標題[請問] 戶外洗衣機插頭應該拔掉還是插著

輕颱康芮來襲，彰化縣鹿港鎮今天早上下大雨，洋厝社區福德宮運動公園廣場淹水，洋厝社區理事長黃文欽說，因新建排水溝溝面比路面高，加上排水孔太小才導致廣場淹水。另外，鹿港老街部份路段也淹至腳踝，民眾在家門口前，清理排水孔，希望加速雨水排出。

許姓保母被控將男嬰放在不適合其年齡的嬰兒床上趴睡，造成男嬰引發姿勢性窒息死亡。台灣高等法院今天判處保母1年徒刑。

根據判決書，許姓女子於民國98年3月18日起，受僱於新竹縣竹北市某托嬰中心擔任保母。

許女被控在上班第1天將2個多月的男嬰放在不適合其年齡的嬰兒床上趴睡，又未在規定的時間內探視照護，導致男童因姿勢性窒息死亡。

男童父母不滿許女於案發後遲未探視、關心，至今仍拒絕和解。

新竹地方法院一審依業務過失致死判處許女1年10月徒刑，高院二審改判1年4月徒刑。

高院更一審審理認為，男童的死亡尚非許女單獨過失所致，園長也有過失，又許女未經職前訓練，上班第1天因欠缺經驗及他人指導而釀禍，雖未能與男童父母和解，但仍提存新台幣50萬元想賠償，因此改判1年徒刑，還可上訴。

米朗琪咖啡館 Melange Cafe (中山店) 消費時間：2013/08/25 地址：台北市中山北路二段16巷23號 (捷運中山站2號出口) 電話：(02)25573787 營業時間：07:30~22:00 (平日) 09:30~22:00 (假日) 圖文網誌：http://netpp.blogspot.com/2013/08/melange-cafe.html 純文字 在迅速的吃完麵屋武藏．神山之後看時間還很早.... 想說該找個地方坐下和學長認真敘敘舊的 好在之前一直想吃的米朗琪就在附近 從神山步行過去也用不到五分鐘的時間 本來想說星期一的中午 應該不會有什麼人排隊的....但我想我錯了 店門口座著一排等待入座的人們....我們前面約15組的客人 而且隨著時間愈來愈晚 門口等待的人也愈來愈多....這些人都不用上班的嗎.... 好在因為中午吃的那碗拉麵 其實肚子一點也不餓 所以等於何時能入座也不是這麼重要 只是待在外頭有點熱倒是真的 等待到一半時服務生便送上菜單讓我們參考及先行點餐 菜單很特別 是做成報紙的樣式 但是太大張了 不太好翻倒是真的！ 因為官網上的menu好像沒有價位 所以我還是將它給拍了下來 不過字體非常的小 如果需要的話還是煩請下載下來再放大來看了！ 其實等待的時間並不會很久 可能還有一旁的二館幫忙分擔一些人潮 所以大概等了半個小時左右就入座了 而因為裡頭的客人人滿為患所以我就不多拍店內的擺設裝潢了... 反正怎麼看都是人....我也懶得離開座位去觀察了XD 這裡的低消是每人一杯飲料 (最低價100元) 葡萄荔枝可爾必思 最近不知道為什麼對荔枝系統的飲品都沒有抵抗能力...只要看到荔枝兩個字就要點= = 其實這杯喝起來就是荔枝口味的可爾必思啦...葡萄的存在感不明顯 喝不出味道 口味就一般般不會說很特別 不過太小一杯了 而且上頭的冰塊也略多 蘋果百香檸檬飲 沒喝到！ 雖然肚子還頗撐的 但是來到米朗琪不點他們家的鬆餅好像又說不過去 尤其是這份草莓奶油鬆餅 更是不能錯過的一個甜點啊！ 鬆餅一上桌的時候還冒著熱氣~~ 而且鬆餅的奶香味還一直撲鼻而來！ 一旁的草莓大顆又飽滿 雖然現在不是草莓的產季 所以酸度偏高是可想而知的 但是還可以接受 草莓的下方是草莓冰淇淋和卡士達醬 和鬆餅根本就是絕配！ 可看得出來鬆餅厚實的側面 鬆餅的外表略微酥脆 不會像某像店弄成接近餅乾口感 取而代之是鬆軟且紮實的口感 而且奶香味真是讓人不斷流口水啊！！ 賣相極佳的草莓奶油鬆餅 顧不得我們肚子還很撐的狀態 我們還是很快速的將它給喀掉了！！！ 講了很久的米朗琪終於吃到了 其鬆餅的表現水準真的讓人非常滿意 只是連星期一這個時間都大排長龍...實在是很難想像假日的午茶時段會多可怕 加上無法提前電話預約 所以除了早點到或到分店之外似乎就沒有更好的選擇了！ -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.110.169.9

