美國大使遇襲案　北韓：只是一點小懲罰

美國駐韓大使利普特（Mark Lippert）今早遭親北韓激進分子攻擊見血，北韓傍晚表示，這只是對美國執意與南韓軍演的「一點懲罰」。
 
法新社報導，北韓官方電視台（KCNA）頭條報導美國大使遇襲事件，並表示，「這只是對好戰的美國一點懲罰」，而攻擊只是「反抗的表現」。
 
北韓官媒更把攻擊解釋成南韓公眾的意見，稱南韓民眾不滿「美國進行聯合軍演，在朝鮮半島造成戰爭危機」。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）

高屏溪野鳥大量死亡　初判疑肉毒桿菌造成

屏東陸姓愛鳥人士，日前在高屏溪賞鳥時，發現棲息溪域沙洲的小水鴨、綠頭鴨、琵嘴鴨等多隻死亡，存活的水鳥也呈四肢無力狀，在人靠近時無力振翅飛離。為此前往調查的屏科大野生動物保育研究所研究生邱承慶表示，初步研判可能是肉毒桿菌引起，疑是水鳥們吃到周遭不該吃的食物。
 
邱承慶表示，今天勘查的溪域靠高雄工業區周遭沿岸百餘公尺，發現近200隻琵嘴鴨等水鳥屍體散置水草間。因動物防疫人員可能明天才能前往採樣，水鳥確切致病死亡等原因，是否有禽流感疑慮？待官方正式的鑑驗。（陳宏銘／屏東報導）

股王大立光2月營收創1年新低

受到淡季效應及過年工作天數減少影響，股王大立光（3008）公布2月營收滑落至26.16億元，月減35.1%，創下1年來新低紀錄，不過，年增率仍有63.5%。

第1季原本就是手機產業淡季，加上工作天數減少，且iPhone 6拉貨高峰已過，大立光1、2月營收逐月走低，不過，隨著3月起工作天數恢復正常，且手機大廠在MWC發表新機，預料本月可望開始拉貨，將帶動大立光業績回溫，法人看好，有機會自3月起一路走高。

法人認為，大立光2月數字不是很「漂亮」，明天股價恐面臨修正，展望3月，大立光主管表示，隨著新機陸續出貨，3月不管是月增率或年增率都可同步成長。（高佳菁／台北報導）

台南歸仁疑情殺案嫌犯車輛六甲尋獲

台南市歸仁區六甲里大明三街民宅黃姓女子與楊姓舅舅，今天上午中槍傷及刀傷倒臥在屋內，黃女送醫不治，其舅舅命危，警方鎖定黃女的前同居男友涉有重嫌，下午3點多在台南市六甲區中正路208巷一處空地尋獲他租用的豐田汽車，警方鑑視小組人員正在蒐證。

警方目前從監視器中發現，涉案男子疑在上午九點多駕駛租來的汽車前往黃女住處，命案發生再駕車離開，正全力追緝他到案。

元宵覓良圓 五行湯圓補血暖身

元宵吃湯圓也有養生保健概念，衛福部花蓮醫院將中醫五行運用在湯圓中，選用菠菜、甜菜根、地瓜、山藥、黑芝麻等食材，均衡攝取各色食物，讓健康加分。

衛生福利部花蓮醫院營養科今天舉辦「元宵節健康覓良圓」活動，現場安排湯圓試吃、五彩湯圓撮撮樂等活動，歡慶元宵節。

花蓮醫院營養師林芸甄表示，市面上傳統的小湯圓大多添加人工色素，不利健康，此次製作的五彩湯圓在糯米糰中揉入青色菠菜、赤色甜菜根、黃色地瓜、白色山藥、黑芝麻等，象徵五行，搭配紅棗、桂圓煮湯，適合補血暖身。

林芸甄提醒，無餡小湯圓20粒或含餡湯圓2顆，約是半碗飯的熱量，想要減低熱量，除酌量攝取外，可搭配低糖高纖湯頭，若以無糖豆漿的濃郁口感最適合芝麻湯圓、花生湯圓，既可增加膳食纖維又有飽足感。

IC設計廠商聯陽(3014)於今(5)日召開法說會，聯陽2014年合併營收為34.4億元，年衰退3.37%，毛利率為45.6%，較2013年的39.97%成長，稅後獲利為3.68億元，年成長66.51%，每股獲利為2.4元。若以去年第四季來看，單季營收7.3億元，毛利率為45.07%，稅後獲利3283萬元，每股獲利0.2元。

聯陽發言人王詹定表示，去年毛利率提升，主要是產品結構的調整，大幅降低利潤不高的產品線出貨或分割出去(flash IC)，使高毛利率的產品比重提升，進而推升聯陽毛利率向上達45-46%水準。

在產品結構上，目前聯陽仍以PC相關占比重約60%、高速傳輸Video link佔比重15-20%，其它包括ccHDTV、多媒體以及觸控IC約占比重3-2成等。

展望今年，聯陽總經理林弘堯(見圖)表示，公司過去一兩年積極耕耘的ccHDTV，去年正式出貨，出貨量約100K，主攻監控市場，算是國內業者自行開發的規格；在高清時代，ccHDTV傳輸衰減情況較類比產品大幅減輕，客戶也不用更換纜線，是以，在升級市場有很大競爭力，是聯陽今年最主力想推廣的產品，但目前仍缺知名度。今年聯陽將積極參加美國/歐洲/中國展覽，成立協會邀請夥伴，讓夥伴共同行銷創造市場知名度以及認知度，希望ccHDTV產品有更好成果。
