密碼管理業者Dashlane 20日公布「密碼安全性綜合」報告（Password Security Roundup ），指出報告中逾80%的網站密碼安全標準欠佳。

Dashlane調查交友、電子商務、旅遊、生產力、社會設施與保全等六大類別中的80家網站後發現，逾51%的網站在輸入10次錯誤密碼後仍未封鎖帳號；43%的網站接受「password」或「123456」這類雇於普通的密碼。

Dashlane以負100分到100分來評斷各網站的安全性，其中86%的網站得分低於及格標準；得分需高於50才會被視為具有足夠安全性。

密碼政策最差勁（得分最差）的是Match.com，該網站允許用戶只用「a」單字母做為密碼來申請帳號。Hulu和Overstock則並列第二糟。亞馬遜、Groupon、Orbitz和維多利亞的秘密等網站，得分也都很差。

得分最高的是蘋果，剛好拿到完美的100分；得分第二到第四高的網站依次是Hotmail、微軟、優比速（UPS）。
