【朱俊彥／台中報導】從事美髮業的朱姓男子(34歲)今天凌晨酒後返家，見鄰居徐姓男子（29歲）大門沒鎖遂侵入屋內，見到徐男只穿一件內褲仰睡，伸手撫摸其下體，徐男原以為在作夢，驚醒看到朱男摸鳥怒斥：「衝三小！」做勢要打朱男，朱男跪地求饒，但徐男報警並堅持提告。

朱男辯稱進入見徐男躺在床上，且手在摸鳥下體，以為對方是在挑逗他，他偷摸了約10秒，起初對方都沒反應，以為對方接受他。徐男則說，不認識朱男，對方竟趁他睡著跑到房間偷摸鳥，實在很噁心。警方訊後依妨害性自主罪嫌將朱男送辦。

【蕭孜玹／台北報導】中華道家人文協會於今舉辦「102年中秋傳愛團圓餐會」，邀請人數達千人，為新北市近年最盛大的公益餐會。協會更特別邀「保庇天后」王彩樺、金曲獎台語歌后李婭莎等，帶來精采的表演。擔任開場演出的王彩樺，以招牌歌《保庇》炒熱氣氛，並表示：「希望透過表演，為現場民眾帶來歡喜的鼓舞力量。」而擔任壓軸的李婭莎，動人的嗓音讓台下觀眾聽得如癡如醉，她說：「每個人都能為社會盡一份小小的心力，希望我能透過歌聲傳遞滿滿的愛。」

【綜合報導】美國NBA前球星「小蟲」羅德曼(Dennis Rodman)，剛結束第二次訪問北韓之旅，平壤當局隨即發布他和最高領導人金正恩的合照，讓全世界看看金正恩也是有好朋友的，但在照片中卻被發現，坐在一起的2人中間多出現了「一隻怪手」(紅圈處)。

在照片中羅德曼和金正恩坐著交談，但2人中間竟然出見不屬於兩人的一隻手，外界質疑「怪手」的主人應該是金正恩的翻譯。原來平壤官方為了讓金正恩看來更英明神武、可以直接與羅德曼順暢溝通，刻意叫翻譯躲在後面，但卻沒注意到還是遺漏了一隻手。

法務部前部長曾勇夫與高檢署檢察長陳守煌被指涉及關說，不少檢察官批評特偵組手法粗糙、不厚道，遭「潑糞水」後，即使洗乾淨也難除臭味。但也有檢察官認為，舉發違法違紀是檢察官職責，硬扯內鬥很無聊。

許多檢察官表示，特偵組新聞稿附的監聽譯文，只是立法院長王金平和立委柯建銘的對話內容，沒有曾勇夫和陳守煌接受關說的證據；全案相關人、事的連結，「只有虛線，沒有實線」；若以刑事偵查證據原則，特偵組提出的通聯紀錄難以令人信服。

幾名檢察官說，曾勇夫和陳守煌遭「潑糞水」，即使監察院及檢察官評鑑委員會調查後還他們清白，但個人聲譽傷害難以彌補。而且，曾勇夫與黃世銘不和傳聞不斷，特偵組在證據不明確情況下指控兩人關說，惹來更多非議。

一名檢察官說，特偵組懷疑曾勇夫與陳守煌接受關說，其實不必急於對外公布，可函送監察院及檢察官評鑑委員會調查，讓兩人有充分的機會說明，再由監察院及檢評會公布調查結果，如此對兩人較公平。

但也有部分檢察官表示，有為有守的檢察官對長官重大違法或違紀案件，無法視而不見。偵辦案件過程中發現有長官或檢察官嚴重違反檢察官倫理規範，若包庇放水，自己也違反規範及違背檢察官的道德良知。

他們認為，查案憑證據而非個人好惡。此事是檢察官本於應盡義務及道德良知舉發，應非外界所指的惡鬥。

【蕭孜玹／台北報導】中華道家人文協會於今舉辦「102年中秋傳愛團圓餐會」，邀請人數達千人，為新北市近年最盛大的公益餐會。協會更特別邀「保庇天后」王彩樺、金曲獎台語歌后李婭莎等，帶來精采的表演。擔任開場演出的王彩樺，以招牌歌《保庇》炒熱氣氛，並表示：「希望透過表演，為現場民眾帶來歡喜的鼓舞力量。」而擔任壓軸的李婭莎，動人的嗓音讓台下觀眾聽得如癡如醉，她說：「每個人都能為社會盡一份小小的心力，希望我能透過歌聲傳遞滿滿的愛。」

【綜合報導】台北車站大廳過去常有民眾坐在地上吃東西或休息，上月中起台鐵以有礙觀瞻為由展開密集勸離，禁止民眾在台北車站一樓大廳飲食、躺臥，一群自稱「自煮公民」的網友不滿台鐵作法，在臉書發起本月15日到台北車站吃喝躺活動，號召民眾到車站大廳野餐，討回屬於人民的公共空間。

915台北車站吃喝躺活動（http://tinyurl.com/km8w3le）活動發起近3天已有約280人按讚，當天上午11時30分到下午1時30分，號召民眾以各種形式表達訴求，集體以吃、喝、躺方式佔領台北車站大廳。交通部次長兼代理台鐵局長范植谷說，主要是針對躺臥的人勸導，民眾若席地吃東西只會建議其坐到旁邊的椅子用餐；公民團體也要有公民道德，不會因自煮公民的活動調整現行做法。
