立法院臨時會今天處理完考試院人事案，原訂下周一到周五將處理監察院人事案，但院會今天下午結束投票前，民進黨團無預警針對上周五全院委員會中國民黨提出的臨時會監察院部分議程提出復議，為監院人事投下震撼彈。

國民黨團首席副書記長費鴻泰指出，朝野目前同意下周一中午舉行程序委員會，確定下周二舉行院會；院會中處理民進黨團提出的復議案，同時國民黨團也會提出新的監察院人事案審查議程，也就是下周三到次周周二處理監察院人事案。如果下周二院會通過這項提案，監院人事案就等於延後兩天處理。

據了解，上周五全院委員會處理議程時，在現場的民進黨團幹部對國民黨團提出的考監人事議程都「沒有異議」，當時國民黨團就嗅出不尋常氣氛，有立委私下認為綠營可能會單就監委人事提出復議。

內政部長陳威仁上任滿3個月，提出富麗農村、風情小鎮的施政新構想，全台各選出5至10個有發展潛力及特色的鄉鎮或村莊，透過中央經費補助，集中挹注力量，將農村與小鎮「拉拔」起來，紓緩農村、城鎮的人口向都會集中。

陳威仁說，這項計畫將在最近向行政院長江宜樺簡報後定案，於明年起展開試辦。基本作法是將現有中央的補助計畫，約80個，總補助金額547億元，保留部分額度，將補助經費集中火力，放在有發展潛力的小鎮或農村上，讓這些農村小鎮至少可以自給自足，並成為一般農村的小小領頭羊。

但現新成屋建商開的價比投機客5年多中古屋的掛牌價還便宜耶,不用問在那,事實是如此6月開始的