康芮颱風帶來驚人雨勢，嘉義市今天累積 雨量高達388.5毫米，潑水 似的雨勢造成湖內里、紅瓦里、大溪里等 處水淹及膝。今天是國中小 返校日，市府今天早上7點30分發佈停班 停課，更讓已出門的家長罵 翻。市長黃敏惠說，康芮雨勢大且集中， 造成多處淹水，比八八水災 還嚴重。

因市區多處積水，市府同步封閉世賢路、 博愛路、興業西路、林森西 路等4座地下道。上午10點後雨勢稍緩， 牛稠溪橋、林森西路地下道、台林橋暫時解除管制。

標題[心得] IRIS 1、2觀後感

基本上有雷XD 利用一個月其中有空閒的時間把IRIS兩季都看完了(我在想應該會出第三季吧) 個人私心是比較喜歡第一季，主線基本上比較明確 加上男女主角刻畫上比較好 但第二季跟著看完(加上自己腦補)才把兩季的疑點補齊了大部份吧 == 首先是第一季的部份，因為是先看的關係所以詳細細節忘了大半了 但是最後一集的結局部份(省略燈塔的那五分鐘XD)算是小不足吧 原本在看第一季的時候也不太懂， 明明勝熙在前1X集為了生死不明的賢俊傷心難過擔心半天 結果去趟濟州島回來，什麼都肯...不是，是變了一個人的樣子 還有身世引發大眾的討論，還有最後幾集，編劇好像什麼都檔不住一樣的大暴走... == 之後似懂非懂慢慢啃了第二季，雖然說才過三年可是NSS內部也變化太多了吧=_= 少數沒變動的核心人物如白山、前大統領趙明浩、上班不能看股票的吳室長以外 其它基本上都人事以非(三年變化有這麼大嗎OAO") 另外第一二季都有出現的佐藤江梨子(也就是為了柳健死的理惠)什麼時候加入IRIS的=_= 結果看起來第二季整體劇情跟第一季好像差不了太多? 就是男主角失蹤，接下來跟著女二，被好人方誤會，最後又洗白 感情線的部份還好沒讓研華真的愛上柳健(看樣子感覺只像有好感的哥哥而已) 第二季的主線感情(男一柳健女一秀研)好像有點描繪太少... 比不上第一季又喝酒又親親又鬥嘴又一起旅行散步抱抱又泡溫泉又滾床>///////※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.254.136.109

剛剛家人去買飲料，其中一杯是微冰微糖。 一拿起來 !!!! 怎麼那麼多冰塊，吸管插下去轉一轉。嗯..... 拿起電話撥過去問， 我:妳好，剛剛買了飲料可是微冰冰塊很多耶 店:我們微冰冰塊是一半阿 我:微冰冰塊一半??????? 店:對阿!!!微冰是有一半的冰塊，去冰就是1/3 我:請問冰量甜度表有寫明嗎? 店:有阿 嗯...好吧~那是家人的問題，沒先看清楚，微冰是一半的冰塊量。 不過我挺好奇，微冰是一半，那....少冰是多少，正常冰是多少???? 如果會去健行店買飲料請特別注意冰量喔!!! 我會這樣驚訝是因為以前買育達店做的(很多很多次)微冰大概只有1/4的量吧(聳肩 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.105.21.252

台南地區暴雨成災水淹大新營，60年僅見，許多市民早上準備出門上班時，正好遇到傾盆 大雨，但礙於市府未宣佈停班停課，還是得冒雨上班；等到中午宣佈停班停課後趕回家檢 視災情，眼見滿室淹水的慘況，真是欲哭無淚。 (劉怡伶報導) 「搬都來不及搬，只好眼睜睜看著它淹，看著水一波波進來，根本沒辦法，還得趕著上班 ，就不管它了，晚上再說」 新營地區遭逢829水災，整個新營市區幾乎有一半淪為河道，包括市府民治中心週邊的府西 路、中正路，水淹達50cm，高度到膝蓋、大腿高，受災戶約400多戶，里長黃衍智表示很多 民眾根本來不及反應，沙包擋也來不及，民眾一邊忙著搬東西，還得忙著趕上班，罵聲連 連。 另外鬧區所在的民權路、新北街、大公街一帶，也是泡在水裡，南新國中校園淹水，學生 忙著返校，整個校門口塞成一團，家長冒雨接送小孩到校，同樣沒有好臉色。 很多道路成了河道，車輛未及時察覺，拋錨在路邊，警方拉起警戒線。 居民表示，新營很少淹成這樣，除了雨量驚人之外，一位家住中正路的住戶就說，市府停 車場興建後，連續兩年都出現淹水災情，她懷疑是排水系統沒有銜接好。 市府宣佈下午停班停課，許多民眾趕回家查看災情，但大雨還拼命下，無法著手清理，只 能望天興嘆。 http://ppt.cc/ngUu -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.221.136
