| 小心中暑！氣象局估中午高溫恐飆35℃

【張勵德／台北報導】今天全台各地大多為晴朗炎熱的天氣，中央氣象局預估，台灣西半部地區高溫約攝氏33至35度，東半部地區高溫約攝氏30至33度，提醒民眾外出記得做好防曬準備，並多補充水分以免中暑。
輕度颱風倫比亞目前中心位置在西沙島附近海面，受到颱風外圍雲系帶來水汽影響，今天南部及花東地區有局部短暫陣雨，中部以北及東北部地區午後有局部短暫雷陣雨，由於午後熱對流發展旺盛，部分地區可能有較大雨勢、甚至雷擊及強陣風出現，要前往山區活動的民眾需特別留意安全。另外，西南部、東南部沿海地區及恆春半島今天可能有長浪發生，提醒前往海邊活動的民眾留意。
今天全台各地大多為晴朗炎熱的天氣，民眾外出要做好防曬準備。氣象局提供。

| 銀樓遭竊百條金鍊 警逮賊全找回

【林師民／新竹報導】新竹縣竹北市博愛街金其華銀樓，前天凌晨遭歹徒侵入，偷走近百條、共101兩重的金項鍊，警方昨逮回竊嫌謝姓男子(32歲)，今早宣佈破案。
警方調查，謝嫌發現該銀樓設備較老舊，前天凌晨從未上鎖的二樓氣窗爬入，搜括放在櫃台未收進金庫的近百條金項鍊後逃跑，離開時從二樓氣窗外摔下，摔斷右腳踝。警方發現，謝嫌因找不到自己手機，行竊時竟用店家室內電話撥打自己手機，讓自己身分曝光，警方再比對監視器，昨確定謝嫌犯案，到家中逮人，他因受傷無法銷贓，所有金項鍊都找回。

| SUZUKI汽車保固期竟不保固 北市府發警訊

【施春美╱台北報導】北市法務局消保官室今天針對代理日本SUZUKI汽車的金鈴汽車，及其經銷商葳立汽車公司2家業者，發布「消費警訊」，提醒消費者小心。有消費者向北市府投訴，指5月向葳立汽車花79.8萬元購買SUZUKI汽車Swift Sport，該車5月就發生變速箱故障回葳立保養廠保固維修處理，修理費約17.8萬元，金鈴及葳立公司以該車未定期回廠檢查保養不提供保固維修，產生爭議。
這是北市消保官室首次對汽車的保固方式發出消費警訊。北市消保官室表示，葳立汽車簽訂車輛訂購契約書時，其契約書未載明、銷售人員也未告知消費者，該車詳細的保固里程、保固範圍等保固內容；而保證書另附加約定，「若起因為車主未適當檢查、保養、未正確使用等，車商就不提供保證修理」的規定，因此消費者買車當下並不知道有此附加條款。今將去函要求兩公司限期一個月內改正，否則將依《北市消保自治條例》，處2萬至10萬元罰鍰。
