| 台鐵148自強號深夜桃園站拋錨旅客怨

台鐵148次原訂由屏東駛往七堵自強號，昨天深夜10點30分北上至桃園站時，火車頭突然失去動力，列車上有100多名旅客受困，雖然台鐵在半小時內安排旅客改搭區間車，並同意補差額，但因行程受延誤，仍引起不少抱怨。
台鐵台北站值班人員表示，148次自強號機車故障原因不明，安排原車旅客改搭區間車後，利用自強號還有些許動力，慢慢駛回七堵，由技術人員追查拋錨的原因。

 歐元區零售業銷售量下滑 經濟成長展望雪上加霜

《Reuters》報導，今日歐盟統計局(Eurostat)公佈最新資料顯示，七月份歐元區零售業銷售量下滑。
歐元區第二季經濟成長已經停滯不前，零售業表現更讓歐元區經濟展望雪上加霜。
歐盟統計局指出，歐元區 18 個國家七月份零售業銷售量較前一個月減少 0.4%，但較去年同期增加 0.8%，符合市場預期。
歐盟統計局進一步表示，七月份零售量下滑主要是受到食物、酒類、菸草銷量拖累；歐盟統計局同時下修六月份零售業銷售量成長預估至0.3%。
投顧分析師表示，這項數據顯示，近期歐元區消費者信心低落，民眾開始注意開銷，影響經濟成長。
歐洲央行一直以來，均試圖維持通膨率接近目標2%，同時避免通貨緊縮現象發生。 歐洲央行即將於本週四召開貨幣政策會議。歐盟執行委員會成員在媒體報導中表示，如有必要，歐洲央行已經準備好隨時調整貨幣政策。
