【綜合報導】英國《每日郵報》今日刊載，一名25歲中國籍男子「Xuanyu Zhong」因涉嫌2011年12月於英國下藥性侵一名女子，上周五遭英國法院判決6年有期徒刑。

據了解，這名男子是中國「官二代」，在英國留學，就讀諾桑比亞大學(Northumbria University)。報導指出，該男愛看A片，常在網路下載各類A片，但他特別偏愛下藥迷姦類，因此該男決定仿造A片，讓自己的現實生活也能進行A片情節。

他先是約到一名女子，然後將預先買好的迷魂藥加入飲料中，讓女子喝下後昏睡，男子再趁機性侵。女子事後發現遭到性侵，原本打算將事情告發，卻遭到男子父親施壓，讓女子「閉嘴」。

不過最後女子仍然報警處理，男子遭逮捕後，一度否認犯行，但法院審理後認為男子罪刑證據確鑿，上周五將男子判處6年有期徒刑。

【林建鋒／台中報導】今天凌晨一時許，台中市姚姓男子（約四十餘歲）在五權路一家停車場輪值夜班收費管理員時，疑遭一名精神異常的婦人潑灑汽油並點火燒傷，姚男被燒得皮開肉綻，痛苦倒地，不斷哀號：「好痛啊！」婦人還跑去隔壁速食店「借水救火」，速食店員聞到婦人身上有汽油味，感到詫異，但還是立即拿著水桶衝到現場協助救人，目擊的計程車司機與美容店服務生，也趕緊拿乾粉滅火器將火勢撲滅，並通知救護車將傷者送醫，傷者到院急救後，送進加護病房觀察，目前意識昏迷，有生命危險。
 
小夜班停車場收費員表示，下班前有看到這名婦人蹲坐在地，看起來似乎精神異常，還問排班計程車司機：「汽油要去哪裡買？」隨後依指示騎著機車跑去買汽油，姚男接班後，叫同事趕快下班休息，不要理她，案發後計程車司機聽到哀號聲，還以為只是男女吵架，沒想到竟然有人被燒傷，現場瀰漫濃濃汽油味。
 
警方封鎖案發現場進行採證，除發現傷者被燒毀的上衣與一雙拖鞋，地上還遺留寶特瓶與打火機，經多方追查，已將涉案婦人帶回派出所偵訊。林姓計程車司機表示，「姚哥」單身無子女，多年前因車禍受傷，雙腳不良於行，但平日工作認真，在停車場服務將近十年，遇此橫禍，與他交情不錯的運將都感訝異。

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】最新公布數據顯示，歐元區、英國與美國6月製造業數據皆優於預期，重燃市場對於全球經濟前景信心，帶動周一歐、美股市大漲，歐洲主要股市順利收紅，美股3大指數早盤漲幅皆逾1%，道瓊工業指數一度大漲逾170點。

6月歐元區製造業PMI （Purchasing Managers' Index，採購經理人指數）終值創16個月新高48.8，英國6月製造業PMI也升至2年新高52.5，顯示歐洲國家出現邁向復甦的跡象。

美國6月ISM製造業指數也從前月的49大幅反彈至50.9，重新站上代表擴張的50以上，顯示房市成長與汽車銷售增強有助於製造業活動趨穩，進一步帶動美國經濟成長。

國際金價則在上季慘跌之後，出現強勁逢低搶進買盤，周一黃金現貨價一度大漲逾2%，來到每盎司1262.25美元。

 【王郁倫／台北報導】惠普上周才在北京舉行世界之旅大會（World Tour），發表企業級解決方案，也參與出席大會的個人運算事業群亞太區總監Yam Su Yin昨日接受外電訪問時透露，自2011年8月喊停後，惠普將會重返智慧手機市場。
 
Yam Su Yin接受印度媒體採訪時，明確表示惠普將會重返智慧手機戰場。惠普2010年斥資12億美元（360億台幣）賣下Palm，取得WebOS作業系統，進軍智慧手機戰場，但隨後一年多就宣佈撤退，連Palm前執行長魯賓斯坦上周接受外電採訪時，都還忍不住抱怨，早知道不要把Palm賣給惠普！而惠普目前對何時推出新機，尚無公佈具體時間表。
 
Yam Su Yin認為，雖智慧手機市場競爭，但惠普的創新空間仍很大，且重返市場為時不晚。她認為後進者，必需提供差異化體驗，創造不同理念。
