美籍男擬提告 律師挺正義姐

元智女大生林春桂將朱姓台裔美籍男在公車上飆罵英文頂司機的畫面PO網，被鄉民封為「正義春桂姐」，卻被朱男控告妨礙名譽。林女6日表示，已透過臉書與律師張宸浩取得連繫，謝謝鄉民支持，讓她有了堅強的後盾。

民族情感催化臂助

張宸浩在網路留言表態免費幫林女辯護，獲逾6萬網友按讚，被封稱「正義律師」。張引用李小龍電影台詞「中國人不是病夫」。他表示，看到網路文章時，第一時間就氣憤難消，在「民族情感」的催化下，覺得林小姐勢單力薄，才會決定力挺她。

張宸浩說，雖然整件事情的原始網路貼文已刪除，無法得知來龍去脈，但他不管林女是否有錯，幫到底了。

正義姐林春桂在第一時間得知朱男要告她妨礙名譽，在臉書留言表明「我需要律師!!請求協助~~」，並解釋「影片文字敘述中，完全沒有提到我要人肉搜索，而且並不是我將此事件提供給記者」。對於朱男發表4點聲明，揚言要尋求法律途徑，讓不懂法律的她真的慌了。

林春桂說，選擇拍下影片，完全出於協助司機還原真相，她說：「當下情況很緊急，聽到男子咆哮聲，公車上所有乘客頓時都愣住了，擔心司機會受傷，自己也不知道能做什麼，索性拿起手機蒐證」。會將影片PO上YOUTUBE，純粹是分享生活遇到的事，並不是針對個人。

校方與家人當後盾

學校及林父昨同聲表示支持，認為林女透過影片揭發男子惡行惡狀，屬於正義行為，「不能因為怕事，就甚麼事都選擇沉默」。不管是否要面對法律，學校及家人會全力協助給予最大後盾。

被封為「正義姐」的林春桂，就讀元智大學工業工程管理系，將升大三，外型甜美，且留有一頭俏麗短髮，喜愛自拍、在臉書分享生活鎖事。她平常就愛仗義直言，陪伴感情受創的同學療傷。雖然同學沒有給她取個響亮的綽號，但第一印象就是「讚」。

林春桂在家排行老大，除參與管樂社，為協助桃園地區學生聯絡感情，積極參與元智大學桃友會，並擔任副會長，日前卸任時還因熱心服務，把社團經營得有聲有色，獲頒社團評鑑優等獎。

高市府聲請假扣押 銀行團憂全盤皆輸

高雄市政府聲請假扣押榮化19億資產，榮化的債權銀行主管指出，此舉勢必引爆各大銀行採取保全措施，第一步就是把榮化帳戶的存款全部抵銷，屆時榮化將沒有營運資金，恐陷財務危機。

不過，證券分析師評估，榮化第一季合併財報的帳上現金仍有82.5億元，且榮化繳息正常，本次事件對銀行影響應屬有限。

金管會主委曾銘宗則表示，榮化是上市公司，應積極配合檢調辦案，同時也應檢討內稽內控，完善社會責任。

曾銘宗指出，榮化過去經營績效不錯，社會形象也還可以，此次更應負擔起應有的社會責任。

想請問各位在日月光材料廠的大大們~ 你們在裡面待得如何!? 小弟我是研發替代役的，裡面的人事小姐說，現階段的職缺就是去K9材料廠 不知道這裡的風評跟待遇如何?...(聽說很操?...) 基本上好像研替的薪資都相同，只是每個廠區的制度不太相同，好像還要六日加班? 想請教在裡面待過研發替代役或正職的大哥們 不知道這裡值不值得簽三年的研替!!? 竊聽不用竊聽器！麻省理工學院利用薯片包裝袋就能還原聲音

Cd3cc25018a416f4e9124cf56e8991c9 說到竊聽，從古代就是獲得資訊的主要手段之一，古人擔心隔牆有耳，現代人擔心有竊聽器，但是麻省理工學院的新研究讓其他人就算不用竊聽器也能進行竊聽，而竊聽者所需要的，就只是拍攝你房間內的零食包裝袋而已。

這項研究是利用微軟與 Adobe 所開發出的一種演算法，它能利用影片所拍攝的物體產生的微小振動，來還原聲音的信號，藉此就能得知該物體附近的聲音。而在這次的研究中他們在 4.5 米外的地方，透過隔音玻璃，拍攝房間內的零食包裝袋，成功還原了房間內人們的對話。

根據 Abe Davis 的論文表示:「當聲音碰撞到物體時，會讓物體產生振動。而這種振動產生了一種微妙的視覺信號，但以人類的肉眼是不可見的，所以平時人們都忽略了這種信號。」

也因此他們透過每秒 2,000 至 6,000 幀的高速攝影機來捕捉這種視覺信號，另外他們在其它的實驗中也利用杯水、葉片等物體來還原音頻信號，他們發現不同的材料所反映出的音頻信號皆不相同，未來他們也打算針對這部分進行更多研究。

加拿大夫婦開咖啡館　被中國控竊取機密

加拿大一對在中國與北韓邊境居住的夫妻，近日遭中國指控涉嫌竊取中國國家機密，目前2人遭到中國官方調查中。

據英國《BBC》報導，這對夫妻為男子凱文‧蓋瑞特(Kevin Garratt)和女子朱莉亞‧蓋瑞特(Juliadawn Garratt)，他們遭中國官方指控，涉嫌竊取中國家軍事和國防科研機密，他們於昨日被遼寧省丹東市國家安全局依法審查。

報導指出，夫妻倆自1984年就來中國居住，並在2008年於丹東開設咖啡館。加拿大媒體還報導說，他們提供「邊界地區最好的咖啡」，其咖啡館很受旅客歡迎。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
