黃安今在微博再度怒譙台媒，說一條兒子出車禍的新聞，因台媒直接定調是兒子的錯，弄得他狼狽不堪，形象大傷，他變成溺愛護短的老混蛋，循規蹈矩的兒子成了活該撞死的混蛋，他嘆從此無真相可言，只能清者自清，不過有網友回應，他自己也還沒弄清楚真相，就自己定調是貨車司機違規。

是心酸也是少見；３０日晚間家住太平區1名48歲吳姓女子，因經濟因素閒賦在家，又與家人發生口角爭執，就帶著飼養9年多的小貓咪及預先購買的火爐、木炭，開車往頭汴山區欲輕生。女子死意甚堅，在山區道路一邊開車一邊緊密車窗燒炭，待意識不清擦撞山壁，太平警方獲報後前往，破窗驚險救回女子及小貓咪生命。

太平警分局頭汴派出所警員蔡宗興日前晚上9點多接獲民眾報案稱「136縣道有自小客車擦撞山壁，請求協助。」員警立即前往發現紅色自小客車左側車輪陷入山壁水溝內，車內煙霧瀰漫，近看時發現一名女子昏厥，已意識不清，還有一隻小貓咪在籠子內厭厭一息，員警破窗熄火並打開車門讓空氣流通，驚見車內後座放置火爐、木炭、打火機等物品，將其移置後，通知救護人員送至國軍總醫院救護。

吳姓女子家屬到醫院後表示，女子因長期失業，經濟狀況不佳，又和家人發生爭吵失和，今天向家人表示輕生念頭後，隨即開車出門，還稱要帶小貓咪一起走，籠子內放有新臺幣1000元，希望能給小貓咪火化用，著急的家人心急如焚，好在警方及時發現並搶救，挽回寶貴性命。

因為現今社會壓力大，生活習慣與變化狀況變遷大，家人應適時鼓勵並加以關心注意。警方仍持續呼籲民眾，一定要珍惜生命，千萬不要貿然尋短，自殺不是解決問題的辦法，以免造成家人、親友永遠的傷痛。

無黨籍台北市長當選人柯文哲今天宣布延攬中國醫藥大學附設醫院副院長黃世傑擔任衛生局長。黃世傑曾任台大醫院副院長，今天他在台中市北區中國附醫受訪時說，在台大醫院時曾跟柯文哲共事，柯文哲在選前多次徵詢他的意願，最後一次徵詢在11月15日晚間確認敲定。

黃世傑說，醫師可以看到問題、診斷，並解決問題，而且更有效率，他開會一小時內解決，做事目標明確，用鼓勵方式列管、跟催，跟他做事的人剛開始會有壓力，但因為目標明確，上手後勝任愉快，柯文哲邀他接任衛生局長願景是讓民眾更安全、更健康、快樂。在食安部分，找出危害市民安全、健康的問題，並一一解決與改善，另外也透過北北基桃園等區域整合，解決台北市醫學中心急診室病床一位難求問題。

今天內閣總辭，交通部長葉匡時表示，即便繼任閣揆慰留，他也不打算留任。葉匡時解釋，交通部目前最重要兩件事，一是高鐵財務重整，二是桃園航空城計畫，但高鐵財務改善方案目前卡在立法院，難以啟動；桃園航空城則因新任桃園市長鄭文燦宣布將重新檢視航空城計畫，短期內很難具體推動下一步工作，與其這樣不如離去。

葉匡時說，因仍在中山大學借調期間，辭職後，將會返回學校教書。他很高興6年來有機會為民服務，出任公職從無遺憾，政務官本來隨時就有可能會下台，時候到了，該離開就離開。

但任內無法完成高鐵財務改革，是葉匡時心頭上的遺憾。他說，許多事情無法盡如人意，原本懷抱極大使命感執行財務改革，但財改方案至今卡在立法院，高鐵面臨持有400億元特別股的股東訴訟，預估明年3月宣判，屆時高鐵無力償還，注定破產，即便採取技術性拖延，「也只是時間上的問題。」

葉匡時說，已錯失挽救高鐵的時間點了，高鐵將會由政府接管，變成國營事業。

葉匡時自2008年起自中山大學企管系借調，出任行政院研究發展考核委員會副主委、交通部政務次長，並擔任交通部長至今。他說，看守期間，例行性事務及既定政策會持續推動，做一天和尚撞一天鐘，會做到最後一刻。
