| 兩岸服貿惹議 何飛鵬:承認「燒餅」vs.「芝麻」

【綜合報導】兩岸服務貿易協議內容公開後，引發軒然大波，城邦媒體集團首席執行長何飛鵬表示，經貿談判要對等是基本遊戲規則，問題是兩岸之間充斥著各種不對等，如果大陸是燒餅，台灣只是燒餅上的芝麻。不論在人口、企業、市場，台灣都無法與大陸相提並論。台灣政府如果昧於這嚴重不對等的事實，要勉強進行對等的談判，當然是捉襟見肘！
何飛鵬今天在《蘋果日報》論壇版「蘋中信」專欄發表《承認兩岸不對等吧─如果我是兩岸談判代表》一文指出，兩岸經貿最大的不對等是規模；大陸是世界第2大經濟體，不論在人口、企業、市場，台灣都無法與大陸相提並論。如果雙方對等開放，許多行業台灣企業進大陸，宛如滴水入海，而大陸企業進台灣，就像大象一腳踩進小水塘，魚蝦亂跳，產業生態崩解。
他認為經貿官員應從此記取教訓，認知雙方的不對等，不求快、不貪多，才能真正對台灣產業有益。
何飛鵬表示，兩岸經貿談判，政府須先承認台灣的處境艱難。資料照片

| 屍塊散鐵道 女警淡定勘驗屍塊「做功德」

【綜合報導】1名魏姓男子(45歲)疑因失業及身體不適昨天下午1時13分許，闖入鐵道遭自強號撞上，屍塊散布鐵道，鐵路警察局1名楊姓女警(28歲)淡定又敬業地紀錄屍塊散落位置，她低調說，是分內工作，「也是做功德！」
鐵路警察局台中分駐所長黃文華轉述楊女說法，當警察前她從來沒接觸過屍體，但考上鐵路警察特考班，已有心理準備可能會處理該類案件 ，「說不害怕是騙人的，第一次處理死亡車禍時，還是被嚇到，一閉眼就浮出血肉模糊的畫面，但現已不會害怕，只想把工作做好。」
支離破碎的屍塊雖令人驚心，楊姓女警仍無畏地勘驗、擺設標示牌。李明憲攝

| 上班注意！北捷施工洩瓦斯 復興北路部分封路

【邱中岳／台北報導】今天凌晨2時許，因捷運施工導致地基掏空，造成復興北路往南路段，瓦斯管線遭土石壓斷，瓦斯大量外洩，警消在現場搶救，影響的路段由台北市復興北路往南方向，南京東路至朱崙街路口，經過6個小時的搶修後，目前僅恢復單線通行，請經過該路段的用路人注意安全。

| 外木山海域藏超毒水母 3千人長泳10傷

【綜合報導】基隆外木山四千公尺海上長泳活動昨登場，三千名泳客在此一較高下，儘管前天主辦單位已三度出海打撈水母，但仍有十多人遭水母螫傷。當地一名潛水教練批評，此水域約有六種水母，包含世界第二毒的僧帽水母，「辦活動根本就是害死人」。
當地一名潛水資歷三十年的教練說，外木山海域有別稱「葡萄牙戰艦」的僧帽水母及櫛水母，兩者毒性都很強，嚴重恐致命，批評：「這裡不適合辦活動，根本就是害死人！」但也有人認為今年遭水母螫傷人數下降，有進步。對此，主辦的暖暖高中校長許清和說，前天已請船家出海三次捕撈水母，昨海上有二十四艘船艇、四艘海巡署艦艇戒備，起點與終點都有救護站，無奈仍發生參賽泳客遭水母螫傷的狀況。
