 【廖珮君／台北報導】美國量化寬鬆政策（QE）退場時機浮現，投資市場變化多端，壽險業者建議，民眾可掌握3招檢視手上的投資型保單，首先觀察保單所連結的基金標的表現，再和其他同類型基金做比較，最後設停利停損點，避免投資型保單績效受到影響。
 
第一金人壽總經理林元輝說，投資型保單和傳統保單不同，投資型保單的保單價值準備金會受到所連結的投資標的影響，若是投資標的長期持續虧損，可能會影響到投資型保單的保障部位。
 
他說，若手上有投資型保單的民眾，除定期檢視投資標的績效，也要留意重大經濟事件，例如美國QE政策、日本經濟走向等，都需適時了解可能造成的影響，適時調整投資標的配置。

【陳泓銘／綜合報導】35歲的「小艾」艾希頓庫奇（Ashton Kutcher）與30歲性感女星蜜拉庫妮絲交往1年多，近來盛傳他們已偷偷訂婚，消息來源對美國《時人》雜誌否認說：「他們感情穩定，但尚未訂婚。」

小艾在新片《賈伯斯》扮演已故蘋果電腦創辦人賈伯斯，劇組特別重回當年蘋果電腦發源地「車庫」實地取景，他一走進車庫坐在破沙發上，就感受到「賈伯斯上身」，果然戲拍得又快又順；劇組還花了上千萬台幣搭景，重現1977年「西岸電腦展」及蘋果總部辦公室，並收錄賈伯斯最愛歌手巴布狄倫的名曲《Boots of Spanish Leather》，相當忠於史實。該片定27日在台上映。

【綜合報導】去年5月升格當爸爸的劉德華（華仔）對妻女非常保護，1歲女兒劉向蕙至今容貌未曾曝光，上周「華仔天地」慶生會上，一向避談家事的華仔竟破天荒大開金口說最怕老婆，爆料寶貝女兒長得像太太朱麗倩，還自嘲是「世界上最沒有自尊的爸爸」。並預告女兒2歲時才會考慮公開容貌。
 
華仔在慶生會表示：「我早上6點就出去做事排演唱會，以前回到家還可以排一下，但現在我一準備跳（舞），就有人（老婆）警告我，練下歌，又有人喊『喂』，我每天都是這麼度過的。」還說連看電視都要等女兒睡著才能戴耳機看，而且每天唱歌給女兒聽：「one little, two little, three little Indian……..」

【綜合報導】法務部長曾勇夫遭特偵組指控，受立法院長王金平請託關說綠委柯建銘的司法案件，曾勇夫昨晚在府院強力施壓下請辭。而今日《美聯社》報導形容，曾勇夫案對總統馬英九是雪上加霜，對已經坐困圍城的馬政府而言，更是一大挫折(setback for the beleaguered government of President Ma Ying-jeou)。

此外，《美聯社》更指出，馬政府的執行力已經是公認的「笨」(a widespread perception of administrative bungling)，導致馬英九的支持度創新低，僅剩15%。

