鐵票價有調整機制，如用行政手段不准調漲，可能變成用補貼票價方式全民買單，或造成違約，這政府都不樂見。

【寶智華／雲林報導】一個籃球般大小的虎頭蜂窩，掉在斗六市人文公園東側路樹下，幾十隻蜂飛出巢外巡邏警戒，路過民眾發現連忙報警。雲林縣消防局救助分隊隊員朱培言穿上捕蜂衣，帶著捕蜂網小心接近，發現蜂群尚未傾巢而出，用網迅速罩住蜂巢後帶回，受驚蜂群在網中亂竄，估計蜂巢內約有近千隻虎頭蜂，還好及時處理，否則可能有過往民眾無辜遭蜂群攻擊。

| 兩熱帶性低氣壓有發展成輕颱趨勢

【張勵德／台北報導】目前在台灣東方海面上的兩個熱帶性低氣壓持續發展中，其中一個熱帶性低氣壓的位置約在鵝鑾鼻東南東方670公里海面上，未來會先往東移，呈現逆時鐘打轉的現象；而在日本南方海面另一個熱帶性低氣壓，中心在台北東北東方約570公里左右，則逐漸西移接近臺灣，這兩個熱帶性低氣壓都有發展為輕度颱風的趨勢，不過是否成形還需再觀察，預計今天對台灣還不會有直接的影響。
中央氣象局表示，今天台灣仍處在一個大低壓帶的環境中，受到低壓帶影響各地天氣仍不穩定，維持上半天晴朗、午後有雷陣雨的天氣型態，中午過後對流發展旺盛，容易有局部大雨或豪雨，前往戶外活動要注意天氣變化，並慎防瞬間大雨、強陣風。溫度方面各地高溫約攝氏33到34度，不下雨的時候較為悶熱。
目前在台灣東方海面上兩個熱帶性低氣壓持續發展中，都有發展為輕度颱風的趨勢。氣象局提供

【王翊亘／綜合報導】基襪大戰總是打得血脈賁張，紅襪先發投手丹普斯特(Ryan Dempster)，在2局上面對A-Rod時，先投出3壞球，隨即送了一個92英哩的直球(約148公里)觸身球，把A-Rod送上一壘。
此舉引起洋基總教練喬拉第(Joe Girardi)不滿，向主審強烈抗議，隨即遭到驅逐出場。但君子報仇不晚，A-Rod隨即在第6局討回顏面，從丹普斯特手中擊出全壘打，帶起洋基反攻氣勢。

| 「國六條」支持鐵路發展 將建貨運價格動態調整機制

從今年開始，背負巨額債務的中國鐵路總公司進入密集償債期。僅鐵路債券未來3年鐵總就需償付近2000億元，此外還有數千億的銀行貸款，截至今年一季度，鐵總負債約2.84萬億元。

從今年開始，背負巨額債務的中國鐵路總公司進入密集償債期。僅鐵路債券未來3年鐵總就需償付近2000億元，此外還有數千億的銀行貸款，截至今年一季度，鐵總負債約2.84萬億元。
債務壓頂的同時，鐵總又肩負著穩增長的重要任務，因此離不開國家的支持。繼7月24日國務院常務會議部署鐵路投融資改革後，昨日（8月19日），國務院出台《關於改革鐵路投融資體制加快推進鐵路建設的意見》（以下簡稱《意見》），推出了完善鐵路運價機制，建立鐵路公益性、政策性補貼，形成鐵路建設合力等6項政策，加快推進鐵路建設。
針對社會關注的民資進鐵路問題，《意見》也進行了細化。不過，有專家向《每日經濟新聞》記者表示，當前融資困境不是簡單的鐵路投融資體制改革所能解決，它涉及更深層次的政府和市場關係、鐵路發展戰略以及鐵路運輸管理體制。
全面放開鐵路建設市場
國務院新出台的《意見》既有「老面孔」也有新優惠。
除了吸引社會資本投入、設立鐵路發展基金、向地方和社會資本開放城際鐵路等所有權經營權等政策外，此次《意見》提到按照「統籌規劃、多元投資、市場運作、政策配套」的基本思路，完善鐵路發展規劃，「全面開放鐵路建設市場，對新建鐵路實行分類投資建設」。
《意見》稱，為解決中國鐵路總公司建設項目資本金不足、利息負擔重等問題，考慮到鐵路運輸公益性因素，中央財政將在2013年和明後兩年對中國鐵路總公司實行過渡性補貼。此外，還明確中國鐵路總公司繼續享有國家對原鐵道部的稅收優惠政策，國務院及有關部門、地方政府對鐵路實行的原有優惠政策繼續執行。
18日，國務院總理李克強在考察蘭渝鐵路木寨嶺隧道施工現場說，「西部鐵路開發意義重大，這不僅是人民翹首以盼的。再者，中西部正在接收東部的產業轉移。鐵路的建設對扶貧以及產業的發展有意義，西部發展是中國最大的迴旋餘地所在」。
此番表態肯定了西部鐵路的意義，也明確了國家對西部鐵路的支持。
