【徐珮君／台北報導】在行政院靜坐一夜的大埔自救會今天仍堅守不退，上午舉行記者會痛批苗栗縣政府公然說謊，政大地政系教授徐世榮說，3年前他也有代表大埔民眾到政院協商，當時的院長、現任副總統吳敦義允諾保留24戶，沒有任何條件，現在有一堆前題，徐批吳使用詐術，質問吳：「你有沒有人格？」徐憤怒的高喊「一分一毫土地都不退讓！」
即將在5日被強制拆遷的住戶張森文在大太陽下痛哭說，他家只有6坪，養3個小孩，房子被拆該怎麼辦？他沒有犯法，政府為甚麼要這樣對待小老百姓！請行政院長江宜樺主持公道，不要放任苗栗縣長劉政鴻欺壓百姓！

【翁琬柔／綜合報導】傑尼斯天團「SMAP」隊長中居正廣上周六主持直播節目《音樂之日》時，突然臉色蒼白，還大量流汗，更是顧不得節目還在進行中，猛喝水補充水分，身體狀況明顯不佳，引起粉絲擔心。
該節目特色為現場直播，而且一播就長達13個小時，當天共有90組以上的藝人參與，日本網站《livedoor》報導，他在第3組來賓出場後就出現異狀，休息時間也拚命喝水，顯得非常疲累，連「SMAP」團員都紛紛擔心地問：「你沒事吧？」

中華電競代表隊選手施辰昇和陳昱璋在今日進行 2013 第 4 屆亞洲仁川室內暨武藝運動會《鐵拳 TAG TOURNAMENT2》季軍賽，施辰昇選手以「三島平八」和「三島一八」父子組合出戰，陳昱璋則是使用「KUMA」以及「PANDA」的雙熊陣容。兩人實力旗鼓相當，最後施辰昇驚險地以 3：2、3：2 連拿兩場，直落二擊敗陳昱璋，成功抱得銅牌。
《鐵拳TT2》季軍賽由兩位中華台北代表隊的選手出賽，爭取奪銅榮譽

施辰昇與陳昱璋兩位選手戰況激烈，第一場原先由陳昱璋取 1：0 的領先，不過施辰昇在接下來兩個回合沉著應對，反而後來居上以 3：2 拿到第一場的勝利。陳昱璋雖然丟失第一場的分數，不過在第二場的比賽中一度搶先聽牌；眼見陳昱璋就要將季軍賽逼進第三場的賽末局時，施辰昇卻連續奪分，精湛地逆轉第二場比賽，連拿兩分直落二對手，這場季軍戰最後就由施辰昇拿下季軍。
兩位選手實力旗鼓相當，戰況非常膠著
施辰昇以兩場 3：2 擊敗陳昱璋，成功贏得季軍！
陳昱璋的「雙熊」組合深受現場觀眾歡迎
施辰昇在賽後訪問時表示這面銅牌拿得並不輕鬆，「很高興最後能成功拿到季軍，今後還是會持續努力練習，希望以後能有機會繼續為國家爭取榮譽。」陳昱璋也恭喜施辰昇獲勝，並且期望國內能多重視電競產業，如果有更多人能一起加入《鐵拳TT2》的世界，提昇台灣的競爭力，相信下次一定可以從韓國手中爭得金牌。

我娘家在左營~近幾年樓下一直說我家廁所漏水 我們找了好幾次水電來修 7~8次 花了2~3萬有了 卻一直修不好 每個師傅來 就是拆馬桶 其中一個還把馬桶拆壞了.... 但是重點是都沒修好 還是在漏 錢拿了 再打電話去 沒一個敢再來修了 -.- 聽樓下說 如果我家沒在使用那廁所的話 大概10分鐘會滴一滴 有使用的話 就是一直滴 昨天來了個師傅本來是說可能是浴缸漏水 但是檢查後又不是 結果沒輒 就叫我們不要用那 廁所就好了 -.- 所以想請問 有沒有厲害一點的水電師傅阿 一直修不好 真的快瘋了 謝謝大家~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.227.67.49

因為老舊筆電快爆炸了，最近可能會買一台新的筆電。 原則上希望是日系的的商務機(雖說個人不太玩遊戲，但還是想把星海灌在裡面看看，不能玩就算了)，但對sony新出的筆電有點失望。找來找去找到一台我還蠻喜歡的，也還勉強在預算內的 Fujitsu SH782，除CPU不是低電壓版外，還有抽換模組這種我還蠻中意的功能。唯獨有個疑問： 這台有出過白色的嗎？ 因為官網的宣傳圖一直有白色的，但從沒看過有人賣過，而個人又蠻想要一條銀白色系的筆電。因為如果沒有了話，線再另一台銀色的是U772，但感覺上效能掉不少，且價錢高了許多。要不然就得降階到UH572，但整個效能就低很多。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.210.46.33

【李銘宏、陳威叡╱台北報導】新北市一名男子，前天深夜站在高空作業車的車籠內操控，欲將作業車從拖板車上移至地面，疑因作業車漏油，拖板上滿是油漬，作業車傾斜瞬間變身投石器，在車籠內的他猶如石頭般被彈出，從三樓高處、面朝下墜至地面，留下一大攤血跡，因顱內出血送醫不治，其妻舅難過說：「他對車輛操作應該很熟悉，怎麼會這樣！」
林妻接獲噩耗趕到現場癱軟痛哭，無法接受上周一剛過生日的丈夫，如今卻天人永隔。警方表示，當林男獨自在車籠上操作時，疑似高空作業車漏油，致拖板上沾滿油漬，導致作業車滑落車板側翻，作業車瞬間變身投石器，籠內林男就像石頭被彈出，從三樓高處、面朝下墜至地面，送醫急救因嚴重顱內出血不治。警方調查，男子林竹源（四十八歲）已婚、育有三女，林妻在便當工廠工作，他與妻舅在高空作業車公司服務約十年，前天深夜他與妻舅開著拖板車，從北市將高空作業車載回新北市汐止區新台五路二段一處停車場，進行高空作業車移置作業時，卻發生意外身亡。
