「丟了一個刑警何必大費周章」　正妹遭轟

殺警案第12天，盡管專案小組已移送主嫌曾威豪、劉芯彤及行刑手與號角手萬少丞、周譽騰等34人，收押8人，但北市警局信義分局今天凌晨仍動員200名警力，至事發ATT 4 FUN站崗臨檢。一名吳姓正妹在臉書抱怨，「不過丟一個刑警何必這麼大費周章？」發言被網友截圖並砲轟不當。
 
正妹PO文寫著：「臨檢臨檢繼續臨檢。無意義的查證件對身分，浪費社會成本又不能阻止未滿偷進。」文末寫說：「不過丟了一個刑警何必這麼大費周章？你可知道在黑社會此案不過小事一樁！」有網友認為正妹發言不當，將其截圖PO網批評，網友轉分享熱議。
 
但吳姓正妹今天下午3時許，在臉書PO文反擊。她否認覺得「警察死了沒什麼」，強調「我那篇的本意就只是很單純想說耗費社會成本這件事」，並罵說：「自己是蛆別認為全世界就是一個化糞池。」她的友人回文護航說：「小弟有幸和龍龍（吳女）接觸過幾次， 她是一個善良、上進、講義氣的人， 我很意外的是她不抽菸也不喝酒，只是個性講話比較直白，關於夜店臨檢的事情，她的重點應是浪費警力做秀，沒有人喜歡被污衊和漫罵的。」也有人提醒她：「在網路世界發言前要三思！」（突發中心／台北報導）

好駭人的一張嘴！網站izismile.com所介紹這張嘴的主人，長得可不是什麼凶神惡煞，但就體型來說也很驚人......原來是世界上最大隻的海龜－棱皮龜！平均約1噸重的牠們，以水母為主食，每日要吃進跟自己體重差不多重的水母，而一路從口腔蔓延到胃的可怕尖刺，就是要確保能好好消化這一大堆水母，好吧！牠們不張嘴的時後還挺可愛的，但看過牠們的嘴後真的不會想伸手摸牠頭啦！（王劭瑜／綜合報導）

華航搞飛機 飛彈頭赴美意外曝光

空軍嘉義455聯隊日前交付28枚AIM-120先進中程空對空飛彈導引組電子元件，準備經華航客機運送飛美，交付美軍檢整，但華航在報關艙單中卻漏列空軍已出具的「無安全顧慮切結書」，遭關務署與航警局攔截，國軍鮮為人知的「戰略性高科技物資運輸」業務，因此曝光。

國防部上午表示，這批飛彈導引組電子元件9月19日就由空軍備妥「無安全顧慮切結書」併同交運文件，送中華航空承運，9月23日就由關務署高雄關完成通關審查作業，轉送至桃園國際機場，但因航空公司未將切結書一併檢附，遭航警局安檢留置，經空軍補件後，已於今日由航警局完成審查，同意放行，將以貨機回運美國原廠。

國防部說，此案軍方作業程序完備且符合規定，因航空公司文件不全，已要求航運商加強交運文件審查工作。

依國防採購室「戰略性高科技物資運輸」方式，武器裝備若體積大的總成設備或爆裂物，須由軍方指定稱為「國安輪」的輪船運送，國防部104年預算案特別編列1727餘萬元的「國安專案偏航費」，補貼貨輪偏離一般正常商用航道，將貨品運送到美軍指定的港口。

而體積小、沒有化學與火藥成分的非爆裂物零組件，可由美軍認證的民航業者空運，華航就是美軍認的業者之一。

據指出，飛彈的導引段是美軍軍用科技的核心項目，屬重要戰略物資，美軍不讓盟邦在各國自行拆解，不管是定期抽檢、檢修或更換，一律須送回美國本土，我國美製飛彈包括愛國者飛彈導引段等裝備，都經指定的民航航班空運返美處理；此次作業疏失造成運送方式曝光，美方關切難免。

軍方表示，這類導引段等高科技戰略物資的運送並非首次，因空軍嘉義455聯隊位處南部，交付華航的導引段就近送往華航小港機場倉儲，向高雄關完成申報，但華航在小港沒有班機飛美，才轉送桃園機場，原準備交由CI006班機運送飛美。

這28件導引段登機前，海關人員從X光機窺見「彈頭」特殊造型，調閱文件時又發現不齊，因此加以攔截。對桃園關與航警在未確認前就大張旗鼓對外披露，軍方表達不滿。

不借黃國昌場地 僑委會：被威脅才駁回

中研院法律所副研究員黃國昌8月赴美演講，卻借不到華府僑教中心場地。民進黨立委蔡煌瑯今在立院外交與國防委員會質詢時痛批，僑委會把僑界一分為二，國民黨海外黨部可以在僑教中心舉辦活動痛批民進黨，現卻容不下黃國昌進行學運報告，難道「國民黨可以放火，學運卻不能點燈？」　

僑委會委員長陳士魁則答覆，任何僑團只要舉辦活動不違反國策、不影響團結，都能夠出借場地，僑社團結和諧是最大考慮，所以台南市長賴清德日前就在僑教中心演講。

陳士魁並透露還說，原本傾向批准黃國昌借場地演講，但還在溝通過程中，申請團體就對外宣布活動舉行，甚至恐嚇若不允許，就要訴諸媒體，但「政府機關不能接受這樣要脅」，所以駁回申請。　

至於蔡煌瑯要求，僑教中心必須設定一致性租借規定，不是限制不能做為政治使用，或者是全面開放。陳士魁並則表示，相關租借要點正在檢討中，預計下會期出爐。
