疑似在金鐘龍和道被警員毆打的公民黨成員兼社工曾健超成員曾健超，晚上約十時，錄完口供，離開北角警署後接受採訪，他讀出書面聲明，指清晨被警員制服，在無反抗能力下，受到多名警員暴力襲擊，他諮詢法律意見後，將向警方及涉事警員採取法律行動，由於事件可能進入司法程序，他不作評論及回應。

香港當局今天宣布，全面禁止台灣生產的食用油進口及在港出售。香港食物環境衛生署食物安全中心宣布，在評估台灣調查劣質食用油事件的最新進展後，決定即時採取上述措施。

食安中心表示，根據上述決定，港府除上周已公布禁止台灣的動物源性食油進口外，今天再把植物源性食油加入限制之列。

新華社引述香港食安中心指，，持有受影響產品的商戶，應立即停用和停售，以確保可能有問題的食用油不再進入香港的食物鏈，保障市民的公共衛生。

該中心發言人指，最新發現，台灣業界未能滿足當局的報關要求，將進口牛油、椰子油及棕櫚核仁油，以工業用途報關，亦未辦理食品輸入查驗登記，台灣當局已命令業界關閉問題油品生產線，並將有關產品封存及下架等候調查。香港食安中心經風險評估後，決定禁止。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）

無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲今晚出席競選歌曲專輯《台北調》簽唱會，媒體詢問他如果是閣揆江宜樺，是否會下台，柯表示突然被問到這題目，要想很久，但應思考下台後食安問題會解決嗎？他不喜歡動不動就叫人下台，但問題沒有解決，所以他不曉得怎麼回答這個問題。柯昨也演唱競選歌曲《白色的力量》，以及張宇的《用心良苦》。

媒體詢問南僑副董擔任連勝文市政顧問，柯文哲表示，對此沒有意見，因為「不見得他去當連的顧問，才變成他家公司有問題，也不是他家公司有問題，他才去當連的市政顧問」，這兩者是獨立事件。

柯也說南僑出包後，他也開始思考自己到底要吃什麼，他說癌症佔台灣全部死亡人口的百分之二十八，台灣癌症跟吃的東西可能也有關係，這積弊已深。柯也重申自己的食安政見，包括市長親自領軍督導食安委員會、建立台北市食安檢驗標章、建立台北市食安檢驗中心。（張博亭／台北報導）

衛福部食藥署代理署長姜郁美今在立法院衛環委員會表示，桃園縣政府及台北市政府已經收到來自南僑化工的補件，包括牛油證明文件是由澳洲駐台北辦事處開立，椰子油及棕櫚油則由菲律賓農業部開立的25張證明，已經請求外館與國貿局協助求證真偽。澳洲駐台辦事處晚間回覆《蘋果》電子郵件詢問時表示，已經通知桃園縣政府，根據澳洲農業當局調查顯示，這批貨品出口時有達到未精煉可食用牛油標準，符合台灣衛福部今年初頒布的規定。

澳洲駐台辦事處表示，若出口時有達到此一標準，澳洲當局就會給予該項產品合格證明。菲律賓駐台辦事處因已經是下班時間，目前無法得知相關文件真偽資訊。

《蘋果》稍早詢問我駐澳洲代表處代表張小月，張表示，接到食藥署的請求時，澳洲官方政府已經下班，她知道澳洲駐台辦事處有開示證明文件，但為求慎重，還是要等澳洲政府機構上班時，才能進一步查證；我駐菲律賓代表處則表示，相關訊息還在查證中。（陳培煌／台北報導）

The Australian Office this morning responded to an enquiry from the Taoyuan County government concerning particular shipments of beef tallow imported to Taiwan. 

We informed the Taoyuan authorities that investigation by the Australian Department of Agriculture shows that the products exported meet the requirements of the certificate for unrefined edible tallow (Declaration and Certificate for Shipments of Tallow for Further Processing) agreed with TFDA earlier this year.  If it had been a requirement at the time of export, the department would have certified this product using the certificate for unrefined edible tallow.

日前1名鍾姓網友將貨車排氣管裝上三角錐，學跑車的引擎聲浪，還拍下影片PO網，未料近日卻遭警方開紅單，最少得繳交900元罰金。

鍾姓網友將紅單照片PO網，紅單上頭寫的違規事實是「排氣管擅自變更原有規格」，鍾姓網友自嘲「原有規格？！這是更新後iOS 8.0.2的厚。」日前他將貨車排氣管裝上三角錐，拍下加速發出像跑車飆速的引擎聲影片PO上網，最後被警方找上門，依照違反《道路交通管理處罰條例》，開罰單。

有網友看到紅單照片替鍾姓網友覺得不值，覺得是不是「眼紅人家發財1秒變超跑」，也有人建議他「李組長皺著眉頭說，搞笑要把牌遮起來…」，才不會因此吃上罰單。（任羿馨／綜合報導）
