VISA金融卡破1300萬張 近一年消費金額達577億元

台灣最大發卡機構Visa今天宣布，自2000年7月首度發行以來，Visa金融卡在台灣的發卡量已超過1300萬張 。

且目前在台灣共有19家金融機構發行Visa金融卡。

從2013年10月至2014年9月的過去一年，Visa金融卡的商店刷卡金額達到新台幣577億元 。

Visa台灣區總經理麻少華表示，Visa金融卡深受台灣消費者喜愛，尤其是年輕族群與剛進入職場的社會新鮮人。

為了致力於提供符合持卡人需求的優惠，因此推出了全新Visa金融卡好康go網站優惠內容，提供符合持卡人偏好與消費習慣的專屬禮遇，金融卡持卡人不僅享有專屬優惠，同時可以有效控管開銷。

現階段全台Vias信用卡共有2100萬張，而與銀行帳戶結合的Vias金融卡則為1300萬張，其中使用Visa金融卡的族群以年輕人較多，為19-39歲族群最廣泛使用。

麻少華解釋，消費者使用Visa金融卡的三大主要理由分別為，有多少刷多少，不用擔心負債比例達6成以上、另外有54%則是因為避免攜帶太多零錢、還有42%認為可節省到ATM提款時間及省下跨行提款手續費。

使用場合上，則是以餐廳，以及加油站最熱門。

此外，為了讓Visa金融卡使用者感到放心，自今年5月以來，Visa就攜手10大銀行，推出刷卡零風險計畫，指

澳洲8童命案 房屋恐遭拆除

（中央社雪梨22日綜合外電報導）澳洲政府官員今天說，為符合原住民文化，凱恩斯市發生8名小孩命案的房屋很可能遭拆除，準備未來建造紀念碑。凶嫌是其中7個孩子的母親，她被控謀殺，案件定明年1月審理。

位在熱帶北部凱恩斯市（Cairns）的這棟房屋的去留未定。法官拒絕將37歲女子泰戴（Raina MersaneIna Thaiday）被控謀殺案移轉至昆士蘭省精神法院審理。

昆士蘭省議員金恩（Gavin King）說，省政府因發生恐怖命案，為符合原住民文化信仰，同意拆除這棟房屋。

金恩在死去孩子過去曾玩耍的公園告訴媒體：「經密集諮詢後，我們將拆除在我身後的這棟房屋。」

他說，省府將繼續諮詢當地社區，決定建立的紀念碑形式。

泰戴昨天被控8項謀殺罪名，這些孩子年齡自2至14歲。4個是女孩、4個是男孩，其中7人是泰戴的親骨肉，第8個孩子是她的甥姪。

泰戴的律師麥法蘭（Steven Macfarlane）申請1月30日審訊在審理有精神問題嫌犯的法庭進行，但遭法院駁回。

這是程序問題，麥法蘭說，泰戴目前接受非自願治療命令，將會接受評估，「一旦她接受評估，到那階段便可能上精神法庭。」

麥法蘭說，泰戴還在試著接受事實。她因未危及生命的傷勢，仍在警方戒護下在凱恩斯醫院治療。1031222
