阿里山人仁基金會將於20日上午在國立華南高商，辦理免費4人協力車騎乘及彩虹陀螺趣味競賽等活動，藉此發揚嘉義市在地幸福感，鼓勵家庭親子從事健康休閒活動及關懷弱勢，該會並於17日上午於嘉義市華南商職學校辦理記者會，嘉義市長黃敏惠到場支持，並與行政院雲嘉南區聯合服務中心代理執行長詹澈及阿里山人仁基金會長楊玲夫婦等同乘協力車繞場，為即將到來活動提前暖場。

嘉義市長黃敏惠表示，幸福不在大小或金錢多寡，而在一群人有共同的夢想，同心協力克服困難，永不放棄；「台灣最美的風景是人」，黃市長說，「人」字兩撇蘊含的「情」與「義」，是嘉義人的精神展現，而「仁」是同理心，黃市長舉最近食安問題為例，強調無論是公部門或個人，只要能將心比心、為人著想，就能創造美好幸福；她也讚揚阿里山人仁基金會出錢出力舉辦家庭親子活動，找回傳統價值，增添社會和諧氣氛。

阿里山人仁基金會長楊玲則提到，9月20日將動員近百名義工，活動包含50組家庭協力車騎乘(新住民或家扶中心扶助家庭兒童優先參加)，8點半從民族路舊燈會會場集合出發，沿林森東路繞行嘉義市東區，接著辦理彩虹陀螺趣味競賽，參加者贈送陀螺一個，將保留400個名額現場報名；當日並有嘉義市特色產業商家展示攤位及社團表演。

楊玲指出，辦理活動的目的在關懷弱勢及宣傳幸福在「嘉」的理念，希望嘉義市包含新住民等各族群，能更和諧親愛；而闔家共騎協力車繞行市區則有傳遞親子間綿密情感及宣傳嘉義市擁有絕佳生活機能的「完美桃城」意涵。

國立竹山高中為推廣藝文活動，每學期均舉辦藝術畫展，邀請在地知名藝術家於校內專業藝廊展出，此學期與竹山高中校友文教基金會合力主辦，邀請到傑出校友–建國科技大學藝術中心林清鏡主任舉辦「畫我家鄉-林清鏡水墨創作展」，共展出40幅畫作，17日上午舉行開幕，由校長巫春貴主持，校友會理事長劉弋賢與多位藝文界人士及竹山高中美術班師生共同參與，熱鬧非凡。展期自即日起至10月2日起止，內容精采可期，歡迎蒞臨觀賞！

林清鏡主任在繪畫領域表現突出，獲獎無數，深受肯定，2003至2005年連續三年獲得全省美展第一名，成為永久免審查作家；生平個展與聯覽次數頗多，此次之所以選擇在竹山高中展出，林清鏡主任表示是以回饋母校與感念家鄉的心情來準備，他生長於鹿谷，畢業於竹山高中美工科，取之於斯，當然要懂得感恩，待畫展結束後，亦將捐贈幾幅畫作給母校做為「回饋」與「傳承」之意。

配合此次展出主題-畫我家鄉，展出的40幅畫作題材皆與南投相關，充滿鄉土情懷，例如玉山、溪頭、天梯、風櫃斗、忘憂森林等知名景點，在開幕儀式現場，林清鏡主任分享個人繪畫學習歷程，並導覽解說每幅畫作的創作動機與技巧，讓與會人士更能了解其曼妙筆法下之細膩情感與意境，一場心靈藝術饗宴讓來賓觀眾都稱讚！

林清鏡表示，我在鹿谷鄉初鄉長大，68年自竹山高中美工科畢業，竹山高中是我的母校，在高中求學階段受到陳新布、唐龍才、鐘義明、關有富、林榮宏…等老師的諄諄教誨，如今離開故鄉以20多年了，對家鄉的場景非常懷念，所以這次展覽的主題就是「畫我家鄉」，作品大多以竹山、鹿谷風光明媚的場景為主，過去30年來將它一一繪成畫面，回到母校特展是懷念故鄉，也是回饋母校，展期直到10月2日止，歡迎喜好藝術者能到竹山高中來欣賞我的作品。

來自北港就讀美術班的學生林宏翰說，自己本身就非常喜歡水墨畫，感謝老師安排一節課的時間來欣賞大師級的畫展，今天看了林清鏡大師的水墨創作後，覺得老師的水墨繪畫風格很獨特，在聽過林大師講解水墨畫的技巧後受益良多，今後也會將方法運用在自己的作品中。

校友會理事長劉弋賢表示，今代表竹山高中文教基金會董事長蔡宜助發言，林清鏡主任的學習精神與成就絕對是所有學子的最佳典範，讓竹山高中的學弟妹們藉由藝術的薰陶，延伸創作；校長巫春貴則表示，竹山高中積極推展校園藝術之風，透過林清鏡主任等藝術名家蒞校展出，絕對可涵養全校師生的優雅氣質，提升校園文化氣息。
