臺中市府環保局最近多次接獲民眾陳情指出，神岡區三民南路302巷福德祠旁溝渠發現紅色、藍色、綠色、紫色等七彩顏色污水污染河川事件，經環保局派員追查，終於查獲位於溝渠上游中山路一家從事紙器印刷作業工廠，將廠內印刷機產生之水性油墨染料污水，經管線排放到廠旁溝渠內，造成污染，環保局要求業者立即停止排棄行為及封除管線外，並採集水樣化驗，後續將依水質檢測結果及違規情節，最高裁處新臺幣30萬元罰鍰。

日前坊間盛傳，民眾攝取過多鈣片反傷身，易引發心肌梗塞等心血管疾病，造成民眾對鈣質攝取產生疑慮。對此，澳洲知名內分泌免疫教授Richard Prince駁斥這項傳聞，並於近期舉辦的國際骨質疏鬆症基金會（IOF）研討會上，發表針對鈣片與停經後婦女心血管疾病相關性所做的18份研究整合分析。內容指出，鈣質與停經後婦女心血管疾病風險無關，他更進一步補充，每日攝取鈣質大於1,000毫克及400國際單位（IU）維生素D，比平日沒有習慣攝取的人，罹患心血管疾病危險性可能更低。提醒民眾莫因錯誤迷思，而忽略平日補充鈣質的重要性。

過去有些研究指出過度補充鈣質可能提高心肌梗塞的機率。Richard Prince解釋，這些研究中有3項疑慮；第一是統計數據、第二是針對心絞痛的病因歸納及解讀不夠完整、第三則是結論不夠明確。事實上，根據Prince研究團隊10多年來收集各國報告進行綜合分析，結果皆顯示鈣片攝取不會增加年長婦女心血管疾病風險；此外，有關攝取鈣片與心血管鈣化有關的謬誤傳聞，中華民國骨鬆醫學會理事長陳芳萍醫師解釋可能與患者本身高血壓、糖尿病等病史有關，血管發炎進而產生血管鈣化現象，呼籲民眾不要過度恐慌！

然而，仍有部分民眾擔心鈣補太多可能造成疾病風險？Richard Prince說：「應先擔心鈣質攝取不足。」他強調，若鈣太少或太多都會影響身體正常控制的能力，導致血中鈣濃度發生變化。當血液中鈣濃度過低時，骨骼內的鈣會被提取到血液中，以維持血液中的鈣濃度；若此情況持續發生，骨骼容易變得疏鬆、脆弱甚至引發折斷危機。陳芳萍醫師也強調，近年來觀察發現，國人骨折率仍居高不下，不僅高達9成國人為欠鈣族，男性骨折率甚至高居亞洲之冠，顯示國人的骨質問題已成未來重大健康隱憂。

根據調查顯示，國人平均每日鈣質攝取量，男性為612毫克，女性563毫克，都不及衛生福利部每日建議的攝取量1,000毫克，若鈣質攝取不足，恐增加罹患骨質疏鬆症風險。陳芳萍醫師表示，尤其是停經後婦女、外食族及高齡長者，更是罹患骨質疏鬆症的高危險族群！她解釋，婦女停經後因雌激素的缺乏，使得骨骼中的蝕骨細胞，沒有受到抑制，骨質會加速流失，最後造成骨質疏鬆症，建議婦女補充足夠鈣質及維生素D，才是保健骨骼根本之道。

陳芳萍醫師建議，要瞭解自己的骨質狀況，每年可固定做一次骨質密度檢查；飲食的部分，成人一天需攝取的鈣質約1000毫克及400國際單位（IU）的維生素D；鈣質的攝取以天然食物為主，但是現代人大多外食無法完整攝取足夠鈣質。建議以鈣片的方式補充，一天攝取量以600毫克鈣質加上400IU維生素D為基準，彌補飲食中鈣質以及維生素D的不足，才能避免骨質疏鬆找上門。

Dwyane Wade第2節中段想在低位單打，結果被補防的Miles Plumlee賞了1記超級麻辣鍋，球還掉在他的臉上，他全場貢獻16分6籃板5助攻。

根據賽後報導指出，Dwyane Wade今天飽受頭痛所苦，Chris Bosh說：「這是我下半場打得特別積極的原因，把球投進籃框，在進攻端幫助球隊。」
