國民黨立委徐少萍今質詢行政院長江宜樺，拿出今天出刊的《中國時報》指出，馬英九總統獲得艾森豪和平獎，問江揆知不知道馬總統為何得獎？江揆說，自己也是看這份報導為主，除了報導外，「不知道提名過程有沒有其他因素」。
 
徐少萍說，馬英九身為我國總統，獲得國際和平獎殊榮是相當光榮的事，但很多媒體都沒報導，「媒體老是報憂不報喜」。
 
徐少萍說，總統會得獎，是因為2012年提出「東海和平倡議」，主張各國以和平方式解決東海糾紛，遵循國際法的相關規定。徐也指出，如美國的前總統老布希、雷根、南非已故總統曼德拉、前波蘭總統華勒沙，以及國內的證言法師，馬英九是國內得艾森豪和平獎第2人。
 
徐少萍建議江宜樺，政府要好好宣導東海和平倡議內容，讓大家知道馬總統得獎原因；江揆則回答「是」。（郭建伸／台北報導）

日圓相對於美元、歐元12日續貶，因美國零售銷售額增幅創4個月高、增加了聯準會(FED)提前升息的疑慮。嘉實XQ全球贏家系統報價顯示，截至12日紐約匯市尾盤為止美元兌日圓升值0.21%至107.34、連續第5個交易日走升；盤中最高點107.39創2008年9月19日以來新高。歐元兌日圓升值0.46%至139.01、連續第5個交易日走升；盤中最高點139.15創7月3日以來新高。

美國商務部12日公佈，8月份的零售銷售額月增0.6%、優於前月的月增0.3%，而13大主要產業類別中、有11種的銷售攀升，並以汽車經銷商、營建材料專門店的銷售成績最為顯眼。根據彭博社調查，82名經濟學家也普遍預估8月的零售銷售額將增加0.6%。另外，路透社/密西根大學12日也公布，9月消費者信心指數初值自前月的終值82.5點上升至84.6點(優於經濟學家平均預估的83.3點)。

美國零售銷售額、消費者信心雙雙攀高，引發聯準會(FED)可能提前升息的疑慮。根據彭博社統計，聯邦基金利率期貨顯示，交易商普遍預估FED在2015年7月底前升息的機率有61%。《加特曼投資通訊(The Gartman Letter)》創始人及主編、知名經濟學家加特曼(Dennis Gartman)9月11日在接受CNBC電視節目「Closing Bell」專訪時指出，他認為美元的牛市剛展開，棒球賽才打到第二局而已。

在歐洲方面，信評機構標準普爾(Standard & Poor`s)將希臘的主權債信評等由「B-」調高至「B」、展望為穩定，理由是該國的財政有顯著改善，則帶動歐元反彈。債信評等「B」較投資等級低了5級。嘉實XQ全球贏家系統報價顯示，截至12日紐約匯市尾盤為止歐元兌美元升值0.24%至1.2950；歐元兌美元甫於9月9日貶至1.2856、創2013年7月10日以來盤中新低。

美國商品期貨交易委員會(CFTC)數據顯示，截至9月9日為止當週，避險基金等大型投機客持有的歐元兌美元淨空單(即預期歐元貶值)縮減至157,505口，低於前週的161,423口(當時創2012年7月以來最高)。

除此之外，俄羅斯盧布12日則出現重貶走勢，主要是受到歐盟、美國擴大制裁的衝擊。嘉實XQ全球贏家系統報價顯示，截至12日紐約匯市尾盤為止美元兌盧布升值0.59%至37.7850。

華爾街日報12日報導，在俄羅斯央行(Bank of Russia)宣布維持指標利率在8%不變、並把通膨增溫怪罪到西方國家的制裁措施後，美元兌盧布12日一度攀升至37.938、創下歷史新高。俄羅斯央行12日指出，到了2014年底該國的通膨率可能會維持在7%以上，高於該行設定的3.5-6.5%目標。莫斯科政府為了對實施制裁的歐美國家進行報復，已暫停向這些國家進口食品，這也導致國內通膨年率在9月8日攀升至7.7%、高於7月的7.5%。不過，俄國央行仍然堅稱，當前的貨幣政策能夠讓通膨壓回至中期目標4%。

以小籠包聞名的知名餐廳鼎泰豐，位在台北東區的忠孝店已經在9月14日正式停止營業，並宣布遷店到新光三越南西店，將在明（16）日起正式開始營業，讓台北西區美食又多了一項新選擇。

鼎泰豐是以麵食產銷為主的連鎖餐廳，以小籠包聞名，目前在港澳、日本、星馬、韓國、印尼、中國大陸、美國、泰國和澳洲等地都有分店。

鼎泰豐在台灣也有9家分店，原本信義店本店和忠孝店都是單獨店面，其餘7家都進駐北、中、南大型百貨公司，近日忠孝店因為租約到期不再續約而結束營業，遷店到台北西區的新光三越，讓人不禁聯想，未來鼎泰豐展店是否都會以進駐百貨公司的方式進行。

對於鼎泰豐結束台北東區黃金地段的單獨店面，再一次進駐百貨美食區，鼎泰豐表示，未來計畫再開2-3家，基本上因為百貨人潮還是比較多，所以會考慮朝向往百貨開店，不過一切都未定。

北台灣潛水天堂龍洞，是很多潛水客常去的地方，但如果去潛水要破壞生態，恐怕會引起潛水同好反彈。

今日下午有名楊姓潛水客到龍洞四號潛點潛水，目睹潛水學生伸出鹹豬手，騷擾小丑魚，當時潛水教練在旁邊打燈，卻沒有制止，放任學生騷擾小丑魚，導致小丑魚群嚇到趕緊游開四散，不敢逗留。楊姓潛水客在臉書寫道「氣啊！這教練怎麼會允許客人這樣玩水中生物啊？？」認為潛水應該只觀賞不騷擾，不要破壞原有的生態。(陳詩璧／綜合報導)
