戲水旺季到，今約5時許，恆春後壁湖海域發生首起溺水意外，年約60歲的鄭姓男子參與浮潛活動，不明原因溺水，浮潛教練察覺不對勁，將人先拉起岸上，趕緊報案，卻已無生命跡象，目前仍在南門醫院急救中，情況並不樂觀。

警消表示，鄭翁與親友一行人參加浮潛，多數人回到海上平台時，鄭翁卻一直趴在海面不動，呼喊也沒有回應，驚覺不對勁，連忙跳下水拉起後，經CPR急救後，仍無生命跡象，再由恆春消防分隊送往南門醫院急救中。（李卉婷／屏東報導）

民進黨25日改選黨主席，明天下午將舉辦唯一一場政見發表會，民進黨前主席蔡英文呼聲最高，幾乎已篤定當選。據了解，蔡英文政見的主軸將訴求黨務改革，重新找回民進黨與社會的連結。

陳妍希即將滿30歲，2011年因主演《那些年，我們一起追的女孩》竄紅，讓她成為新一代「女神」，廣告戲約不斷，但暴紅後壓力也隨之而來，驚傳她在無人的化妝室崩潰痛哭。
 
日前陳妍希接受陸媒專訪，談到因演出《那些年》的學生妹打響知名度，她表示：「我知道我很幸運，工作接踵而至，但完全沒有時間好好想想」。坦言走紅後繁忙的工作讓她感到十分痛苦煎熬，這也讓她的身體出狀況，「當時身體狀況非常不好，會出現水腫、全身過敏等症狀」，她還自曝一度因壓力過大，獨自在化妝室大哭，所幸今年初徵得經紀人同意，到歐洲放假充電後，她感覺「能量又回來了」。（洪彩婷／綜合報導）

有意參選台北市長的台大醫師柯文哲，今下午出席中國作家袁紅冰的新書發表會時火力全開，他說總統馬英九這樣搞，大家還能存活下來，台灣人真厲害，還說馬對台的貢獻就是「他是全台灣信心的來源」。

柯文哲隨後更痛批，馬英九續提名尹祚芊任監察委員，根本是「混蛋」，因為尹在愛滋器捐案僅約詢他1次即決定彈劾，沒提供答辯機會，不符合程序正義。

談到太陽花學運，柯文哲則給予高度肯定，但也認為有缺點，他比較1990年野百合學運與太陽花，野百合從頭到尾訴求清楚，包括廢除國民大會、召開國是會議等，太陽花卻一下反服貿，一下反其他，沒有明確方向。（張博亭／台北報導）
