名嘴周玉蔻近日持續緊咬「頂新門神」案，遭質疑有瓜田李下之嫌的總統府前副秘書長羅智強，今下午4點正式與周在《華視新聞廣場》對決；面對周指控他多次與魏家見面，更收取一百萬向《壹週刊》放消息，羅智強以「道聽塗說沒有證據」八個字回應。他說，他不僅沒有必要放消息來傷害自身名譽，更強調這些致人名譽於死的指控，周玉蔻竟然一次都沒有來查證，完全沒有新聞道德。
 
節目一開始羅智強先開砲表明希望「正本清源」，他說「門神說」的一切源頭就是周玉蔻，到底質疑從何而來？周玉蔻則質疑羅，魏應行去總統府報告是誰安排是誰陪見？羅是否就是小門神的角色？ 她更指控羅智強曾收取《壹週刊》1百萬元的「情報傳遞費」，藉此刊登總統馬英九就是頂新門神的獨家報導，且這個消息「不只我一個人講、有很多人講」。
 
對於周玉蔻的指控，羅智強回批：「道聽塗說沒有證據。」他也說這樣的說法不僅沒有打電話跟他查證，在沒有證據的情況下，張三李四說就拿到電視上講，一講還語塞，根本沒有新聞道德，「今天節目公開說我收一百萬，我將交給司法去評斷」。（孔德廉／台北報導）

法國《查理周報》受到恐怖攻擊，各國以「我是查理」字樣捍衛言論自由，蘋果公司的法國網站也在9日更新，首頁下方多了「Je Suis Charlie」意即我是查理，展現支持的力量。

據科技網站《9TO5 Mac》報導，蘋果公司法國網站已更新首頁，下方添加黑色橫欄，上有「Je Suis Charlie」字樣，也就是「我是查理」之意，聲援《查理周報》，表達無懼恐怖攻擊之心。

蘋果公司愈來愈積極參與公共事務，3C網站《appappapps.com》觀察，從前蘋果公司較少對社會事務表態，自執行長Tim Cook上任後，開始支持人權、同性戀等行動，這是首次表露反恐意識。（馬婉珍／綜合報導）

東元集團今天下午舉行新品發表會，面對高鐵財改破局，原本預定出席的東元集團會長黃茂雄今天臨時缺席，僅由董事長劉兆凱與總經理邱純枝出席。劉兆凱會後表示，因為東元是投資者，沒有人希望高鐵破產，「我當然希望高鐵非常好」；不過目前都尚未有任何召開臨時董事會的通知，要待財改結論才能知道後續處理方式。
 
面對外界頻頻詢問高鐵財改破局看法，劉兆凱先指出，由於黃茂雄會長是高鐵的董事，他比較知道裡面的狀況。但就他所知，一個公司破不破產，須經過很多程序，包括內部召開董事會、還有外部的財務管理層面等；劉兆凱直指，因為我們是投資者，沒有人希望高鐵破產，「我當然希望高鐵非常好」。
 
而被媒體不斷追問跟「交通幫」的關係，劉兆凱被逼急了，最後甚至直問媒體說：「你是哪個單位？如果是你，你希不希望高鐵破產？」不過後來他也表示，雖財改政策未獲得立委支持，但目前仍無得知股東臨時會的訊息；仍要待財改結論才能知道後續的處理方式。據了解，東元集團從當年至今投資總金額共50億元、持股比例約7~8%。（黃馨儀／台北報導）

開發金（2883）公布2014年12月份自結稅後獲利8.81億元，累計2014年全年度稅後獲利達108.50億元，除了較2013年全年獲利成長三成，也是從2007年以來全年度稅後獲利再度回到百億水準，每股盈餘0.73元。

開發金副總暨發言人張立人表示，子公司開發工銀12月單月稅後獲利6.25億元，累計全年度稅後獲利84.79億元，每股盈餘約1.41元。上月獲利主要來自於直接投資相關收益，包含處分及分派收益，及銀行業務來自於債息及授信等淨利差收益貢獻。

證券業務，張立人說，因選後不確定因素排除及外資買盤回籠，台股收盤指數上漲1.3%，成交量能回升至千億水準，有利於經紀業務收益及投資操作表現，加上認列轉投資香港及泰國等貢獻，子公司凱基證券上月稅後獲利4.60億元，累計全年度稅後獲利31.96億元，每股盈餘約0.74元。

商銀部份單月獲利主要來自於利息淨收益及手續費收入，合計12月份稅後虧損0.61億元，累計全年度稅後獲利23.66億元，每股盈餘約1.55元。
