【陳冠宇／新北報導】凌晨1時許新北市板橋發生一起車禍意外，1名女子從中央分隔島穿越馬路時，突然遭來車撞擊彈飛，救護人員抵達後發現遭撞女子已無呼吸心跳，趕緊送往醫院，經搶救後已恢復生命跡象，目前仍在觀察中。
警方調查，肇事的林姓女駕駛並未喝酒，只記得突然有人從中央分隔島跑出來，來不及剎車就撞上，由於遭撞女子身上並無證件，警方目前正在聯繫家屬並釐清肇事責任。

| 環署：目前不推動垃圾秤重收費

【張勵德／台北報導】《蘋果》日前報導環保署研擬推動垃圾秤重收費政策，遭外界批評後，環保署即澄清並無此規劃，但近日仍有許多地方首長及民眾打電話到環保署詢問，環保署下午再次召開記者會澄清。環署副署長張子敬強調，目前並無推動垃圾秤重收費政策，在民眾方便性、技術可行性並未解決之前，是不可能推動實施。
張子敬表示，由於許多民眾無法配合目前「定時定點」收集垃圾的模式，為讓更多民眾方便，日前曾有環保顧問公司提出「社區冷藏式垃圾秤重收費系統」的構想，環保署曾邀請北市產發局、環保局及該公司開會討論此構想的可行性與適法性，但目前並無定論。

【徐珮君／台北報導】行政院政務委員楊秋興申請加入國民黨，副總統吳敦義下午參加「全國戶政日」活動後表示，楊是內閣閣員，也支持國民的政策，加入國民黨是理所當然的事情。至於楊是否參選高雄市長？吳強調，入黨不是參選的先決條件或必要條件。
對於高雄市長陳菊掌握執政資源，對楊秋興參選不利。吳敦義說，楊會不會競選，國民黨要提誰參選，有一定程序與公平法則，不管未來誰參選，都會面臨現任、有一定基礎的對手，雙方從事公平的君子之爭。

我和這個男生是朋友介紹認識的 他大約三十出頭，我小他幾歲 第一眼看到他就覺得有好感 後來才知道他工作在美國 orz 沒想到中間我去上廁所時 他主動跟朋友說 覺得我還不錯 他也跟我要了聯繫方式Line等 後來過幾天他就回美國了(他家人在台灣 但一年只回來一次) 從認識到他回美國的中間兩三天 我們也見面了兩三次吃飯看電影等 雖然互相感覺到彼此的好感 但畢竟知道他即將要回去 所以就僅只於像是朋友一般的相處 很自然很開心 但也有些淡淡的無奈吧 在他回去前一晚 我忍不住的跟他說 其實我有點捨不得你 希望你晚點走該有多好 他回我 他也是 接著他從上飛機前 轉機時 還有回美國 就很自然的每天都會跟我報備他在幹嘛 當然我也是會跟他分享我在台灣的生活 工作 等等 心裡雖然甜甜的 但是還是有點不安 覺得這樣關係已經很曖昧了 可是因為距離遙遠 所以太多不確定存在 (確定他是單身 只是在美國不知道有沒有不錯的女生朋友) 其實我是一個可以接受遠距離戀愛的女生 算是很獨立而且可以安排自己生活的 感情上會很依賴男生 可是生活可以很自主 也曾經想過未來如果要放棄台灣的生活圈和家人去美國重新開始也OK (對 我知道我想很多.....現在八字都還沒一撇> ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.248.37.203
