脊髓性肌肉萎縮症陳俊翰獲美國哈佛大學法學碩士返台，今天參加新竹高中92年校慶，給學弟妹勉勵說，竹中人什麼都不怕，什麼事都能做，像學長柯P，都當上了台北市長；他也提醒學子，不要只讀書，還要會玩。

陳俊翰今年已取得美國哈佛法學碩士及紐約律師，他還想到美國讀法學博士。

他說，台灣對身心障礙者仍不友善，相關法令窒礙難行；以哈佛為例，入學前，學校就安排好一切，請學生先行了解；律師考試可以口述代筆，別人考兩天他可以考三天，對身心障礙者相當友善。

他說，返台後在一次聚會，與一病友相遇，聽聞大考中心對身心障礙者考試，竟然規定只能口述，相當不合理，而且，每個人症狀不一樣，各項考試各科多半僅延長20分，真是「為德不卒」。

陳俊翰期望藉著他的案例，讓台灣公私部們，對身心障礙者要更友善，更尊重人權。

優人神鼓音樂總監黃誌群繼2012年首度舉辦「靜觀娑婆」印度攝影展，再度集結至印尼婆羅浮屠旅行中的動人影像，以「靜觀浮圖」為主題於永安藝文館表演36房展出。令人驚訝的是，這些照片都是用手機拍的。

位於印尼的婆羅浮屠不僅是聯合國教科文組織認定的世界遺產，也是佛教世界極重要文化遺跡，共有2500多幅浮雕故事，描述釋迦牟尼佛於人間修道成果，以及華嚴經中經典故事。黃誌群今年在演出、工作的空檔，與家人走訪被譽為古代東方四大奇蹟之一的婆羅浮屠，為之深受感動。

本次攝影展的作品除了精彩的浮雕、晨曦中的佛塔，還有許多人物影像，彷彿圖像故事般訴說當地的生活文化，民眾可透過這些隨意捕捉在婆羅浮屠的見聞，感受黃誌群獨特的眼光。展場中還特別設置了靜坐區，可以坐下來體會心靈的放鬆與寧靜。

黃誌群旅行攝影展即日起到12月31日於永安藝文館-表演36房2樓展出，周一休館。

苗栗縣育達科技大學歡慶15周年校慶，今天與日本名古屋產業大學、台北育達高職及桃園育達高中簽訂「三三三教育合作協議」，提供學生接觸多元學習環境，培養國際視野和強化語言能力。

校慶活動包括教學卓越計畫成果展、寰宇美食祭、育達青年選拔、校園藝人選拔、校慶晚會、運動嘉年華會及慶祝大會等一系列慶祝活動。

校長陳建勝指出，育達科技大學聯合台北育達高職、桃園育達高中及日本名古屋產業大學，攜手推動教育合作計畫，讓學生讀三年高中職後，直升育達科大，在育達科大讀三年後，再保送至日本名古屋產業大學，只要在名古屋產業大學讀三年，畢業後就可同時擁有學、碩士雙學位，從高中、大學到碩士一氣呵成。

陳建勝說，育達科大改名後，除了貼近社會發展，也努力爭取教育資源，每年篩選出前10%優秀學生到海外交流研習，未來將持續以應用服務為導向，讓育達科大成為一所實務教學型大學，培育能在社會上全方位發展的學生。
