又傳出武裝組織「伊斯蘭國」的惡行，近日有150名婦女慘死「伊斯蘭國」槍下，原因是她們拒當性奴。

據英國《每日郵報》報導，伊拉克人權部指出，「伊斯蘭國」旗下的戰士利比(Abu Anas Al-Libi)槍殺至少150名女子和女孩，原因是她們拒絕成為聖戰分子的性奴，有些人遇害時已懷有身孕，相信絕大部分死者是雅茲迪族人。

據悉「伊斯蘭國」俘虜的雅茲迪女性約有2500人，但大多數的女性都被迫淪為「伊斯蘭國」性奴，但「伊斯蘭國」堅稱讓她們懷孕是為了「洗血統」。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）

英國一名45歲淫師瓊斯(Ian Jones)把學校當性奴園，不僅在校園裡「物色」性奴，性侵2名女學生，還對另一名女學生摸乳，並形容是「安全氣囊奶」。該案在法院進行審理。

據英國《每日郵報》報導，瓊斯在一所專科學院裡教授汽車維修，他的受害者年齡介在16~21歲之間。其中一名受害少女出庭指證，稱瓊斯常趁機對女學生上下其手，「他靠近我摸我的牛仔褲，然後手伸到我的褲襠，接著他說：『我在找性奴啊！』」，然後瓊斯就對女學生摸乳。少女說，瓊斯一度形容他的胸部是「安全氣囊奶」。

據悉另外還有2名女學生與瓊斯發生性關係，而瓊斯在庭上承認5項性犯罪罪名，下月將進行宣判。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）

黑心食品壟罩全台，現在竟然爆出連彩券都有黑心貨！

今日出版的《時報周刊》報導，台彩刮刮樂今年銷售目標上看700億元，但卻有不少彩迷抱怨怎麼中獎率變低了，原來竟然是有「黑心彩券」流竄市面，不肖商人，將未中獎的彩券回收、上膜、上色，重製之後再上市謀取暴利，專家說，這些黑心彩券一般人用肉眼根本難以分辨，專家建議民眾可以摸看看刮彩區是否平整，若有凸起感可能就是黑心彩券。

彩券業者爆料，早在半年前就有偽造彩券的消息，根本沒花心思處理彩券安全性，反而繼續製造刮刮樂市場的榮景，等於是欺騙消費者和經銷商，讓懷抱中獎夢的民眾當了冤大頭。（張鈜閔／綜合報導）

美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）調整會後聲明措辭為明年中升息暖身，強調「耐心」對待啟動升息一事，Fed主席葉倫（Janet Yellen）更暗示至少明年4月前不會調升利率，加上油價止跌反彈，雙重利多激勵美股道瓊工業指數繼周三大漲288點，周四繼續開高走高，收盤暴漲421點，創3年來單日最大漲幅。
 
道瓊工業指數周四收盤漲幅高達2.4%，2日累計暴漲超過700點，S&P 500指數周四漲幅將近2.4%，為近2年來最大，納斯達克指數漲幅也有2.2%。歐股3大指數漲勢同樣驚人，法國股市收盤漲逾3%、德國大漲2.8%、英國也有逾2%漲幅。
 
Ashburton Investments基金經理人奧瑞奇布雷克（Jonathan Aldrich-Blake）表示，S&P 500指數沒有理由不能繼續上漲，美國經濟是全世界最安全之一，Fed釋放出的鴿派訊息讓投資人得到更多信心。

此外，美國勞工部公布，上周初領失業救濟金人數較前周減少5000人至28.9萬人，少於預期的29.5萬人，創6周新低，顯示美國就業情況持續好轉。（陳冠穎／綜合外電報導）
