http://www.nownews.com/2013/07/01/301-2957237.htm SUZUKI代理經銷商陷保固爭議 台北市府發布消費警訊 汽車保固期限內故障，車商推托不保固。台北市政府法務局今（1）日對代理日本SUZUKI 汽車之金鈴汽車及其經銷商葳立汽車公司2家業者，發布消費警訊。 北市府主任消保官陳信誠表示，消費者在去年5月10日向金鈴汽車經銷商葳立汽車購買1輛 SUZUKI汽車Swift Sport，金額為新台幣798,000元，至今行使里程數16,400公里；該車於 今年5月份發生變速箱故障回葳立汽車保養廠保固維修處理〈修理費約178,000元〉時，金 鈴汽車及葳立汽車以「該車未定期回廠檢查保養不提供保固維修」，不過同一部車在今年 3月份發生冷氣故障時，車商卻給予保固維修，因而發生消費爭議。 消保官調查發現，「車輛訂購契約書」沒有載明保固里程、保固期間或保固範圍等保固內 容，該車銷售廣告亦沒有說明保固內容，銷售人員亦未告知消費者，僅在契約簽訂後交車 時交付之車主手冊及原廠定期保養紀錄簿（含保證書）上約定保固內容是3年10萬公里， 但「保證書」另附加約定如起因為車主未適當檢查、保養、未正確使用等事由，不提供保 證修理之規定，消費者並不知道。經詢問金鈴汽車得知，只要車主於交車後，未進原廠檢 查保養者，原廠即不負保固責任。 陳信誠表示，業者明顯違反消保法、汽車買賣定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項之規定， 因此發布消費警訊，並已要求業者改善。 陳信誠說，這起爭議在立法院及北市消費爭議調解委員會調解時，金鈴汽車就「小金額就 保固大金額不保固」「不送專業機構鑑定」「不協助釐清故障原因」等漠視消費者權益之 態度嚴予遣責，呼籲消費者慎選車商。 == 開不到一年變速箱就出問題......... 然後還說不按時回原廠保養.... 不過變速箱有需要這麼快就要保養嗎=_= 說不定單據拿出來還沒有檢查變速箱這一項咧..... 難怪有板友買了new swift也在那邊罵... 現在有政府認證了.. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.34.164.203 ※ 編輯: tsctao 來自: 1.34.164.203 (07/01 18:58)

| 遊戲酒吧取得《冒險奇航》聯運權 首服「黃金鐘」正式開啟

《冒險奇航 Web》已於 6 月 28 日 （五） 正式於遊戲酒吧平台推出，並開啟「s1 黃金鐘」，官方準備了多項開服活動讓大家參與，邀請玩家們一起朝偉大航道邁進吧！
緣起
遊戲以海軍與海盜的戰鬥為背景，開啟跨時代的航海戰鬥，遊戲當中加入了許多「海賊王」的角色設計，冒險初期就可以看到許多耳熟能詳的角色與海軍的對戰。

戰鬥中，還會有夥伴的加入，他強健的身軀不論海軍們怎麼攻擊，都能夠毫髮無傷！伙伴都擁有力量、敏捷、智力三種基本屬性，不同的屬性影響不同的戰鬥能力，當等級升上去後，給予的幫助會越來越大，想戰勝強大的海軍絕對不是問題。
 
每位航海冒險玩家都有一艘主船，能夠在船上的各功能訓練室：包括船長室、水手室、廚房、寵物室、研究院、醫療室…等等。玩家可在其中進行各種系統功能項目的訓練，加速提昇戰鬥力！
隨著遊戲演進到後期，各種高難度副本更是成為冒險玩家趨之若鶩的寶地，如何利用合理的角色與陣行搭配更是挑戰玩家運籌帷幄的能力，組合上也能夠滿足玩家對於漫畫的幻想，可以把不同陣營的角色編排在同一個隊伍內。
除了以上簡單的介紹之外，《冒險奇航》還將陸續釋出各種遊戲資訊與活動，請有興趣的玩家們繼續鎖定《冒險奇航》官方網站。

| 竹山與埔里都降下冰雹

【路暢平、陳方瑩/南投報導】竹山下午4點多在市區降下大量冰雹，每顆約在彈珠大小，夾雜大雨長達10多分鐘，許多民眾歡喜出來拍照或錄影，還丟上臉書分享，直呼這情況太罕見了。
竹山鎮民林芳仕表示，冰雹降下前，先在南邊草嶺方向看到一大片烏雲，沒多久市區就暗了下來，當時正在忙工作，天花板叮叮噹噹響著，他跑出來看才發現下了冰雹，太太拿起雨傘，在雨中跳起舞來。
下午5時20分，埔里地區因對流雲旺盛，一時昏天暗地下起大雷陣雨，雨中夾帶直徑超過1公分的冰雹，許多民眾興奮莫名，紛拍照錄影po網，雨勢持續近30分鐘，隨即天空又放晴出太陽。

【張寧╱綜合報導】法國男鞋品牌Berluti有全世界最貴男鞋稱號，大部分皮鞋卻動輒售超過台幣4萬元，為了慶祝品牌在巴黎男裝周期間舉辦2014春夏新品發表，品牌CEO，同時也是LVMH集團主席Bernard Arnault的兒子Antoine Arnault在巴黎舉辦BBQ烤肉派對慶祝，奧斯卡影帝傑瑞米艾倫斯(Jeremy Irons)也出席捧場。
Berluti這個百年皮鞋品牌於1895年由Alessandro Berluti成立，皮鞋獨特之處是使用名貴的Venezia皮革及全手工製成，一雙鞋要手工花費250個小時才能完成，經由第4代傳人Olga Berluti獨創的Patina漂染皮革技術處理，每雙皮鞋都可以做出獨一無二的明暗色調及深度。
Berluti男鞋一直深受世界各地皇室公爵、名人及社會精英人士的青睞，據說每雙皮鞋可穿十幾二十年以上，而且有不少顧客穿了十多年後，更會將皮鞋帶回Berluti專門店用Patina技術將皮鞋翻新再繼續穿。LVMH 集團1993年將Berluti納入旗下，現任設計師是Alessandro Sartori。
Berluti CEO同時也是LVMH集團太子爺 Antoine Arnault(左)與奧斯卡影帝傑瑞米艾倫斯一起出席BBQ派對。