　在這裡想先講些題外話，雖然已經相隔四年之久，但有些事 還是忘不了。 　八八風災的時候自己正巧在當兵，也參與了救災工作；雖然 不是到重災區，但是住在屏東林邊的那幾天，至今還是讓我覺 得是生命裡難以忘懷的日子。和居民一起把淹到腰這麼深的泥 巴一鏟鏟挖除，把農舍裡全部泡爛發臭的飼料和肥料一一搬出 ，進進出出的砂石車載著滿滿的土石，但還有更多堆在家門旁 ，要回到正常的生活其實是好遙遠的路，更何況是整座村莊都 被土石掩埋，讓當地居民失去太多親朋好友的高雄甲仙。 　看《拔一條河》的時候幾乎從頭哭到尾，並不是因為充滿了 令人難過的新聞畫面，而是在楊力州導演的畫面裡，不管是甲 仙國小拔河隊的小朋友們，或是長居甲仙沒有離開的大人們， 他們相互影響著，碰撞凝聚出一股充滿希望的生命能量，勇往 直前的過程，讓人看著看著忍不住會跟著感動，縱使人比想像 中來得脆弱，但也比想像中來得堅強許多。 　電影一開始就是好熟悉，在電視上已經不知道看過多少次的 畫面，大水把眼前看見的全都沖走，幾乎什麼都沒留下，被留 下來的人們失去了活力，當地人說葬禮一家一家辦，充滿絕望 的氣氛，留下來的都沒處去，於是不如繼續往前走，甲仙國小 的拔河隊於是就此誕生，只是沒有器材，沒有訓練設備，學校 老師只能土法煉鋼，不然就是和其他學校借，居民的心就在這 群小朋友的努力中，漸漸緩慢的修復。 　《拔一條河》的故事並非僅聚焦在甲仙國小拔河隊的小朋友 們，在此之外也關注另一群支撐甲仙重建力量的新住民媽媽們 ，這些人從海外遠嫁來台，從此沒能再有機會回到家鄉，她們 在臺灣落地生根，而甲仙成了她們後半生永遠的家。颱風沖垮 了家園和希望，但她們卻一步一腳印，和當地居民共同重新建 築起一個個希望和夢，歷經這場苦難和困頓，這些新住民姊妹 們早已成為甲仙當地不可或缺的成員。 　電影從八八風災過後開始說起，接著講當地居民的生活、拔 河隊小朋友握住繩索不放手，整座小鎮因為這群小朋友又活絡 起來的畫面，還有新住民媽媽們默默耕耘，重建家園，用一道 道家鄉料理和美食牽繫起每一個因失去而破碎的心，於是大家 緊密的相連在一起，重新獲得努力的能量。由於電影紀錄的人 事物並非僅限於單一族群，而是整個地區所發生的事情，在拔 河比賽告一段落，進入電影後段時，不免讓自己覺得有些微雜 亂，但是看完電影後想了一下，導演或許並沒有很完整的講完 一個故事，就只是想要把當地居民的生活狀況和心情呈現在觀 眾眼前，對於看習慣一般「有劇情」的臺灣紀錄片，觀賞《拔 一條河》對自己來說又是一種很特別的體驗就是。 　覺得《拔一條河》不大像是先前看過的楊力州導演的片子， 在《青春啦啦隊》和《奇蹟的夏天》，電影紀錄的是從無到有 ，一群人努力的過程，最終開花結果，《被遺忘的時光》則是 由一段一段的訪問，勾勒出迷失在時間之河中長者們的樣貌， 而在本片裡除了是拍出一段從絕望走向希望的現在進行式，也 讓觀眾看見了居民們的生活面貌，很多平凡無奇的日常畫面， 看在眼裡卻充滿難能可貴的溫情，就算只是大家聚在圓桌前用 餐的畫面，也能被捕捉到人物背後的故事，這是自己覺得這部 電影動人之處所在。 　然後，看了很多關於這部片的評論，以及心得，其實也在思 考著一件事情。在本片中楊力州導演和工作人員，曾經多次藉 由訪問的方式參與其中，不光是對談的聲音出現在其中，甚至 攝影師和其他工作人員也一同入鏡，不光是甲仙當地舉辦的晚 會，或是拍攝媽媽們的婚紗照也好，導演不光是以旁觀者的身 分來紀錄這部電影，甚至到後來還成為了其中一份子，這樣既 是紀錄者，又不避諱身處其中的作法，讓自己觀影的時候更有 種彷彿也像身處甲仙和當地居民共處的感同身受。 　看完電影後，似乎能夠理解導演的作法，可能希望藉由甲仙 的朋友來鼓勵大家的心情實在太熱切，於是不知不覺間自己也 跳進來一起成了鼓勵大家的人之一，畢竟社會上有太多不公平 ，讓人搖頭嘆息的事情天天發生，就像甲仙居民的遭遇一樣， 幾乎就要被不堪的現實擊敗，可是電影幾乎沒被愁雲慘霧籠罩 ，更多的是積極的情緒，一種想努力逆轉人生的心態。如同片 中所說的，這些小朋友都能靠自己的力量站起來了，那大人一 定也可以；如果甲仙的居民都站起來的話，那更多遭遇挫折的 人們，又怎會沒有能力重新振作起來呢？ 　《拔一條河》充滿了滿滿的正面能量，看完以後讓人感受到 臺灣人本來就存在心中那種，縱使逆來順受，也不願向困境低 頭的狀態，也好喜歡拍謝少年幫這部片寫的歌，野台開唱的時 候就很喜歡他們了，但看完電影後完全變成了他們的歌迷…總 之若能夠透過這部紀錄片，讓大家能夠獲得更多這樣的力量， 我想這或許就是這部影片之所以存在的意義，總之會想再看一 次這部電影，希望這樣的感動可以讓更多人看見。 （2013/08/15@信義威秀影城特映） FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/ruke.tw -- 　 　 我討厭下雨的街道 因為它總是以一貫的緊繃 對一路矇混過來的迷途者擺出彷彿要騷動其心的姿態 但今天也要宣告結束了 這並非因為要放晴的緣故 但如果陷入睡眠的話 它就會用連時間也能超越的速度 成為回憶吧 This is my BLOG. ;: 安藤裕子 / さみしがり屋の言葉達 ;: http://blog.roodo.com/ruke -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.176.114.217

