網站張貼男性模特兒沙龍照，標榜「泰式愉悅課程」等套裝服務，警方循線上門，沒想到竟是間男同志的色情按摩店，警逮3名男性按摩師，年紀最僅21歲。警方發現為了規避查緝，業者還會以「會陰保養」，來充當打手槍的術語，警方訊後依妨害風化罪嫌送辦。
這處按摩店在網路上張貼模特兒照片，多是穿著小短褲、露出健美身型，消費客群清一色是男性，服務項目則是包括「會陰保養」、「課後沐浴」等內容。
按摩店藏身1處透天民宅，前晚，警方循線上門，當場在2樓房間查獲林姓男子（25歲）為王姓男客（25歲）從事手打槍的半套性交易。林男供稱，代價是2千3百元，他實拿1千1百元，其餘由黃姓負責人拿走。（湯寶隆／高雄報導）

| 人道救援烏克蘭 俄國：第二批準備好了

俄羅斯緊急情況部新聞發言人德羅貝舍夫斯基12日說，運載第二批對烏克蘭東部人道救援物資的車隊目前正處於待命狀態，一旦取得烏克蘭政府方面的相關許可，將立即送往烏克蘭東部。
德羅貝舍夫斯基當天對媒體表示，目前所有救援物資已裝載完畢，車隊正在羅斯托夫州頓內次克邊檢站內待命，據德羅貝舍夫斯基表示，俄羅斯向烏克蘭提供的第二批人道救援物資共計2000噸，主要包括食品、藥品、淨水設備、發電機等，這些物資都是當前烏東部地區居民所急需的。
俄羅斯第一批人道主義援助車隊8月12日從莫斯科州啟程前往烏克蘭東南部，在抵達俄烏邊境後因為烏方拒絕車隊入境而滯留數日。俄羅斯8月22日 決定讓車隊進入烏克蘭境內，車隊在完成運送任務後於23日返回俄國境內。烏克蘭當局和西方國家一直反對俄羅斯向烏東南部地區提供人道援助物資，擔心俄國可能借機入侵烏克蘭，但俄方堅決否認這種說法。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
