YouTube Capture ：用手機就可創作影音、剪輯、配樂

Cf4e4718e1dc253c5e8ee60edf37e42f Youtbe 針對行動裝置推出了新的工具，「影片記錄 App：YouTube Capture 」可以讓你直接在手機上編輯錄好的影片，直接配上配樂，而「創作者工作室 App 」則可以管理你的影片，知道有多少人瀏覽過你的影片，只要有手機就可以化身為影音創作人。

在 Google 新視界論壇中介紹了 YouTube 的行動影音編輯平台 YouTube Capture 及 YouTube Creator Studio，並且分享了製作好的影片需要注意的四個細節。

  1. 光線：光源不要直接正對鏡頭。
  2. 聲音：收音要盡量清楚，盡量避免在吵雜的環境下錄影。
  3. 穩定度：善用工具，如：腳架、自拍棒，可以讓畫面呈現更好。
  4. 角度：若將畫面切為九宮格，人物最佳的構圖位置是右三格或是左邊三格。

YouTube Capture 影片記錄

開啟 YouTube Capture 後就可以錄製影片，接著進行後製包含剪輯、配樂，接著直接上傳到 YouTube 上。整個過程十分簡單迅速，而且音樂的選擇非常多，除了可以選擇手機內存有的音樂，也可以選擇YouTube提供的音樂，不會有侵犯智慧財產權的問題。

▲ 一開始進入 App 你可以選擇要不要登入

▲ 選擇讓 YouTube Capture 讀取你的照片，編輯影片時就可以採用之前錄過的影片

▲ 第一次錄影會有教學，按住紅色按鈕即可開始錄影

▲ 完成錄影進入下一頁，利用拖曳方式剪輯，也可繼續錄影新增在原有影片後

▲ 配樂可以選擇手機中的配樂或YouTube提供的配樂

▲ YouTube配樂有許多種，選好後按「完成」

▲ 調整配樂的音量

▲ 接著就可以上傳到YouTube上

YouTube Creator Studio 創作者工作室

上傳影片後，最重要的莫過於吸引觀眾，如果想要知道自己的影片有多少人觀看，可以利用 YouTube 推出的另一個 App：YouTube Creator Studio 創作者工作室，就像是 YouTube 版的 Google Analytics 幫你分析影片流量。

YouTube Creator Studio 主要有幾項功能：

  1. 數據分析：看到影片觀看次數、觀看時間，及訂閱人數。
  2. 推播通知：告訴你最新的資訊，有誰留言。
  3. 留言：自動過濾重要留言，即時回覆粉絲訊息。

▲ 另外一邊則是各個選單，影片記錄可以連到「YouTube Capture」

其實這兩款App 推出都已經有些時日了，但是可能還不是有很多人在使用，小編覺得如果不會用到太複雜的影片編輯功能，單純的想管理影片，可以下載來試試。

（中央社墨西哥市9日綜合外電報導）墨西哥總統潘尼亞尼托（Enrique Pena Nieto）無視國內暴力示威，今天展開中國大陸與澳洲的6天訪問行程。與貪腐警察勾結的黑幫疑似屠殺43名大學生，引發墨國全國激憤。

