美國加州大學聖塔芭芭拉分校槍擊案，警方公佈6名死者名單，其中死在兇嫌刀下的3名男學生，從姓名看來疑似華裔。

福斯新聞網報導，聖塔芭芭拉郡警方周日表示，6名死者全是加州大學聖塔芭芭拉分校學生。兇嫌艾略特羅傑（Elliot Rodger）先在住處用刀刺死3名男生，再開車到學校附近濫射，再殺3人後自盡身亡。3名室友是20歲的鄭元宏（音譯，Cheng Yuan Hong）、19歲的陳喬治（George Chen）和20歲的黃維漢（音譯，Weihan Wong）。租約顯示，前兩者是羅傑的室友，後者與兇手關係暫時不知。

警方表示，羅傑曾舉報有室友偷蠟燭，警方調查後，鄭元宏遭控偷竊，他認罪。 （國際中心／綜合外電報導）

台經院今公告製造業、服務業與營建業最新經濟動向調查報告，受到國內外經濟情勢干擾影響，3大產業4月營業氣候測驗點各為101.81點、97.01點與83.03點，皆較3月下滑，並以營建業營業氣候測驗點月衰退6.32點下滑最多。

台經院院長洪德生表示，4月景氣不差，但受亞洲國家動亂、全球景氣復甦力道弱、美國貨幣政策轉向、國內進入傳統銷售淡季等因素影響，為未來景氣帶來變數。

今日公告各項數據中，受訪製造業4月認為當月景氣「好」廠商比例為29.6%，月減28.4個百分點，整體廠商對未來半年景氣看好比例也降至37.6%，月減2.1個百分點，認為當月製造業景氣「壞」的比例升至17.2%，月增7.3個百分點；認為未來半年景氣看壞比例則降至10.2%，月減1.4個百分點，整體評估4月製造業營業氣候測驗點為101.81點，月減0.3點。

至於服務業則受到4月股市行情偏弱影響，證券業者對當月景氣看法較悲觀，未來半年景氣則以餐旅、證券及零售業看法較樂觀，整體模型試算結果發現4月服務業營業氣候測驗點為97.01點，較3月減少1.92點，為今年以來首度下滑。

台經院指出，財政部持續平抑房價，國內房市觀望氣氛濃厚，因此營建業營業氣候測驗點欲升不易，4月指數僅83.03點，為連續4個月下滑。（陳瑩欣／台北報導）

立院財政、內政及經濟委員會聯席會議今審查「流域綜合治理計畫」，經濟部長張家祝在接受媒體訪問時說，希望治水預算順利推動，經濟部將在整體計劃完成後，接受各部會相關產業申請及工業區後續規劃及工作，相關準備工作經濟部都已準備完成，盼各部會可以就產業需求尋求立委支持。
 
經濟部規劃第1期期程為2014年度及2015年度，編列預算為58億3500萬，辦理項目以治理工程及用地徵收38億3350萬最多、應急工程15億元，另還有人才培訓、研究發展等經費。
 
另外，農委會在第1期計畫主管部分為47億3400萬，上游坡地水土保持及治山防洪編列28億元，國有林班地治理8億元、農田排水4.15億元、水產養殖排水4.76億元、農糧作物保全2.43億元。（洪敏隆／台北報導）

3家連鎖手搖茶飲業者傳將在下周漲價，公平會主委吳秀明說，3家連鎖手搖茶飲業者漲價，是否違反《公平法》，除要看外觀意志，重要的是要有合意的行為，公平會已在了解中。
 
吳秀明說，市場有許多產品，一旦有異常，公平會即會調查，如咖啡、牛奶漲價，公平會即主動立案調查，只要查到具體事證，即會重罰，最重事罰2500萬元，情節重大者可處前一年營業額的1/10。他並重申，3家連鎖手搖茶飲業者漲價之事，需深入了解，才能個案認定。
 
至於有業者一杯茶飲漲到70元，相當於一個便當價格，吳秀明說，公平會不管價格高低，但業者若有利用聯合行為漲價，就一定會懲處。(戴安瑋／台北報導)
