| 安全化妝品 弘光發明展11金

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中1日電）選用無害材料製造，化妝品可更安全，弘光科大副校長易光輝征戰全球發明展共奪11金。他今天說，希望引起化妝品廠商共鳴。
弘光科技大學行政副校長、化妝品應用系特聘教授易光輝鑽研調製不傷人體的保養美妝產品，去年3月起，陸續研發無毒安全的複方精油、眼線筆、睫毛膏、去光水等產品。他指出，消費者花了錢，就應該買到安全無毒的產品。
易光輝表示，台灣的化妝品已限用大部分的塑化劑，坊間流行的精油容易發揮，部分化妝品業者為定精油香味，採用的定香塑化劑，雖合法但仍會微量侵害健康，其實，只要採用成本稍高的保濕劑，就可有定香的功能。
易光輝指出，坊間的去光水產品大部分具丙酮等溶劑，刺鼻、易點火，且具腐蝕性；弘光研發團隊所研製的去光水，不具溶劑，不易點火、不刺鼻，安全。
易光輝以「神奇去光水」、「具清除自由基功能的複方精油等發明產品，陸續征戰全球各大發明展，共囊括11金、2銀、2銅及兩座特別獎。
易光輝說，台灣廠商已有能力與各國大廠並駕齊驅，只要提高成本1至2成，就可提升化妝品的安全性，但沒有好的產品出現，消費者就沒得選擇，希望透過專利及參加國際發明展的成果，可以獲得廠商共鳴，提升化妝品的品質與安全。1020701

【吳家翔／台北報導】行政院前院長謝長廷在香港研討會就服務貿易協議的發言，經過《中評社》報導後，引發黨內新潮流系的批判，加上《新頭殼》隨後也發出一篇標題為「簽服貿協議 謝長廷：應該放鞭炮才對」的報導，謝長廷雖已發聲明駁斥，但紛爭並未落幕。考試院前院長姚嘉文今說，謝長廷的看法若與民進黨立場不同，應離開民進黨，「謝長廷若離開，我會放鞭炮！」
姚嘉文指出，如果謝不是那樣講，應好好澄清，且謝目前是民進黨的中常委，回來之後應向黨員與社會好好解釋。姚說，謝長廷是民進黨重要領導人，不應事事與民進黨相對。對於在香港舉辦的研討會發表三點結論之一提到「兩岸共源同文」，姚嘉文表示他無法接受，兩岸不是共源，且共不共源與一國或兩國沒有關係，如美國與英國關係就是如此。姚抨擊：「他（謝）講的口氣很像共產黨在講話一樣！」

英國品牌Burberry 推出由英國明星情侶檔席安娜米勒(Sienna Miller) 與 Tom Sturridge 演繹的 2013年秋冬服飾廣告形象圖，廣告形象延續 2013年秋冬服飾充滿玩心與浪漫的氛圍，Sienna 與 Tom首度以情侶之姿拍攝本季服飾的宣傳廣告形象，兩人在廣告中親密熱吻。
品牌創意總監 Christopher Bailey是廣告的創意指導，並再度由攝影大師 Mario Testino 掌鏡。席安娜米勒是時尚圈引領流行的潮女之一，男友Tom Odell與 Burberry 已經合作多次， 2012年4月他在台灣為 Burberry 台北101旗艦店開幕活動進行過現場演出，2013年2月舉行的2013秋冬女裝秀上與合唱團合行現場演出。
廣告形象照中出現 Burberry Prorsum、London 與 Brit 等系列的秋冬男女裝服飾 將自2013年7月3日起於全球各分店上市。
