 【楊逸民／美國巴爾的摩報導】陳偉殷昨天投完復健賽後，今天繼續隨隊練球，總教練蕭華特(Buck Showalter)還沒決定殷仔接下來要繼續投復健賽，還是回到大聯盟出賽，可能要等到明天殷仔牛棚，看過狀況後再決定。
 
殷仔表示，教練團目前只跟他說，準備明天牛棚後，就隨隊移動至客場，殷仔說：「教練現在就說，如果下場回大聯盟，可能投4號，也有可能是5號或6號(台灣時間5~7日)，其實投哪場都好啦，準備上應該沒問題。」
 
因為殷仔若回大聯盟，球隊要從25人名單中拉1人出去，而且還得拉下1名先發投手，蕭華特表示，一切都在評估中，教練團要跟球團討論後才能做出決定。

【綜合報導】海拔3776公尺高的富士山，被聯合國教科文組織（UNESCO）列為世界文化遺產後，7月1日首度開放登山，預約登山人數，已經排滿到8月。

根據日本「讀賣新聞」報導，富士山提供休息的小屋「御來光館」從4月起就開始有人預約，8月中旬前都已預約滿額，位於吉田登山路線的小屋「太子館」，從7月12日到8月底也都已經預約滿額，往年都是7月還有登山客可預約，但今年6月中旬就被訂光了，員工表示富士山列為世遺後，登山客明顯增多，呼籲首次登山的客人，要做好防雨和防寒準備，查清登山路線，做好萬全的準備。想攻頂的話，從靜岡縣可由御殿場、須走這兩處入山口進入，從山梨縣則可從吉田入山。

【陳冠宇／台北報導】今天凌晨2時許，台北市復興北路往南方向，南京東路至朱崙街路段，因捷運施工導致地基掏空，造成路面有些微塌陷，使得該路段瓦斯管線崩裂，進而有瓦斯外洩的情形發生，警消獲報後至現場拉起封鎖線，並佈水線警戒，避免人車經過會有危險。

由於現場瓦斯味濃厚，工程人員緊急關閉管線並施工搶救，由於作業所需時間目前難以預估，若拖延至上班時間勢必影響交通，用路人若須行經該路段，恐怕得提早出門。

民眾如果在媒體或網路上，向未成年宣揚同性婚姻或戀愛，最高將處以10萬盧比，約9萬2台幣的罰款，同志遊行也不得舉行，違者同樣要受罰，規範對象包括外國人在內，外國人若觸法，將處以罰款，拘禁15天並遣送出境。支持同志的人批評這項法令，剝奪同志基本權利，不過普丁表示這是俄國為了保護未成年孩童，所做出的決定。

另外，惡意冒犯他人信仰，最高將處以50萬盧比，約台幣46萬的罰款，並判刑3年。
