12年國教特招今考自然、社會科，教育部輔導團表示，特招自然科試題重視科學概念整合、實驗技能及圖表解讀與應用，其中圖表題超過8成，試題鑑別度高，能甄別具有學術性向學生學科能力表現差異。

新北市三和國中校長張錫勳說，自然科試題重視圖表解讀與應用，圖表題比率近8成，學生要能理解學科知識，還要掌握圖表意涵；實驗題都出自課本實驗題，但有新的情境，學生了解實驗目的後，才能據該結果分析推論出答案。

台北市龍山國中退休教師祈明輝表示，理化科占25題，其中19題有圖表，與實驗相關有8題，結合生活情境有5題，能測驗學生能否應用與統整相關概念。他表示，理化大部分試題題幹長，考驗學生閱讀、理解文字與分析圖表資訊的能力。

新北市永平高中教師沈文俊表示，地科題目不直接引用課本敘述，學生須從圖表中找到能回答問題的線索，另外談到日照權的第34題則是創新題，學生要明白一年中太陽軌跡在台灣地區造成的直射或斜射概念，才能選出答案，考驗考生閱讀、思考與判斷的能力。（陳威廷／台北報導）

荷蘭今天在季軍賽以3比0踢退巴西，總教練范加爾(Louis van Gaal)賽後表示：「雖然冠軍才是我們的夢想，但是在無法如願情況下，拿到季軍對我們來說也是個很不錯的結果，我為我的球員、教練團而感到驕傲！」
 
對於季軍戰，范加爾指：「這比賽太趕了，我們只有3天的休兵日，我們原本是為冠軍而戰，4強賽失利後讓人難過，但我們仍打起精神為季軍賽而戰，能拿下第3名很棒，本屆世足7場比賽踢進15球也很棒！」

科技部次長林一平上午表示，陳震遠自審論文事件非論文造假，是審查造假，過去韓國也有學者曾被抓到過，但在台灣還是第一遭。通常期刊收到論文後會找公正人士審查論文，但審查者名單都是保密，陳震遠竟然可以製造很多假的審查人，這種違反學術倫理的手法還是第一次遇到。

林一平表示，科技部已經向期刊申請被撤銷論文清單，正逐一清查哪些和科技部研究計畫有關，目前60篇中有五篇和蔣偉寧有關，其中一篇蔣偉寧和陳震遠兩人共同掛名，預計下周會有比較明確結果。

屏東教育大學前副教授陳震遠論文審查造假案，教育部長蔣偉寧參與掛名5篇論文也遭撤銷，連帶牽扯到蔣偉寧；國民黨立委今天呼籲徹查，不要讓此事傷害台灣的學術形象，也有藍委表示，如果蔣有涉入，就應該慎重考慮自己的去留。

媒體報導，蔣偉寧與陳震遠合作長達11年，兩人共同掛名的論文就有12篇，今天國民黨立委出席由黨中央舉辦的監委座談會，面對教育部長涉入論文涉嫌造假案，態度兩極。

立委蘇清泉表示，因為涉嫌造假的論文數量太多，也難怪大家質疑，但還是要釐清蔣偉寧事先知不知情，如果他只是研究計畫的協同主持人，別人用人頭審查要全盤怪他，也說不過去；但如果蔣真的事先知情，牽涉其中，「就要好好考慮自己的去留」。

立委吳育昇表示，從他以往的務實表現來看，他相信蔣偉寧說的話是誠實的，也支持他目前的態度，但他也呼籲蔣偉寧和陳震遠快點出來說清楚，否則讓論文造假事件，傷害台灣的教育部長即台灣的學術形象，非常不值。
