【王立德／台北報導】美國將於台北時間今日晚間公布非農業就業人口統計，台北匯市觀望氣息濃厚，今日盤中台幣對美元匯率狹幅整理，不過因央行昨日收盤壓貶2角因素，午盤暫收29.796元對1美元，帳面上升值1.89角，台北外匯交易經紀公司成交量暫收3.55億美元。

海外無本金交割遠期外匯市場部分，1周期折價3.5分，1個月折價7.5分，顯示市場對台幣匯價後市預期為升值，但升幅較之前預估值縮小。

日圓兌美元匯率升值至約99.76元兌1美元，亞幣部分，韓元約1095.8元兌1美元價位、人民幣兌美元匯率約6.1207元，離岸人民幣約6.1141元兌1美元價位。

【綜合報導】台中市1名洪姓女房仲（27歲）身高163公分、體重50公斤日前因餐聚喝酒，請友人載她單獨投宿汽車旅館，櫃檯男服務生張姓男服務生（19歲，大一生）竟起色心，竊財還鑽被摸上床，女驚醒嚇跑狼，提告侵入住居、竊盜、性侵未遂等罪。

張男以中控系統打開房間鐵捲門，偷偷摸上床同蓋一條棉被，裸睡辣妹驚醒發現男子正撲向她，鎮定問：「你要做什麼？」把男子嚇得滾下床逃跑，辣妹發現皮夾內2萬元遭竊。

汽車旅館負責人昨表示，張男工作約4個月，當晚他一人值班，擅入顧客房間，嚴重違反公司規定，當天已開除。

【邱俊吉／台北報導】針對狂犬病疫情在台已3年，疾病管制署表示，「鼬獾咬抓傷保平安專案計畫」開放從去年5月起曾遭鼬獾抓咬傷者、經評估後可接種疫苗，但農委會回溯性研究證實疫情至少已有3年，對此，署長張峰義強調，若是在近2、3年曾遭鼬獾抓咬傷，也可撥打1922防疫專線登錄，工作人員將評估是否需施打疫苗。

統計保平安計畫上路以來，已核准13件遭鼬獾抓咬傷接種疫苗個案，當中6人完成5劑疫苗接種，另7人仍在持續施打疫苗中；至於今年7月狂犬病疫情發生後，共44人遭鼬獾抓咬傷，全都有施打疫苗，目前個案狀況良好，均無染病情形。

【綜合報導】中國網路近日熱傳一段小學生在公車上搶暑期作業的片段，情況就猶如卡通片《多啦A夢》中胖虎欺負大雄一樣，不少網友感慨校園霸凌太嚴重，還有網友表示：「靜香變壞了，多啦A夢去了哪裡呢？」

「還給我！快還我！」片段中，一個體型瘦削的小學生，網友戲稱是大雄，被一個較胖的小學生，被稱為胖虎搶去暑期作業，大雄多次哭着上前想搶回作業薄，但胖虎和旁邊一男一女，被稱為是小夫和靜香，齊聲兇惡回應：「不給不給，就是不給！」

一旁的婦人多次勸停：「等一下叫他給你抄不就可以了嗎？」「還給他吧，回頭一起學習就好了。」胖虎回應說：「我不會做嘛！」並依然理直氣壯，稱他就是要拿作業薄。

大雄一直哭着說：「那(答案)是我哥在網上查的，你百度一下不就知道了嗎？還給我！」片段持續一分多鐘，但雙方爭吵仍未結束。

這段影片網友看後也驚覺表示：「原來，現在小學生做功課，答案都是網上抄的。」

一個故事的結束，是另一個故是的開始。 劇中的超人跟麥克邁同是來自外太空的寶寶， 一個有著溫暖的家，另一個則生長在壞人堆裡， 彼此有著截然不同的命運。藍皮膚的麥克邁聰明確卻不擅表達， 每每有了新發明確老把學校搞得烏煙瘴氣、身陷水深火熱之中， 而超人擁有不凡的能力，總能帶給大家歡樂和驚喜， 因而飽受愛戴， 也相當沉浸於這種被崇拜的愉悅感當中。 久而久之，孩子們漸漸地學會區分好壞善惡，麥克邁也曾努力想當個好人， 但大家認定他只會帶來不幸，於是，他絕望了，立志當個壞人， 一個壞的徹底的壞蛋。自此超級壞蛋跟超人的對決正式展開， 但隨即，超人再一次行動失敗中喪生了， 故事就這樣結束嗎? 不，故事才剛要開始， 至於要怎麼開始，就留給大家自己探索吧! 這部讓我感興趣的部分是給小朋友看的影片卻隱含人性思考部分(像古魯家族也是) 例如: 世間好壞是否都相對存在，亦即沒有壞人就沒有所謂的好人? 人性本善 or 人性本惡? 環境對人的影響又是否超越本性? ...等等諸如此類的問題 雖說沒有固定的答案，但作者在影片中已經給出自己認為的答案， 對於喜歡思考這些問題的人也蠻推薦的! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.161.100.92

　　PCB上游的CCL(銅箔基板)廠台燿科技自結其2013年8月營收10.16億元小幅較7月的9.86億元成長2.98%，同時，在2013年第3季的PCB市場旺季呈現熱度緩步上揚，台燿科技主管就9月的接單狀況指出，預估9月營收也將呈現緩步升溫的走勢。

台燿科技7月營收9.86億元，有較6月成長14.9%的走勢出現，而台燿科技8月的營收也突破10億元而達10.16億元，累計1-8月營收80.13億元，年增率1.04%。但是，台燿科技8月營收較2012年同月的10.61億元出現4.31%的衰退。

台燿科技2013年上半年的財報營收59.93億元，其毛利率15.75%，也優於去年同期的14.37%。台燿科技今年上半年獲利走高的主要原因在於其開發無鹵的基地台、伺服器應用CCL的高速成長。台燿科技上半年財報揭露其每股稅後盈餘1.22元。

台燿科技2011年切入高TG的厚銅CCL產品市場，2011年占營收比重約17%，2012年提升到占營收27%，今年上半年因全球4G建置需求大幅度市場發酵，在台燿科技2013年上半年60.1億元營收中，占比重更快速提升到38%。

標題[請益] 三星tab3 8.0跟note8.0選擇