經建會前副主委、被外界視為是「親蔡人士」的張景森，日前在臉書上發表「建言」，認為民進黨主席蘇貞昌應在辯論之後，宣布競選黨主席、一戰台北市，協助蔡英文角逐2016總統大位。蘇貞昌今天沒有正面回應，但指出民進黨中執會已經通過提名的相關作業、辦法、期程，會依循此一步步來做，盼提出最好的人選，獲得人民支持。蘇貞昌說，過去這段時間，民進黨地方首長一再名列前茅，希望大家一起來努力，贏得明年底地方選舉的勝利。

標題[請益] 安規測試工程師的發展性?

最近工作真的是不太好找,可能是我侷限於科技這一塊吧! 辭職後,這2個月來才接到5家的面試!! 昨天有面試一家叫"亞電科技"的公司,地點是在中和! 公司規模不大,員工數10幾個人! 裡面員工都很年輕,網路上看是剛成立不久的公司! 公司是做安規測試的,這次面試職缺上是寫測試工程師! 這類的我完全沒碰過,只聽過EMC之類的! 一開始就要做筆試,是簡單的基本電學! 筆試完後,主管要求簡單自我介紹(主管很年輕,大概是七年級生吧) 然後就講解我不熟悉的工作內容! 也不知道接單的量大不大,加上主管,只有3個人負責做安規測試! 有時候客戶很急會親自過來做測試,3人以輪流的方式去幫忙客戶! 如果客戶測試很久,今天原本被安排的工作就會被delay! 雖然主管說不是責任制的,但是覺得今天工作沒做完,加上明天的量一定會累積下去! 然後開出的薪資比22K多一點點點...... 往後調薪就是看績效,公司也有見紅就放! 想請問有人去這家公司面試過嗎?公司內部如何? 安規工作的發展性如何?因為沒碰過,想試試看! 雖然不確定會上,還是想問一下! 麻煩各位了,謝謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.10.69

標題[討論] 科技業的老屁股多不多

昨晚週末夜跟強者我朋友包子店員工聊天 他說前天調薪後他升上了55，但他卻徬徨了 他是所有55裡最菜的，上面還有好多同樣是55的老屁股在等升副理 (據說包子店沒升副理工程師55大概就頂天了) 這些老屁股因為有年紀了未來應該也不會離職之類的 所以在他可遇見的未來，未來10年如果繼續留包子店 大概也一直停留在55上不去了，而年薪離破百也還有一段差距 他猶豫的點在於，即將滿30歲，普通國立碩的學歷，該思考轉職嗎？ 但現在大環境不好，除了GG外，感覺換去哪都差不多(在南部) 各位鄉民有好的建議嗎？ 他說那些老屁股55很長凹他帶專案或被on call 電話教學新人 他做的也是滿累的 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.9.87.62
