| 製造業表現優於預期 歐股收紅、美股早盤大漲1%

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】最新公布數據顯示，歐元區、英國與美國6月製造業數據皆優於預期，重燃市場對於全球經濟前景信心，帶動周一歐、美股市大漲，歐洲主要股市順利收紅，美股3大指數早盤漲幅皆逾1%，道瓊工業指數一度大漲逾170點。
6月歐元區製造業PMI （Purchasing Managers' Index，採購經理人指數）終值創16個月新高48.8，英國6月製造業PMI也升至2年新高52.5，顯示歐洲國家出現邁向復甦的跡象。
美國6月ISM製造業指數也從前月的49大幅反彈至50.9，重新站上代表擴張的50以上，顯示房市成長與汽車銷售增強有助於製造業活動趨穩，進一步帶動美國經濟成長。
國際金價則在上季慘跌之後，出現強勁逢低搶進買盤，周一黃金現貨價一度大漲逾2%，來到每盎司1262.25美元。

| 目擊弟弟被綁架 8歲女童遭綁匪砍斷手

【綜合報導】印度一名8歲女童烏茲瑪雅拉(Uzma Ara)，目擊4歲弟弟被綁架，成為歹徒攻擊目標，在和爸爸前往警局報案前，女童突然遭綁匪攻擊砍下右手臂，女童隨即被送往醫院治療。
這起事件要從數個月前說起，女童的爸爸經營裁縫店，表示當地混混向他收取30萬印度幣的保護費，他報警處理但警方都未受理，他只好乖乖付錢，沒想到混混食髓知味，提高保護費，爸爸拒絕再付，他們就綁架4歲兒子，爸爸決定直接投訴最高首長處理，沒想到女兒卻成攻擊目標。
目前警方已展開調查，緝捕匪徒尋找被綁男童的下落。

抱歉...想問一下 因為在網路上找到的都是租賃期間解約的問題 現在遇到的情況是這樣 甲方租屋人在8月1號才要開始租屋 但是在6月20號就先簽約及付保證金 但是在現在7月2號因故無法承租 那可以要的回保證金嗎?? 該以怎樣的名目要回呢?? 還有再已簽的契約上也沒寫上租賃日期 這樣算是完整契約嗎?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.230.154.203
