​火雞大胃王 4.24公斤破紀錄

每年感恩節前夕，美國都會舉辦應景的火雞大胃王比賽，參賽者要在10分鐘內挑戰一整隻火雞，一名來自加州的31歲大胃王，把火雞啃到差不多只剩骨頭，總計吞下4.24公斤的肉，比之前的冠軍紀錄多吃了將近80%，一舉刷新世界紀錄，贏得15萬台幣的冠軍獎金。

用力扒雞胸肉，大口吞一整隻大火雞，短短10分鐘，比誰吃最多。人人猛灌開水，幫助下嚥，感恩節前夕，康乃狄克州火雞大胃王比賽，今年打破世界紀錄。大會主持人：「世界冠軍出爐，他吃掉了9.35磅(約4.24公斤)火雞肉。」

外號大白鯊的大胃王常勝軍，31歲男子切斯納10分鐘吃掉4.24公斤，比2011年2.38公斤冠軍紀錄，又多吃了將近80%的量。火雞大胃王冠軍切斯納：「我按照計畫，先從尾部的肉開始吃，再來雞胸肉，就是一直配水喝努力吞。」

主辦單位：「我們看到他寫下世界紀錄，而且遠遠甩開了原有紀錄，我這輩子從沒看過這種情形。」

一隻成年火雞可以重達9到10公斤，肉質比一般雞肉還粗，這種大胃王吃法，令人嘆為觀止，最能吃火雞的男人切斯納，也抱走5000美元，大約15萬台幣冠軍獎金。

（中央社記者鄭傑憶羅馬特稿）義大利人熱愛美食，即使上了太空也不屈就於營養丸或是牙膏狀食物。大廚依義大利太空人的喜好，準備了義式餐點，將在太空站度過6個月的克利斯托佛瑞提，還帶了咖啡機。

克利斯托佛瑞提（Samantha Cristoforetti）是義大利的首位女太空人，一接到前往國際太空站（ISS）的任務便表示，「上太空也要吃得好」。

現在的太空人不用老是從牙膏管般的器皿擠出食物，或吞營養丸度日，美國國家航空暨太空總署（NASA）提供了超過200道菜色的菜單。

歐洲太空總署（ESA）則委託位在義大利杜林（Torino）的亞果科技（Argotec），針對歐洲太空人的喜好，由大廚量身打造菜餚，太空人可以在星期天或特殊的日子享用。

義大利太空人帕米塔諾（Luca Parmitano） 在2013年出任務前，指定米其林2星大廚史卡畢亞（Davide Scabia）準備餐點，菜單上包括千層麵、千層茄子派和燉飯。

帕米塔諾說，「在外太空時，我邀請夥伴們來共享義式晚餐，結果大夥一下子就把我6個月的存糧都吃完了。」

美中不足的是，帕米塔諾不能享用咖啡。聽聞這項需求後，亞果科技和咖啡商Lavazza開始研發太空專用的咖啡機Isspresso。如今，克利斯托佛瑞提帶上這部機器，在太空站裡也可以來杯咖啡提神。

負責研發Isspresso的工程師狄塔納（Valerio Di tana）解釋，「機械從容器中取水後加熱，唯有溫度和壓力達到一定標準，才會開始煮咖啡」，咖啡將會流入裝有吸管的特製袋子裡。

可惜的是，太空人不能享用卡布奇諾，因為細緻的泡沫不會浮在咖啡上。

亞果科技專屬太空飲食實驗室的大廚波拉托（Stefano Polato）在義大利尋找合適的水果和被慢食列入保育植物的豆類入菜，也從南美玻利維亞（Bolivia）找來藜麥，讓克利斯托佛瑞提可以均衡飲食。

太空飲食實驗室的一角就像是廚房，但幫太空人準備食物並不容易，波拉托說，「要色、香、味俱全，符合太空人的口味，還要顧及保存和安全標準，減少重量，畢竟運輸到太空成本很高」。

克里斯托佛瑞提很喜歡藜麥，其他的就需要不斷在鍋子裡實驗。一旦找到合適菜色，要經過高恆溫和乾凍法處理，讓食物可以保存18到24個月，一切都要符合規範。也得注意安全，像是不能有餅乾屑，因為一旦掉落恐會影響機械運作。1031124