憤怒民眾昨晚試圖闖入墨西哥市的國家宮（National Palace），南部格瑞羅州（Guerrero）群眾則燒好幾輛卡車洩憤。受害大學生9月在格瑞羅州失蹤。

墨西哥當局日前表示，格瑞羅州黑幫「勇士國」（Guerreros Unidos）幫派分子坦承從警方手上接過學生，殺人焚屍後把遺骸丟到格瑞羅州的河流中。

這項說法隔天引發數千民眾在首都遊行，民眾高呼「潘尼亞尼托下台」與「人民不需要你」等口號，各地民怨高漲，為潘尼亞尼托上任以來最大危機。

儘管國內動盪，潘尼亞尼托仍在今天前往中國大陸參加亞太經濟合作會議（APEC）高峰會，之後展開2天國是訪問，試圖拉近與大陸關係。

潘尼亞尼托隨後將赴澳洲布里斯本（Brisbane）出席20國集團（G20）峰會，15日回到墨西哥。

根據路透社，潘尼亞尼托的訪陸行程激化示威，觸怒遇害學生家屬，民眾認為他在乎墨西哥的商業利益更勝過處理殘害墨國多年的幫派暴力。

潘尼亞尼托在美國阿拉斯加州轉機時為此行辯護，他告訴記者，對他而言，若錯過這些對墨西哥來說很重要的峰會，「很不負責任」。

潘尼亞尼托說：「有人試圖利用這場悲劇來合理化暴力，這讓人無法接受。」「你不能在行使暴力的同時還一邊要求正義。」

國際特赦組織（Amnesty International）抨擊潘尼亞尼托行程照舊的決定，稱「這顯示政府沒有興趣處理墨西哥國內嚴重的人權問題」。（譯者：中央社陳怡君）1031110

（中央社馬納瓜9日綜合報導）據尼加拉瓜中小微觀光事業商會 (CANTUR)估計，今年耶誕和新年假期，尼國可望吸引海內外觀光客潮，總收入將超過5000萬美元。

CANTUR會長托瑞斯（Leonardo Torres）在接受本地電視台訪問時表示，商會預估，在年終旅遊旺季，將有約15萬國內外的旅客，訪問尼加拉瓜各景點，並為尼國帶來超過5000萬美元的總收入。.

他說，尼加拉瓜已在全國各地準備好900家旅店、總共1萬2000間客房及20000個床位，來接待年終假期的旅客。

托瑞斯強調，由於旅遊業者間競爭激烈，他們預測來訪的旅客將可享受到價廉服務好的住宿、餐飲和旅遊行程。

商會也已與尼加拉瓜觀光局協調，準備推展約300項旅遊觀光活動，吸引旅客在耶誕和新年假期期間來訪。 1031110

面對生活雜貨與餐飲品牌競爭激烈，有日系品牌將微風復興店的分店改裝成全台第3家、也是面積最大的二代店。不僅風格採金屬鐵件+木質的挑高「Cool Nature」外，座位從48席增加到62席，生活雜貨商品品項更增加5成，其中baby與時尚服飾配件類增加最多，還獨家引進日本插畫家樋口裕子的系列商品，希望在年底節慶期間讓來客數成長。

生活雜貨與餐飲業者，為了在年底節慶與聚餐旺季搶客紛紛推陳出新。純日系生活雜貨與餐飲品牌Afternoon Tea積極拓展新形態二代店，繼去年忠孝Sogo、今年新光三越南西店分店改裝後，微風復興門市也盛大改裝成為全台第3家、同時也是面積最大的二代店。

Afternoon Tea生活雜貨事業Team經理林嘉慧表示，二代店將原本生活雜貨區域變得更開闊、明亮，座位從48席增加到62席，裝潢上以金屬鐵件+木質的「Cool Nature」為主，挑高的天花板與部分透明隔板，讓消費者用餐之餘也能360度無死角看見商品，進而帶動生活雜貨銷售佔比。

目前業者餐飲與生活雜貨營收佔比約7比3，但由於微風客層消費客單價都較其他分店高、對流行時尚商品接受度也不錯，因此改裝層板多了1倍，品項也增加50%，其中以Baby與時尚衣服配件增加最多，同時也引進一張要價3980元的造型木凳，以及近萬元的時尚千鳥格紋椅。

另外，業者也引進日本新銳插畫家樋口裕子的系列商品。樋口裕子曾與資生堂、Uniqlo等日系品牌合作，畫風以人像或動物的古靈精怪神情為主，有點華麗細緻、也有點超現實的夢幻。而為慶祝開幕，自即日起至14日每天早上都會發送日式歐風鬆餅100元優惠券，每日限量108份。其他還有優惠折扣、滿額贈、打卡禮等慶祝活動。
