2014年十大惡人榜結果出爐，去年冠軍總統馬英九，今年「讓賢」給部屬，位居第2名，連「宅神」朱學恒也大感驚訝，甚至有人聽到第1名的名字，還不知是何許人。

朱學恒說，經聯署、海選、PK以及混合投票等層層關卡後，第2屆、2014年惡人榜的前8強名單出爐，原本「呼聲最高」的馬英九為第2名，第1名為財政部長張盛和，被稱為「華爾街之狼愛國西路版」。

朱學恆說，「今年的第1名很跌破人眼鏡啊！」第3名為中國國民黨，第4名是遠東集團大老闆徐旭東，其餘為苗栗前縣長劉政鴻、統一企業、行政院前院長江宜樺及愛國同心會。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）

新北市每年平均拆除1萬2千件違建，平均每個月拆除1千件，拆除違建量應為全台灣最大，市府每年編列3500萬元做為拆除違建經費，但面對平均一年仍有1500件的違建成長量，想要徹底剷除違建，還是一大難題。

因爆料馬英九總統收受頂新2億元政治獻金遭國民黨開除黨籍，媒體人周玉蔻上午在《年代電視》外受訪時說，感覺像被宰的人送上斷頭台前，不能講話，死刑犯也要經過判決、法院申訴吧，何況她死得不明不白。區黨部到黨中央沒有人給她打過電話，自己莫名其妙被殺、連吭都不能吭一聲，不是泱泱大黨的做法，因此打算申訴。

周玉蔻說，考紀會的懲處完全不符事實，由於未受邀，無法私闖國民黨中常會，她將隨時待命，針對開除黨籍案提出說明。

為何取消確認黨籍訴訟？周說，有黨內高層及中常委認為，開除她有程序瑕疵，他們幫忙打探，並經與律師討論，相信國民黨是正派政黨，「不會把人放到麻袋敲兩下、敲死，丟到大海溺死，而且總可以掙扎一下吧」。若她不叫喊，國民黨還是正派、改革特質的政黨嗎？

周玉蔻也提到，國民黨台北市長候選人連勝文選後撤回花花公子趴的訴訟，等於承認她說的是事實，自己何時攻訐過國民黨？選舉時對新北市長朱立倫、參選桃園市長的吳志揚多所肯定，呼籲選民投給國民黨好的候選人，有錄影帶檔案證明，也沒有給非國民黨人士站台、拉票，「只不過是媒體專業的黨員，犯了那一個天條？」

周反問，若不允許批評時政，這是甚麼國民黨？甚麼國家？地方黨部罔顧事實，她需要向中常會說明，否則會對國民黨聲譽造成重要影響。是否提告？她說，不認為國民黨或代主席吳敦義匯罔顧正義，對黨籍案充滿信心。（王家俊／台北報導）
